Auntie Anne’s promotes on their receipts that if you do a survey on pretzeltalk.com you can get a free pretzel with a purchase. This use to work for me, but now no matter what ISP I use it always times out. I’ve called about it and because it looks good on their end they don’t do anything. I was told to use a different ISP and I did, it still timed out.. If a customer can not get through and do the survey what good is the statement on the receipt. Take it off, false advertisement in my book. Very frustrated.

I just went to your store in San Clemente outlet center and was very disappointed in your staff and pretzels. I absolutely love your pretzels and he gave me a burned pretzel and told me that they are all made that way, which I know isnt true. I get them all of the time and they are fresh and not burned. I think you should tell them how to bake them.
Then he replaced it with one that wasnt as burned and it was so hard and stale I couldn’t eat it, I had to throw it away.
You have a great product, I just hate to see employees destroy your reputation.
Thank you.

Auntie Anne’s Pretzel is unfair when it comes to rsises 12 cents raises is not enough to put food on the table . I bet you would make BIG PROFITS if your customers knew how well you treat your employees because now a days it’s about helping one another. Helping to get better pay then helping to get BIGGER PROFITS .
