I have been trying for 4 weeks to find a phone number for your accounts payable dept. with no success. My e-mails go unanswered or returned and this is another attempt at trying to contact someone as to why my invoice #19583 dated Jan. 25,2018 in the amount of $21,040.00 has not been paid. I am a small business and this is a great deal of money that is now 66 days late. By the way your PO # for this TWENTY ONE THOUSAND FORTY DOLLAR ORDER IS PO#4503004630 and placed by Michael Burke and sent to your Freetown address 2 months ago. I also tried to use your vendorinvoice email system but that will not allow me to log into it. Please check on this for me, Thank you

I am a former Ashland employee. I have been trying to contact the Ashland HR group to resolve an issue regarding my Health Insurance reimbursement account thru OneExchange. For over a week every number I have tried ends up with the same “leave a message and someone will contact you” recording. Well I’ve left a bunch of messages and no one has contacted me. I even sent an email to the “hrcallcenter at ashland.com” address and on one has responded to that email either.
Please have someone respond.
Thanks.

I am trying to find out what I might/can/should expect for any retirement benefits.
I worked for Hercules, Inc from about 1976 to 1986 at a Flavor and Fragrance plant
they owned. Could you please be as specific as you can? I am still working and do not plane to retire until I turn 66 in three years. The business that Hercules owned was known as Polak’s Fruital Works.
If you need further information, please let me know. I simply want to be prepared rather than wait until the last moment.
Thank you.
