I own a Dodge Ram 1500 that your dealership in Brownsburg, Indiana has had in the service department for now going on 6 months plus. We got a call stating that the job had been completed in January, we drove 57.7 miles one way to pick it up and one we left the dealership, did not even get 1 block when we received an error code, turned around and took it right back. It is now going into June and we still do not have our truck back. We have been told that we would receive a call on a certain day and time, and never do. We have already paid over 2,000.00 for this fix and I’m not a very happy customer at this point. I’m inclined to take the next step to advertise this poor service. I would think that a company as yourself would not like the unfavorable publicity therefore I’m respectfully requesting a conversation with someone who could assist me in the matter.

Bought a 2019 Chevy Silverado High Country and paid cash for it. Bought it on 7-15 with everything working. Picked it up 7-17 and when getting it home it tells me that the SD card prohibits the navigation system from working. I take it back 7-18 in a scheduled 5 pm appointment. Was told their tech people left at 4 pm. Was asked to bring it back. So following Monday at 7:30 am show up and was told that those tech people don’t come in until 9 am. After waiting 6 hours was told they didn’t have SD card and to come back. SEE WHERE THIS IS GOING ???? Was asked to come back today. I suggested that they call me with disposition if they got the part. It’s almost 7 pm and no call. Where did I go wrong? Get back to me or this will go bad……….

This is concerning an experience at Richmond BMW. The body shop you recommended for body work on one of the 2 Bmws I purchased from you will not complete the work and as of today, they can’t tell me when it will be complete. I’ve been given 3 completion dates, today being the most recent and late Nov of 2017 being the first. Next week will mark 90 days since they took possession of the vehicle. They told me they weren’t concerned about me contacting you because they had a great relationship with the Richmond store

I cant work like i use to very micromanagement
In every vehicle i work on this manager is on my ear i feel very harassed. we have technicians and service writers resigning and. is just a big chaos in this dealership I have witness that can support this complaint.

I absolutely hate that every time I come into the Honda Dealership I am harassed about trading in my 2012 Honda and purchasing a new. The Sales Team lurk around
and then call your cell phone and look around to see who answer and then they are telling you what you are wearing. I went to get 2 tires fixed last weekend and I’ve already
had 3 people to contact me about trading my car. Whenever it’s time to buy another car, I will not be buying from David McDavid of Frisco, TX. I’ve asked numerous times
for them to PLEASE take my name off and they also say they are going to do it and I still get repeat calls everyday. I am considering getting my car serviced somewhere else
as well so I won’t keep getting harassed.
