good afternoon, I have serious complaint. I called your company at 1955 East Sky Harbor Circle today to get information about a shipment that come into Lockheed Martin without purchase order or point of contact information attached. There are two names listed on your packing slip of salespeople from Arrow. Richard Medoza and Joel Zeichner. The woman that answered the phone was extremely rude and hung on me 3 times. Finally I called back and told her please don’t hang up I am calling from Lockheed Martin and I need information about a shipment that your company didn’t provide on the packing slip. It was a horrible experience. I can’t give you her name because she didn’t give it to me. Just wanted to you know that kind of people that are being employed for your company. She told me that they the people I asked for wasn’t working there. Well perhaps had you heard me out you could have given me someone else who could have assisted me. Too busy hanging up!! Very unprofessional!!!!
