My case number is: 60004179094. I am unable to reach anybody at Amica to discuss the case with. I was on hold for close to half an hour today waiting for the manager of my claims rep to speak with me. I am unable to wait for that manager being on hold any more.
I have left numerous voice mails for my claims rep to contact me… nothing! Early on, an appointment was made to discuss the case, but the claims rep decided without telling us, to break the appointment.
This is not the company anymore, that I gave all of insurance needs to. Someone needs to fix the problem. I do not know how wide spread the problem is. Surely there must be a rep that can handle our needs. Please resolve this matter…..

On 12/28/18 I called roadside assistance to assist with a flat tire. The department was very helpful. Roadside assistance connected me with a sub-contract company to come and replace the tire. The sub-contract company called “On point assistance LLC” was negligent in the property of my vehicle after loosing the key to the wheel lock. When asked for the key the gentleman stated he didn’t know where he put the key.
How does Amica correct an error on one of their sub-contractors negligence?

If someone gets a questionable traffic ticket, with an evidence file that has no witness statements, and a hearing is set, and the case is dismissed, how can Amica legally increase rates on hour insured client???

Mr. Dimuccio,
On average, premium checks that I send from Massachusetts to Rhode Island on a monthly basis clear my bank regularly 3-5 days later than checks I send to the southern and western U.S. companies at the same time. As a result, I get late notices from Amica when I shouldn’t and, possibly, your cash flow isn’t as efficient as it could be. What’s up?
Respectfully,
David Grillo

I just received my 2018 Umbrella Policy and was surprised by a 35% premium increase.
Then I was surprised to find that I could not increase the standard $500 deductible to blunt the premium increase. I am a long term policyholder for liability, home owners and auto with an outstanding claims record. I believe that you should consider allowing higher deductibles on the umbrella policy.
Thank you,
Donald Robitaille
