Dishes include such favorites as seafood, organic beef and chicken entrees, as well as prime rib and flat iron steak, a variety of vegetable dishes and pastas. Chef Celaya says that he plans to include more Italian and Spanish seasonings and dishes to his rotating menu. Currently, the restaurant only serves dinner, but there are plans to begin including lunch time dishes soon.
