Guve you option to reschedule a pant by cancelling the one coming up. All I wanted to do was pay 1 st payment at earlier tha. Due date . It cancelled and then would not let me reschedule it for an earlier date. NO WHERE DOES IT SAY YOU CANT MAKE A PAYMENT EARLIER . SO NOW MISSED 1 ST PAYMENT AND I HAVE TO MAIL IT IN. i have been a customer for over 10 years with this bank and i recently got offered the advantage blair plan at my bank and yet money keeps coming up missing out of my account and i have contacted the bank and i have been getting rude customer service where i was not treated like this before and i have contacted the security department multiple times and i have not received one email even though i alerted the bank numerous times that my emails and telephone have been hacked into by an ex and his relatives and friends and yet they continue to be rude and act unprofessional and i am not going to stand for my money being stolen out of my accounts from different cellphones that i did not authorize and ps4 systems that i did not authorize that the owner was not supposed to have access to because my card info was taken off as soon as i ipaid for the games and services for my son. I purchased a game GOD OF WAR 4 or5 for my son that comes out on april 20 2018 and i contacted the developer and told them that i would like a refund because they did not state that the monies could not be refunded even though i told them that my son does not access to the ps4 the owner deleted my sons files along with a friday the 13th game that my daughter purchased for a brother. i have been a customer tooo long in public stores and online to have bad customer service all of a sudden when i did not have a problem with my account before. I will not stand for people that i do not associate with gaining access to my personal financial information be stealing my identity. I also will not stand for them calling from their relatives phones and theirs too charging me .50 per call for them to invade my privacy and announce my account information. I requested from the main field office to check into my account monies being stolen and the unauthorization of my account. I have already contacted the bank and turned off all alert services and email alerts because my account keeps getting broken into and hacked into and my disability is direct deposited to my account.

Waiting for 48 min. to talk to a supervisor! Most of their customer service reps don’t speak GOOD English so you can understand what the hell they are saying! Had to call 7 times & still no supervisor. Going straight to the Corporate office CEO this time. Will report to BBB & any other agency that I can. No problems for last 5 years until now. Ridiculous!!

Good Morning:
My issue wasn’t at any location, it was over the phone with a very rude, careless, unprofessional supervisor name “Tony” with no last name (he said he wasn’t allowed to give me his name nor an agent ID).
Phone call got very intense & all keeps saying that the call was recorded. My card was blocked for no reason & I was embarrassed when I went to Pet smart to purchased some dog food & card was declined.
If ACE & Netspend knows my full info, why I’m not able to know who I am speaking with, especially when they treated me like garbage. This so call supervisor ” Tony” with no last name, shows the kind of personnel this company have now.
This “Tony” got me so Upset last night, to the point that I started crying & I couldn’t even drive back home. i have to set in my car for a good 15 minutes to come my nerves down. I called 1-866-387-7363 & this is the worst experience I have in my life.

If u have anything to do with NETSPEND, metabank let me know I have 2 ace NETSPEND visa accounts for over 3 4 years, I receive ssi and my children receive benefits from their fathers ssdi they blocked account rejected my check the call centers a joke all numbers rout to NETSPEND call room where they put u on hold ask same questions important info n then no help or I get bull@$#$ the main deposit resource for SSA just contact me if u can look at my accounts

Noone has even messaged me back from yesterday’s upset messenger msg i left either. Should of known. This business is very unprofessional. There were 2 other reviews already on there too and both were had reviews as well. So now your business has 3 out of 3 bad reviees on Yelp. My complaint is on the corporate manager for San antonio I had tried to call them to let ace now they cashed a check the shouldn’t have it was my truck payment that was taken out of a drop box. And cashed at ace. I had to have money gram send me a copy of the check that ace cashed. My truck account number was on it things are Scribbled off of it So I head back to the store to show them the copy. the guy said we should not have cashed this you can tell it has been tampered with. I said I know that’s why I’m here to get my money back. I called the corporate mng and told her she said sir well we can’t be short the 270.00 if we give your money back I told her well if your Employee Did not cash this check like he should have I would not have this problem. All she said to do is call the cops instead of finding out who cashed it at her store. She was very unhelpful. So know I have to take this to small claims court to get my money back I really do hope they find out they have been scamming people for years so I can help other people that has had this happen to them.

One of your store in Los Angeles is double charging v me for the loan. I was payi2bf every 2 weeks. To a sudden, tjry made the payment every wwek reaping off from $135 dollats in 2 weeks. Plus the customer service provider was absolutely rude. I have a video for you.

I went to Ace located in Cleveland Ohio on 55th and Chester after getting my compensation check from workers comp. The first day the woman working there said she couldn’t cash it without a manager after she already stamped the ace stamper on the back. The next day I talked to a manager she said she could cash it. After calling the bwc and verifying the check the manager tells me I need a phone number to cash the check because the cell was not a contract phone. So now the bank doesn’t want to cash my check because ace stamped the check. What kind of business is that? I been dealing with ace for years and even started my kids but after this situation I will no longer use ace’s services and never recommend them.

I might not be addressing this complaint to the right place but this is the subject of my complaint. Have you tried to get information on the phone from Lowes. Try it, if your not frustrated aggravated and generally pissed off (pardon the language) then your a better man than I.
I know this will end up in the circular file but I had to write it to relieve my own anger.
I happen to owe $3500.00 to lowes that I was trying to talk to an agent about paying it but I couldn’t talk to anyone but some Robot that was hard of hearing.
Will I buy from Lowes Again?????????????????????????????????????????????????
