I SENT AN EMAIL TO FLIGHT CLUB ON APRIL 13th ASKING FOR THE STATUS OF MY ORDER SINCE 5 BUSINESS DAYS HAD PASSED AND THE STATUS WAS STILL THE SAME. MARY FROM FLIGHT CLUB REACHED OUT TO ME ON APRIL 13th STATING MY ORDER WAS VERIFIED AND READY TO SHIP. ON APRIL 20th I RECEIVED MY PACKAGE AND INSIDE THE BOX THERE WAS A PAIR OF BLACK AND WHITE DUNKS! I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM! I IMMEDIATELY EMAILED FLIGHT CLUB ON APRIL 20th SENT A PICTURE OF WHAT THEY SENT AND EXPLAINED THAT THE ITEMS SENT TO ME WAS INCORRECT AND THAT I NEEDED THE ITEM TO BE REPLACED WITH WHAT I ORIGINALLY ORDERED AND NEVER HEARD FROM THEM. ON APRIL 21st I SENT ANOTHER EMAIL AND ANA REPLIED APRIL 23rD ASKING FOR PICTURES AND JAMES PROVIDED ME WITH A RETURN LABEL. IMMEDIATELY SHIPPED THE SNEAKER AND WAS RECEIVED BY FLIGHT CLUB APRIL 26th AND ACCORDING TO THE SPECIALIST TEAM THEY DENIED MY RETURN BECAUSE ACCORDING TO THEIR SPECIALIST THE SKU or SIZE DID NOT MATCH!!!! LIKE WHATTT!!!! THE PICTURES AND THE SNEAKER BOX AND THE SNEAKERS ALL MATCHED!!! I IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED FLIGHT CLUB AND EXPRESSED HOW POOR AND FRUSTRATING THIS SPECIALIST TEAM WAS! I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM JAMES ON APRIL 26th APOLOGIZING AND STATED THERES WAS A SORT OF CONFUSION WITH THE WAREHOUSE TEAM AND ASSURED ME THAT I WILL RECEIVE MY FULL REFUND WITHIN 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS. HOWEVER, 6 BUSINESS DAYS HAVE PASSED AND I CONTINUE TO REACH OUT TO FLIGHT CLUB AND NO ONE RESPONDS TO MY EMAILS! I HAVE A FULL TIME JOB I AM A MORHER OF 3 AND THIS HAS CONSUMED MY LIFE AND TIME! IVE HAD NUMEROUS HEADACHES DUE TO THIS SITUATION AND SOMEONE NEEDS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS.

Horrible experience I ordered the wrong shoes and tried to cancel the order to reorder the shoes but the company refused. My 1st and last time ordering from this scam of a company. I wanted to reorder shoes they never gave me an option to just exchange the shoes. Each time they reply they say all orders are final and all I wanted was to order the correct item. Worse customer service ever. Stock X is legit and way better. They allowed me to cancel an order which they raily do and refunded me because obviously they don’t need the money like flightclub who has to scam their customers. Please submit your complaints to the Better Business Bureau.

Hello, We live in CT and have worked with Flight Club for a few years. We have had multiple issues with receiving our packages and at first we believed this might be a UPS issue however; I believe Flight Club has found a way to fraud its customers. We were working with Liz D. on the last pair of missing sneakers. She asked us to complete the missing package form. That was filled out immediately and since then she has ignored every email sent on a follow up. Damany Weir Is the owner of Flight Club and he is ultimately responsible for this company. We decided to pull in the State of NY and the State of CT as we feel this is the only way to get thr attention of Mr. Weir. He has an obligation to make sure his customers are getting what the paid for. We also have contacted the local NY news stations in hopes they will air our story, It’s important other customers understand the danger in ordering through this company.

I purchased Sneakers on Dec 2 2018. They have not arrived. I have contacted the Support email a number of times. I believe it must be a computer response because the answers I receive do not fit my questions or responses. They cannot tell me where my order is. I am so frustrated and I am going to contact the Federal Trade Commission if I do not get a response soon.

My Grandson ordered shoes from Flight Club on November 17, 2018. It is now December 11, 2018 and no shoes. But they sure billed my charge card. I would like to press charges against these people. Even the telephone numbers don’t work. These type of people give other internet companies a bad wrap. I want the shoes now or my money back.

I’ve worked in the customer service/ retail industry for four year and this by far was the worst experience I have ever had. I bought a pair of $300 dollar shoes, I realized just 10 minutes later that if the shoes did not fit the person they were for that I would not be able to return or exchange them due to Flight Clubs Policy. So I decided to just cancel the order PRIOR to them shipping it out, but since they do not have a 24 hour call service nor do they have a button in the details section of your order to cancel the order online. I had to email them with all my information hoping they would cancel the order. I called the next day and was on hold for over 30 minutes ( my entire lunch time flew by). I get an email 3 hours later that the product was shipped and about 20 minutes after that an email saying that my product was shipped so I couldn’t cancel it now. Instead of apologizing and accepting the products return because I clearly stated that I wanted to cancel before the product was shipped they refused to take the shoes back. So at first I said okay fine I’ll jusg stay with them, but then I noticed the horrible glue job on the shoes. Which simply made me even more upset, because on top of the fact that the shoes are expensive, they arrived flawed. When I presented this issue to the support team they said my case needed to be reviewed and it would only take 48 hours, that time passed so I called again. They said my case was still being reviewed so I had to wait, a few hours later they called and said it wasn’t their fault because the product came defective from the manufacture. Which means that they had prior knowledge of the products defect/ flaws and neglected to state that under the products description. A complete scam! This was a very unpleasant experience, and I will not be buying any other products from this company.

The same thing just happened to me except I called 5 minutes after I ordered them and they said they were canceled. over 24 hours later I got a email stating they had been shipped. This place is a joke and my goal is to make sure they get as much bad press as possible.

I have yet to receive my product and I ordered December 5, 2018. This company alone gives bad wraps for anyone else that sells shoes. I dont have a number to contact them and its past Christmas. At this point I just want a refund and I will personally see to it I will never order from this particular website period. I received an email from the support team stating they will escalate my issue to the warehouse department and nothing has been done on their behalf. Today is December 30, 2018 and I still havent received a email regarding the issue nor them trying to issue a refund. This is just down right ridiculous. Its a shame I’ve emailed them several times only for no action to take place. Bad business shouldve just ordered them from another place. This company sucks.

I purchased NEW Air Jordans for my husband. He wears them casually. The glue at the side of the sneakers is coming out and the sneaker is falling apart. I reached out to Flight Club; they provided me with no assistance. Horrible customer service and am going to tell all of my friends don’t shop here.

I have been consigning with Flight Club for over 7 years and they have provided excellent service! I also buy at Flight Club and their sneakers are 100% legitimate and CLEAN!!! I think they should open a few more stores as NOBODY in the sneaker game is on their level of excellence! They are the LEADERS in the sneaker aftermarket!
