I am a concerned mother of a employee at the Durham location, and I was told by my child that a manager on dutie had to leave for some reason and he ended up getting shot down the road I believe it was Sept 27th I believe what are you guys going to do about it ? He’s still employed, and from what I was told , he leaves the store while on the clock to do God knows what , that is a huge concern for me, I feel bad for what happened to the guy , but who knows what else he’s doing or what drama he brings to the store! I had sent Nicole a doctors note stating that i cannot be using my right hand for 6 weeks, she proceeded to speak to me about doing more work when i clearly was trying to do some work even know that i couldn’t use my hand, most of the management team is either high or drunk 90% of the time, the communication there is awful and there is so much down talk that happens, she claimed she was going to give me a $ 1.50 raise after training frontline and i never received it even after she told me once she was going to go change it that second ! The work force in that store is extremely unprofessional and is the reason why i left and would never recommend anyone to work there

My wife fell in your Tenders location in Cornelius NC , on June 2, 2020, and was transported via an ambulance to a local hospital. A manager took her information and said they would be in touch, that didn’t happen, a Will Kise from North American claims is the point person, likewise I have spoken to Justin Trask the Operating Director. I have a few problems like I stated before.
One the manager I work for is Oscar j and sents day one he’s been picking at me every time I go to work.one week I need to leave to go to the hospital due to the hospital was about to pull the plug on my granny so I coilsnt go he told menif I leave im fired so i stayed.then that weekend of the funeral which he knew about he scheduled me to work a double also had a meeting that same day so he made me work thru the meet til 1130am then told me I can go to the funeral but told me to xome back afterward as soon as the funeral is done but I had to contact Eric which is also over the store to contact oscar for me to have that day off to moan.now its been a accident with me and my family a few days ago I sents emails to him and other managers now I get back on line to reschedules to send a massage that ill be there today with the paperwork he requested from me but now I see im not on schedule or able to contact him or other managers at PDQ in Dania point. Can you please contact me on wat to do because I need my job and also want to let you guys know that Oscar at dania point keep picking at me and now he holds my job over my head like he did with The death of my grandma.now that im ready to get back to work im not even on schedule which i dont think is right.what the manager at PDQ name Oscar J
Hey I work for PDQ and Cary and I was let go today because I reveal to them that somebody in the store was on drugs When I revealed it to them they cut my hours every time I came in the store one of the managers made sure that they made my life a living hell they made it impossible for me to work there and I just feel like it was just some form of retaliation because I told it on a friend I reached out to Eric I reached out to Jim and I just feel like there’s an HR issue because I lost my job trying to save a life

The staff in the Sarasota, Florida PDQ on Tamiami Trail has turned over completely. The people in there are HORRIBLE !! The old managers and staff were kind, friendly, considerate. The new manager won’t even speak to you or address a problem. He “hides” behind his very young and unexperienced staff. Computers are down more than they are working. They have survey coupons but won’t honor them when their computers are working…. really ? HORRIBLE… HORRIBLE…HORRIBLE. One has to wonder what condition your food is in if the staff is this horrible and the managers have no integrity at all ????????????
I worked at the Edmond Oklahoma location 1600 East 2nd street. My general manager was Braxten Kehr. I worked and put in 27.6 hours and I told them that it wasn’t gonna work out for me. Now I am having trouble getting my paycheck and your GM will not even talk to me about it. I know it’s not much money but I worked for it and I want it. So either someone gets in touch with me or I will take other legal actions thank you very much.
I work at pdq on Seminole Blvd and Park Blvd 7400 the store # is 420 . For the last few days my manager has been using profound language towards me . I have one manager telling me to go home and then him calling me back at 9 pm using profanity at me and telling me to come back and close . I did go and close got there 9:45 or so and closed went home . Next day I’m told I can’t help a guest with there order and was yelled at for doing what I was supposed to do as in helping one of our guests to whom had been there with receipt in hand for half an hour and hadn’t received there food .
Went to PDQ here in Ocala fl. after January 1st. Was very disappointed. Found out, PDQ headquarters change their menu. One of the items that was removed from the menu was the turkey breast sandwich. It was one of the best sandwiches on the menu. Manager said it was a low seller. Now, all you have is hamburgers & chicken. I don’t eat red meat & chicken I cook at home. My friend & I will go to the RED Robin. Even though they sell hamburgers. they also carry turkey burgers for customers that don’t eat red meat. Lost a good customer & many of my friends are also disappointed.
I was at PDQ madison and im pissed. I slipped on what seems to be laundry detergent right in front of door. There is no direct contact number that actually is valid. By falling I had to take rest of day off because im covered in liquid soap of some kind. This will be addressed
I was completely embarrassed by your staff Hilli Yalo at your Pompano location today. I was stort bu two pennies. She had the nerve to tell me make sure you are short next time. Mind you I come to this location almost every other day for lunch. Usually I have my debit-card with me today left it on my desk after I just paid some bills. I was short of 2 cents from $8.89, the manager was no help to me either. Needless PDQ just lost a loyal customer over 2 cents.

I need my w2 form from when I worked there . I started in may of 2014 and left in January of 2016 .
