I am a TSO retiree. For the second time in 2017 my ESP check did not make it into my Broadway Bank A/C by the 1st of the month. Please research why I am not receiving my check on time.
I am in South America for the next 2 months and unable to phone the Home Office.
I wanted to share the wonderful experience I had at your Tesoro gas station in Mapleton, ND. I broke down on highway 94 and just limped into the station, there is no auto parts store in the town and a great young man called Branden went above and beyond to help me. His shift was almost over and he offered to take me into Fargo to the parts store so I could get back onto the road, he wouldn’t take anything for what he had done and I think that someone with that much integrity deserves note. All I can say is that when I’m on the road instead of looking for a flying J, or a holiday gas station, I’ll be looking for a Tesoro station!

Hello my name is Vincent I was just trying to do a simple exchange with my pack of cigarettes I didn’t leave property he was confused on witch cigarettes to give me I told him Marlboro Red 100s and he gave me the red blends I didn’t notice until I got inside my car so I got out of my car and went in to do a simple exchange and the had a simple sign that said no refunds exchange only and that all I wanted to do then there was another sign that said once cigarettes Left the store the sale is final I didn’t leave property and Jonny was telling me that he could not help me out all I wanted to do was exchange and pay the difference it was to much to ask for him he called his manager and she didn’t answer he called he again and no answer idk what it is about your franchise but it seems like you guys have to fix the signs on your store because I was simply trying to get an exchange and pay the difference but Jonny was more concerned about losing his job and getting angry with me instead of helping me out with the difference a simple exchange is not that much to ask for and plus you would have made more since Marlboro Red 100s cost more then the special blend idk why he could not have helped me with a simple exchange that is all I was asking he kept getting upset that I was asking for a simple exchange when the sign says exchange only no refunds I was trying to exchange and pay the difference but I guess that is too much for Jonny to do for me and I could not believe that if I would go to any outher places they would have done it without a problem I never seen customer service representative acted like he was gonna get fired on the spot for a simple exchange we barley got into the car and we went right away inside and he would not help me he kept getting upset that I wanted to exchange then for red 100s I told him he would not get into trouble if he just let me pay the difference and he will get the cigarettes that I paid for in aceddent in exchange for a different brand is that too much to ask for w
Does your company withhold gas drive offs out of employees wages?? One person working the store alone in the middle of nowhere (Fort Ripley Mn) and is expected to leave the store unmanned to chase cars down the highway to catch a plate or as they were told if you have to physically retrieve those funds from the culprit then do so. Employee decides to work for your mgrs or whatever their title is at their sheep farm to work off the debt only to find out on payday they were only receiving a $25 paycheck to live off of. They withheld the $55 gas drive off that the employee was under the impression was worked off. Employee tried discussing it with the manager and he jist laughed and avoided conversation and hopped in his truck and left. THAT IS ILLEGAL TO WITHHOLD THAT MUCH FROM AN EMPLOYEE!!! I heavily encouraged that individual to pursue legal action as this is NOT the first time they have withheld gas drive offs from their employees they don’t even pay minimum wage as it is.
Male this right and clean up that store, repay that employee!

This morning I went to your USA gasoline which is in Marysville Washington I was trying to get $40 worth of gas and pay with a hundred dollar bill and the cashier informed me that she could not provide me with change How could she not provide me with $60 change? she was either lying or just too lazy to have to count her till later either way that’s ridiculous so I did not buy gas there I went somewhere else i will not give my business to somewhere that clearly doesn’t need it doesn’t want it or has lazy employees so I went to 711 which took my money just fine 711 apparently can provide you with change so don’t go to the USA gasoline in quilceda go across the street to the 711

GAS STATION 1092 EAST WASHINGTON STREET,el cAJON,CA.92020.i wish this was under better circomstances but it is not.I GOT set up and raped in my sleep while I was unconcious.They though I would be TOO EMBARRASSED TO REPORT THE CRIME BECAUSE IT IS EMBARRAssing to me.They are all wrong.The african american guy that is short about 5ft8 and fat and light skinned with short hair and clean shaven and 25 to 30 years old that works at U.S.A.GAS at the address above,and a hispanic guy thAT IS about the same build and same age but has long hair and a fat dark skinned african american female with a shoulder length wig and a middle eastern female are either helping the rapist cover up the crimes & find more men to rape me and then make up bull lies to cover it up or they committed the crimes like the black dude and the hispanic guy did.I WILL FILE A LAWSUITE AGAINST YOUR CORPORATION ECT.ALL AND THE OWNER OF THE station under the laws of premisis liability laws you are responsable for everything your emplyees do while on the job.they did harrass me at the station,lie on me ect. and them and there friends have threatined to kill me and tried to kill me by spiking or having a despensory worker spike or put a unknown chemical or drug in my medicine.I am glad I didnot take as much as ussual.SO instead of dying I WOKE UP WITH BLOOD ON MY PILLOWS AND I BIT MY TONGUE.While I was sleep and woke up with E.M.S. in my bedroom checking vitals.I KNOW they know the guys that work at 3907 Emperial ave. san diego,ca.92101 and they probably put them up to do the crime or they are best friends with the people that did.

My Credit card was douple charged – i know this because i receive alerts when my card is used. The employee inside was of no help barle spoke english – i showed her the double charged on my phone and she said it was not her problem would nor even attempt to check if it was or noe – vferified with my credit card company ie WAS double charged – station still would not do anything – my friend is an attorny hee went ther and told them to chevk into it or else he was going to file a fraud charge agait them they said go ahead and told us to leave. this tations is an Lake Murry + Navajo road in San Diego CA Store# 63419

I had a horrific experience at your gas station with two employees on McFadden ave & Fairview in santa ana cal orange county & a employee named carmen keeps messing with me & today i finally had it ive been going there for 8years now & never got carded to buy cigerattes & i look so old im 34years old & she asked for my i.d & once i told her i didnt have it she smurk on her face & so i went home got my i.d & went back then she had a another employee a guy who spook a lil English try to intimidate me so i was pissed off so i gave her my i.d then all of the sudden they didnt have my cigerattes & the guy was threatening me to he was going to call the police for what i dont know cause i was speaking my mind I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM THERE TILL THOSE PEOPLE STARTED WORKING THERE… So im gonna go around my community & tell everyone what happen & have OUR COMMUNITY BOYCOTT THIS PLACE TILL THEY REMOVE THESE PEOPLE
