My name is Leroy Myers I purchased some KSwiss shoes through Afterpay payment option.
As stated in my previous numerous email letters I never received (2) pairs of shoes in my box that was shipped to me.
The box still had the seal on it I have contacted KSwiss customer service about this problem and from the beginning; I was getting the run around not even trying to help solve this problem. I no longer had the box, which they asked me to take photos of then they asked for picture of the shoes I did receive.
I have taken multiple photos as requested and customer service keep going back and forth not trying to fix this issue. I have bought many shoes of KSwiss, Puma, Nike, and so on from numerous sources and no issues.
I hope this email reaches the corporate office so they look into the hassle KSwiss customer service department has been putting me through to the point of harassment.
I am extremely upset the handling of this situation and I hope suspension to up to termination will be taking on the customer service department as to the way they have been handling this.
With KSwiss having a long reputation of great products, great customers, and customer service this issue tends to demeanor the reputation of what they have strived for so many years.
I own over 70 pairs of shoes of KSwiss so my frustration of this problem is way above average to very upset and uncalled for.
I will be contacting Afterpay and let them know the situation as I have great payment history with them as well as Quadpay, Sezzle, Affirm and so on. THEREFORE, I would not say I did not receive something if I did. This is on the problem of KSwiss warehouse and customer service.
It’s simple 1) refund the shoes, or 2) reship them it would be so simple to have taken either option and now they have let a great strong customer purchasing many shoes of this brand with a taste in his mouth where he would not want to purchase anything probably in the near future. I am also contacting media outlets and podcast and let them know the situation and see if corporate steps in then.
Companies cannot continue to treat customers this way and expect to still be employed I am including all in a packet to the corporate office when I send it to them. With this being said I have friend in the law field that is also looking into this because we feel that how I have been harassed by sending photos and numerous emails and not much response is totally against any companies policy’s and procedures.
Please I ask you look into the problem and get to the bottom of who was sending these emails and not even trying to handle the problem look at the email chain that included everything has a fingerprint and these people’s need to be suspended , retrained on how to handle situations even up to termination.
Whether I purchase anymore KSwiss products is still up in the air but I know this better be handled as soon as possible as it has went on long enough with the back and forth harassment is that company so hard up they can’t either refund these shoes, or reship them to close this problem out.

I placed an order on line. I was supposed to have received my package last week. It’s been sitting on a truck in California now for over a week and hasn’t moved. I can’t get any answers from Fedex, and have Emailed K-Swiss now probably 5 times with no response!!! There is no customer service in any offices to talk to anyone. I would NOT EVER order from them again!!! Ever!!!

My name is Jeneise Pflaumer and I work for the City Of Pinellas Park at the Senior Recreation Center. We have a walking club for the members. I currently have between 8 and 10 steady walkers for this club. They walk 2 miles every Monday and Friday morning through the city. This started last October, and on inclement weather days they walk inside on treadmills at our fitness building. We are reaching out to try to get vouchers for sneakers for these seniors. We would like it as a reward type incentive for them for staying active and being healthy. The age group is our youngest is 58 and the eldest is 92. So far they have walked XXXXulatively 559 miles. I would like to use this for the walkers who have achieved the 100 mile mark (which some have already done).
