In December I went into a Chase Branch not convenient to me to close my safety deposit box. The manager talked me into keeping it. Yesterday, I called a branch near me to return the keys and once more close the account as I had just been charged $55 for the coming year. There is nothing in the box and I don’t want it. The branch said to come on by and they would take care of it. I went to the branch and a man said that could not be done, but to hang on and let him look, so he logs in to his computer and proceeds to read. da da da da da. So I say forget it I will go to the out of the way 10 miles and traffic and do it myself. So I went to the branch today and had to wait for 20 minutes. Then the man said he would have to check with his manager to see if I could have my refund. Then he came back and said I could not have my refund. WTF (Wealth Trading Foundation). I have now paid for a deposit box a year in advance for somebody else. Customer Service is a valued commodity and is becoming a lost art. What is this world coming to. I hope chase uses the $55 wisely. I am 70 year old woman who just got fired and looking for a job. The reason I had a deposit box is because Lehman Brothers went belly up and the money used to buy my condo went up in smoke and I have been renting out to be able to pay for the upside down condo and live in a poverty place with roaches. And why would he tell me he needed to talk to his manager and give me hope and come back after wasting my time and tell me no. (Wealth Trading Foundation) Love, nancy

I did a quick pay to a client using his phone number. after a day we realized that his number had been assigned to someone else’s account who doesn’t even have the same name. I went directly to chase bank and spoke with the bank manager. she looked up both accounts and can see clearly that the money had never reached his account. She filed a claim to recover my money. 4 days later the bank send me a letter stating that the transaction was done correctly and they would do nothing more. Again I call an everyone is in agreement that the money is not in the correct account but because were the money had went, they had taken it out and now the bank can’t withdrawal the money back. They are so rudely telling me to bad, Im out my money. And Im clearly telling them it’s in the wrong account. They will not tell me who had received my money or were it went. And that they are not going to do anything about this. Well now Im not only going to post this on social media but will be sending a email to the news media about how Chase and there quick pay is not safe and the lack of help in recovering the money that has clearly been put into the wrong account. Oh one more thing Gotta love it when Mike the senior claims specialist says he the highest person I can talk to and that there is nothing they are going to do to help me. So Im hoping a CEO or someone who is competent enough to do there job will contact me immediately..

I just opened a brand new Chase account and Chase is going to lose my business just as quickly as they gained it. They have put a hold on a CASHIERS CHECK. There is not a bank on the planet that puts a hold on Certified Funds. I need access to the funds prior to the lift on the hold and Chase basically told me too bad. As soon as this nightmare is resolved, my account is being closed. There is no way I will continue to give my business to a chain of banks that have the most ludicrous policies that I have ever heard of. This bank should be ashamed of themselves. Cashier’s checks are to be treated like CASH. Hence the “Cash” in Cashiers check. I’ve never been more disgusted in my life.

On Friday, December 2, 2016 my bank account was compromised. I’m a chase private client. The amount stolen was 25,000 which is part of my two children’s account as they were joint account. I have reported this incident to Chase Fraud Department, Chase Corporate Executive Office , Chase Claims Department and Chase Customer Service. I also filed a police report. Some of the money was given back to me but there is a lot more to collect. I have g one to the local branch and met with a banker and also the manager. I have left several messages at the corporate executive office. So far I have been very unlucky to get a response as to the status of my claims. I am the victim but Chase Bank is treating me like I am the criminal.

My name is Gerald Woodall and I’m a victim of fraud. I lost my job on 12/22/15 and filed unemployment. I was told by the unemployment office that I would get a debit card mailed. I waited for my card but it never came. I went back the unemployment office and was told to call chase bank. I called and discovered someone had been using my card. I’m out of 1500.00 since the person made 3 transactions. One on 1/27/15 for 500.00in Hammond, IN at a bmo bank, one on 2/2 for 800.00 at a bank of America cash station on jeffery st and one for 200.00 on 2/3 for at a citgo gas station. I called the police and cancelled the card immediately. My policereport number is HZ144359. I was confused how this person may have gotten my pin until I had went through the process of activating my new debit card, when I had to pick a new one, but I don’t know how they got my social security number and date of birth. Maybe this was a inside job, but now my family and I are suffering. I mailed and faxed the signed statements and called the financial crimes section of the CPD for identity theft and was explained the processor the investigation. I’m writing you today because of being accused of theft by csr from your report line. I’m not lying and need help. I have a apartment on the northside of Chicago and no one else has access to the mail. I never got the debit card in the mail until 2/9/16 and the only purchased made was for faxing my claim to chase for 5.55 on 2/9/16 from the currency exchange. I’m now out of money and have no food to live on. My cell was cut off for non payment, please contact my wife at 773-209-XXXXX if you have any questions. My new card number is 51X178XXXX67519XX. My claim numbers are 1602002898001, 1602002900001 and 1602003572001. Please help speed up this process for me. I’m in desperate need of the funds.
