Buffalo Wings and Rings was founded in1984 in Cincinnati, Ohio. The company operates a chain of casual sports bar alternative restaurants, where sports can be seen, but in a family friendly atmosphere.

The company was purchased in 2005 by Philip Schram, Nader Masadeh and Haytham David, who streamlined operations and installed a more uniform system of management. Franchises began to grow rapidly after this time. Today, the company has more than 50 locations in 13 states the US and 16 international locations.

Buffalo Wings and Rings is undergoing renovations to change the darker, man-cave type of setting into one that is bright and more family friendly. The menu is constantly being re-evaluated as well, with the addition of some lighter menu items, including salads, wraps, and other “lighter” menu items.

In October 2021, the company announced that it was going to rebrand itself as Wings and Rings, minus the Buffalo.

Also in October 2021, the company stated that it would expand its presence in Mexico, adding 11 more locations.

New to the neighborhood of Fairfield, Ohio i ordered and picked up half boneless and bone in order last year and was bad I chopped up as being a busy day. Since then I tried to give a second chance was I love wings and my husband was trying to giving me a break from cooking so we went to Fairfield location near our neighborhood again and ordered 20 boneless and 20 bone in for $56. It was a pick up order as pervious and the order checked once got home was worst then to pervious visit the year before. I was not only dry of sauce and lacking the favor but hard, crunchy and dry texture. Me still Disappointed but I didn’t want to waste my money
i took to work the leftover to work the next day for lunch and it was even worst and end up throwing away which I don’t do. I called the next day to complain and the supervisor told me that I should’ve call the same day. Wow not I treat but have lost a customer thanks but no thanks

Mission , TX location. I thought this was a sports bar not a club. Evening manager and
evening female bartender seem to have a personal relationship. Several patrons wanted the sound of a football game and the female bartender took the remote from the manager and increased the volume to some Mexican music that caused several customers to walk out. Very unprofessional.

I recently placed a go order at the Dixie Hwy Buffalo Wings & Rings Dixie Hwy location the young lady that took the order stated 15 to 20 mins. My bill was an $84.07 order I believe my receipt said 66 in the left corner for the order number. It ended up taking 45 minutes to completed. Thankfully when the order was brought I ask the young girl to lets check it at that point there were 3 items missing order plus other items added that I didn’t order so she went back thinking she completed the order still missing items no manager came out to talk to me nor did anyway try and help this young girl at the front area she was trying to assist me with my order plus greet customers coming in to dine plus answer the phone hardly. The young girl came out 2 times apologizing saying they are back there working on it. I felt bad for the young girl working the front I told her it wasn’t her fault and I appreciated her help and effort. The cook in the back at one point came out to greet someone they knew that had came in to dine just talking laughing no worries while I’m standing at the front still waiting on my order to get completed this is not acceptable I just would have thought a manager would have came out to address the issue and offer something! Like I am sorry I am aware we are taking care of it would you like a soda while you wait nothing! I get home my one order of wings were supposed to be buffalo mild ended up being a garlic so my daughter couldn’t eat it so that was a waste. I would think if you have staff preparing go orders those should be really checked because once a person leaves they are stuck with either items missing or an incorrect order. My family and I love coming there and eating the food is really good but when you spend money to dine out you want a good experience. Undercover Boss! Aggravated..Thank you

I reecently visited greendale store on 2 ocasions both times there were issues the first was an issue with an app and then we ordered a basket of wedges and received a side when we ask server she assured us it was a basket. The second time we went as a test we just ordered a side of wedges and received the same size as previously then we ordered a 20 piece wing to split and ask for blue cheese and ranch dressing we received both but were charged for the one had we ordered 2 10 pieces at a higher price the sauce would’ve have been free and while eating I personally watched a server bring a beer back to the bar from a table and the bartender placed said beer in a small fridge behi d the bar and later removed it and served it to another customer. Starting to act and remind me of the other wing place that I quit going to because of similur issues. And to make matters even worse I sent all this same info in an email over 2 weeks ago and no reply Not a good way to keep customers any response would greatly be appreciated

Uber Driver: Arrived Buffalo Wings and Rings Arlington Texas Lamar street to pick up an order. I normally pick the orders up at the counter; however, the male who was the manager on duty told me to go to the bar. I get my order for Tanner. The delivery address was about 19 miles away. I delivered the food and drove 19 miles back to Lamar where I get a 2nd beep for Buffalo Wings and Rings Arlington Lamar TX. I noticed it was for the same name Tanner. The two ladies behind the bar informed me this was a second new order from Tanner. I waited between 5 and 8 minutes for the order, which is excessive due to the fact you have a 20-30 delivery completion time. I take the 2nd order which was in reality the 70% of the uncompleted first order. I drive 19 miles to deliver this second order as the ladies behind the bar agreed, and the manager on call also gave me a call out then that Tanner made a second order. This is another 40 minutes out of my way, and when I get to the door I am absolutely blindsided. The client said the was the other 70% of their initial order. I called the manager on duty, a male, didn’t get the name. He verified that this was indeed one order. 30% delivered first, 70% delivered second. Uber was paying promo $$$ extra per order from 11a to 2p. In 3 hours I only completed 3 trips due to this delay and mistake. The manager on duty got irritated, rude and hung up on me. The 2 times I was at the restaurant was empty. Driving home from my third delivery I drove passed and there were still no cars. I always pick up at Buffalo Wings and Rings in Arlington, my order always ready at the hostess counter and I am on my way. You may want to check to see who the manager on duty was today. I lost about $15.00 in revenue, had a excessive wait time, and a bad rating from the customer. I am trying to make a living as well. I have bills to pay as well. If the ladies are having problems with the online orders and the manager is hanging at the hostess station he could take the time to check in the kitchen that orders are going out complete and in a timely manner. Just Saying

Let me start out giving credit to Both Kevin’s, Abby and Your Owner of the Nashville TN Location. They are Outstanding people, the atmosphere when they are working makes me feel like I’m sitting in my front room. I travel for a living and have been frequenting your location for 6 weeks now, and love it… I’m not really big on boneless wings, Sunday March 5th I stopped in and Abby was telling a customer how you cut them fresh in the morning, so I tried 5. I was served 5 wings blue cheese and celery EXCELLENT….made me a believer … I went back the next night and wanted to order 10 this time, as they were so good… I never had the opportunity nor do I care to ever again met the male working behind the bar Monday March 6th ( Full head of Black Hair in his 20’s) I ordered 10 boneless wings, and liking blue cheese I used my cup Sunday on 5 I simply asked if two cups of blue cheese came with 10 wings, he rudely answered no, and walked toward the cash register I said can you explain to me why if I received 1 cup for 5 I wouldn’t receive 2 cups for 10. He bellowed across the bar I upgraded you… I said can you explain that to me . He said I said I handled IT… At that time I asked him for my bill and waited another
