I was grooming my dog at one of your stores. I came out of thr grooming area to talk to one of your groomers . As i came out there was a scale on the floor and did not have any warning that it was present there . I tripped over ot and fell into my knee Your manager was present a when it happen . I did go to an urgent care . And I torn the meniscus in the knee. I have called numerous time of the last couple of months and no call back . I have lost time from work and have seen numerous doctors . It seems like you are avoiding me . I did not put the scale on the floor . That was your employees .

Hello I emailed you guys about an incident that happened in regard to my young daughter seeing your employee masturbating in his car a week or so ago, and I still haven’t heard anything back from you guys, I don’t wanna make this public, but I will. I am shocked that nobody has gotten back with me on this subject, I am very disgusted with the way Hollywood feed is handling this or even if they are handling this, please let me know what’s being done about this situation. Hello and good morning. I am a customer of your store and have been for quite some time now, I love the store and the products that you guys sell, and I am a returning customer, but that will no longer be due to what my child saw from one of your employees the other day. I work for a local and prominent newspaper in the Dallas area, and I have worked for them for a number of years, and I am highly considering reporting what my child saw from one of your Hollywood feed employees . This past Wednesday at your lemmon and knight st location I was getting my child ready for school and she was getting dressed and she looked out of the window of her bedroom which is upstairs and it looks right outside down at the cars parked in front of the building that we live in and she witnessed your employee masturbating sitting in his car. I was furious and almost called police, but I didn’t have time to stay and file a complaint and wait for police to get there. I immediately recognized the guy from your store because I’ve been in your store several times, I even came into the store after dropping my child off at school just to confirm it was the guy that I recognized as an employee of your store, he is a thin Caucasian male and he drives a black Mercedes Benz and he works in the back as a dog groomer, I was very shocked to see such a display of disrespect from an employee at your store, as stated earlier I love your store and I wanna remain a customer, and I don’t wanna bring the drama or publicity to the other employees, but something must be done because how do you explain that type of behavior to a young girl? I hope this doesn’t happen again, and I am considering reporting him. Thank you.
