I have been contacting Etsy customer service and Etsy technical support now for almost three months for my account as a seller, Jazzy Beads. The problem first occurred on December 1, 2020 when I tried to edit or add a listing on my desktop computer. It was showing that there was maintenance going on. I waited and tried again a week later and the same problem was occurring indicating I could not list or edit. On 12/24th I sent their technical support department a screenshot, and no reply since. I can only use my app but no other browsers or computers will work.
I have called Etsy, sent more emails and I they are telling me technical support is working on the problem. I am fed up and disappointed since I have been selling on Etsy since 2009 and never had a problem. They are such a large company so why can’t they help their sellers? There are several other sellers that are having the same problem.

I’ve gone round and round endlessly trying to find a way to reach etsy through their website. None of the options they say I have are showing up — to report a problem with an order through my account, or report a shop on the sidebar to that shop. I bought something from UniqueTunic — a caftan — that is so transparent that it is absolutely unwearable. Nothing in the description says it is sheer. I contacted the seller (Irina in India) and was essentially told to eff off. At the very least I should be able to warn off other potential buyers, but for some reason the purchase isn’t showing up so I can’t leave a review.

We haven’t have any problems in our city and today, rocks and bricks are being set around the city in anticipation of tomorrows protest.
Peaceful protests don’t tell people what to wear, or to hide any distinguishing tattoos, and lets not forget the line that said “write emergency contacts on your arm” and to “bring first aid kits”. Peaceful protest????? I don’t think so.
Instead of adding fuel to the fire, why doesn’t Esty donate to the innocent victims of our city, or to the business who are already struggling because of COVID and will no doubt be looted tomorrow at the “peaceful protest”?
I can’t believe Etsy is supporting this.
I will never buy anything from Etsy again and I hope more people do the same.

I have been with Etsy since 2014
I thought I am in control over my shop , with my relisting ,
unfortunately not .
In November 2019 , all of a sudden , item start to relist themselves ,
I spend a long time , to correct over 1900 item , that I had listed,
to reset from Automatic – to manual relisting , if it is my shop , then , I would like to relist my own items.
But in the past 2 weeks , someone is going behind all my work and relist them ,I want this sh*t to stop.
Etsy has competition , Macari and Poshmark and ebay.
But to take advantage from seller to relish 0.20 for each item , to make , your all’s quota , is wrong , to sellers,
I am aware that Etsy goes in my shop and makes , Price adjustment , Shipping adjustment and now Relist my items , REALLY.
I want this sh*t to stop.

Based on the tons of complaints and the lack of customer service, If I am not contacted by Etsy by next week. I plan on opening a class action suit and inviting every customer who appears to have been defrauded and trust me, You won’t be able to sell in at least every state that I am licensed in and I will have an injunction against your company by January 15th.

What Makes Me *Avoid Etsy* the Most –
** The Query or Search Engine is Inefficient and Maddening !! Put in anything you might be searching like Women Wool Shirt, small. I get lots of short sleeve cotton t shirts, vests, mens shirts, jewelry, dresses, larges, medium sizes, fabric by the yard, etc.
The more parameters I try to include, the worse the results. Pages and Pages and Pages of crap I have to weed through to find what I am looking for.
** Sold Items still pictured and advertised either on the Etsy site or Google search.
I Do NOT Have the Time for This Nonsense!
Nevermind, there are scads of other places to shop online.

My name is Irene Pearson , and I have been an Etsy Seller for 5 years ,the past couple of years I started to put out – lighted – electrical – motion – items – in m shop – I have been scammed and cheated – several times – it is heartbreaking for me , since all of he items in my Etsy Shop are my Personal Property , that was purchased by me – I have worked hard for al these item , and pieces ,and to give them up for Free – Bites me in a Way.
I am a Senior Citizen , and since my husband of 42 years has past , and that income is no longer there , I upped my listings – I had 2300 items for – sale , until I got scammed again , now my shop is closed – and the $ 460.00- that I invested – in my listings – are waisted – Time -Money and Effort to me.

I opened my shop on etsy 4 years ago with the help of etsy support.
I couldn’t get over how nice everyone at etsy was and how willing to help me out.
Since opening my shop I have had some scammers, bad reviews, slow sales ect. When I called etsy in brooklyn , again, they were helpful, and very nice.
This past December my sales hit a brick wall and have not picked up much since. I have also over the last year or two have had pop up boxes on my etsy that someone is running a script or someone is phishing my pages. When filling out the help section etsy provides sellers with for receiving a phone call back, I would always get a phone call back in 15 minutes. But seems the attitudes of the etsy support had changed. The were not that willing to help and some of them didn’t even know the answers to my questions. I did get one girl who suggested that next time these boxes pop up to get a screen shot. Well by the time I learn how to do a screen shot the boxes would be gone or my pages phished. These people didn’t seem as friendly as the ones I had always talked with in Brooklyn. So next time I had to put in for a phone call I got I decided I would ask whom I was talking to and from where. Which I did. Here I am getting phone calls from some company that seems to have partnered with etsy support. These people are from the State of Oregon. And I don’t want to talk with them but the etsy support in Brooklyn whom I can’t seem to get hold of anymore. The people in Oregon, don’t seem as willing to help plus do not know all the answers to my questions. I mentioned to one girl from this company that I wanted to open a second etsy shop in the future. She had told me that she didn’t think I could do that. As far as I knew you could. But I never did.
Also, I have been getting a lot of nasty reviews from what I call scammer customers. I have a no refund shop but feel if someone deserves a refund due I will refund or ask them if they would like to pick something else from my shop for the same price. Most of the time these people don’t want to. They just want to post nasty reviews that have brought my 5 star rating down to a 4 1/2 star rating. The reviews are happening quit often so I have decided to put my shop on vacation mode for a while and take a break to decide if I should just shut down or move to another web site. These are things I really don’t want to do as I have been so happy with selling on etsy and happy with the customer service in Brooklyn. But if I can’t get some solid answers from etsy as to how come I getting phone calls back from Oregon, why I am not getting the sales I use to get when I list new things all the time and why I am getting nasty review after nasty review I will have no other choice but to close or go else where. I would rather stay with etsy to sell my stuff so Please Corporate Etsy, can you help me out and at least let me know if something is going wrong with my shop.

I am reaching out to you for your assistance. I have contacted and worked directly with local store managers, locate at 3065 Webb Rd, Milton Ga. 30004 since November 17th, in regarding the issue, AT&T promo buys one iPhone get another one free. So far, it has shown not much progress at all. May, I ask to have this issue escalate to the next level, please. Also, please keep me update as it’s progressing.
Problem:
AT&T has refused to credit other free iPhone. The reason, the second line must be added a new line to get the second iPhone free whereas my case, I only have the upgrade. It has misinformed by the Fry’s employee without telling in details that I have to active a new line. I have purchased four iPhones. Now I have been paid install payment for all four iPhones.
Could someone from corporation office please contact me at 404-451-XXXXX. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. My last update from the local assistant store manager, Mr. Terrance Lockhart on December 6th. I have not heard from him since then. I have requested an update multiple times but no answer.
