I USED to be a big fan of Pampered Chef. Not anymore! I do not know what you done in your business or why, but it sucks! I have been on hold more than once for over 2 hours with no answer. That is f-ing ridiculous! I have sent numerous emails none have been responded to, (and yes I checked the spam folder) You people owe me a refund Kindly respond to this complaint. This is just bad business. Rest assured you have lost a customer, and I will tell any one who asks me do not bother Pampered Chef has gone to the dogs.

I have a variety of your products and love them very much. I do, however, have a suggestion for a new product. I use your baking sheets a lot. There are some recipes that call for a wire rack to be placed in the baking sheets. Thus far I have found no racks that fit snugly inside the tray. They are either too large or too small. If you made ones that exactly fit your baking sheets, they would be a wonderful addition to my collection.
Thank you.

I want to have someone to talk to regarding a gift I received it was a can opener and it broke I called to get another one and I dont know who got it for me. I got it 2-3 years ago and I was told it has a life time guarantee. I can the 888 number and they won’t help me not make me happy. I hope to hear from someone that will do the right thing and keep a purchasing customer. I dont understand why you won’t make a customer happy or help me to fix the product you sell. Hope to hear from you thankyou disgruntled customer.

A sales consultant wants me to pay sales tax on an item I purchased over the internet (online party) from a hostess who lives in LA. I live in NH, a “no sales tax” state, and she refuses to deduct the sales tax on my purchase. Could you please contact me so I can get this problem resolved? The hostess ‘s party ends tomorrow. Thanks for your quick response.
