The reason why I’m writing to you is about your account and how we can resolve these issues we have experience. There are outstanding invoices that need to be revised so we can process payments. We were told that we need to process payments, but first, the invoice needs to be revised. The invoices for example like the price needs to be changed or the taxes. We have experienced a lot of issues for this company sending the wrong product or not responding to the emails or making the corrections that need to be done.
