Yes. I have only been with the company a few months. I am a cullet Driver for the ABM subcontractors for Vitro in Wichita Falls Texas. I have been sent home two times already because the supervisor Angelina and Damon. They don’t let me do my job and ask me to go home when they can’t get a hold of me on the phone. They don’t seem to have a problem with the other driver. Well the other driver stays in the break room taking extended breaks. I am always moving and somewhere near the truck
Sometimes trying to repair any broken items. I feel they are picking on me because I am white. And I know for a fact there has been several people of color who take extended breaks and talks back to them and have never been sent home. I am a Military vet and they claim they work with vets. This is not how.you treat vets or.respect them. This last time they said they couldn’t get a hold.of.me was became I was discussing some issues to a vitro supervisor who supercedes an ABM supervisor. And as soon as he was finished talking with him l called Damon back. And he started yelling at me like I am a child. I am 54 years old and was a drill sergeant in the army. I can’t afford to be sent home and loose 36 hrs of pay because an ABM supervisor can’t get ahold of me right away.

I worked at DFW/Employee shuttle as a lead supervisor and all I can say it is the worst and poorest management experience I have ever encountered. I’m speaking of all managers including the top manger of transportation department for DFW. I have work with four different GM’s before I quit and none of them had any idea what or how to run ES. I was told by this last manager point blank that he judge what he felt about my character on what another manager told him concerning my attitude, there for he never believed in anything I had to say but could never or did he ever had anything bad to say about my work ethic. Easy job but I definitely left because of management.

I have worked for ABM almost 2 years.Thursday 9/12/2019 I had to quit. I worked
at Capital One. I started as a cleaner June 3. The job is 10.00 an hour 6:00 to 10:00 pm, ABM owe me back money for that time. They was only paying me 9.00
an hour. I was told by Mrs. Vicky , that I will get it returned back to the first day. That have not happen. Every two week my check is short, ABM owe me money. I have
    not been treated right.

Poor management at the Hilton on Biscayne. Fermin the manager is very racist and do not do his job as a mangager. He expected me as a new employee to react on certain things on the site mean while there’s a whole camera there. If he was doing his job he would of saw there’s a lot of activities going on with other employees that’s been there for years, but yet expects me to be the one to say things like I am a supervisor. He lied and said another supervisor asked me to stay passed my time, mind you I just did a overnight which my shift was done at 8 AM! He asked me to stay till 10am for when another manager comes in. 10:15-1030 comes nobody comes and reliefs me. Until a valet apologize to me because he usually does stay and cover until the next person comes but Fermin insists that he stays and I stay in the booth. Then he wants to lie when I say I will call corporate because I find out that I’m not getting paid for the over time I did neither the time I came in an hour early for my shift because I was covering for a coworker that was on vacation. Fermin was always funny from the beginning because there was something that every employee was supposed to do and that was to rate on how management was doing but for some odd reason I couldn’t and like two other African American employees so call “Number” wasnt working so we couldn’t do the survey. All I know is that he is not a good fit and I will be calling tomorrow to file a complaint.

I worked for the Dallas Love Field location in Dallas Texas. I left ABM due to health issues that was having me move out of state.
I have been having issues trying to get medical coverage in my new state because on the In Verify fax it does not list a separation date. I called In Verify to see what the hold up was or if this was clerical. I was informed that ABM has never sent in the paper work for them to enter the information. I left ABM July 2018 and here we are mid September with still no result.
I have called and texted the GM of that location and he told me he never submitted the paperwork. I call daily to In Verify and they still have nothing.
Once again I contact the GM and he gives me the phone number to HR and who I should speak. For the last 2 days I have called and I get voicemail. I leave a message everytime which is 2 to 3 a day but I get no response from her.
I feel totally disrespected and not only that I still can not see the doctor here for assistance simply because ABM has not submitted paperwork. I had even told the GM they would take a statement on ABM letterhead. No action.
I honestly have no idea how a company as huge as ABM can continue to operate with the management and HR they have in place. I was with the company for 9 months and was promoted to a supervisor position with in 7 months. I started at $8.00 an hour and as a supervisor my pay increased to $9.00. That 1 dollar was an insult and yes I did my job and I did it because some money is better then no money.
All I want is to have the InVerify folks get the information so I can seek medical care. Basically ABM, you have my health and life in your hands and I sure hope something is done soon.
    Very discouraged and disappointed.

Terrible management at DFW Airport. The General manager and HR manager are rude, and unprofessional. The HR manager is completely incompetent at her job, very unapproachable, rude and unprofessional. The GM is also unapproachable, unprofessional, rude, and is completely apathetic towards his job responsibilities, his employees, or representation of ABM and DFW Airport. The GM is dishonest, and advocates dishonest and deceptive practices by his employees. His lead supervisor is racist and discriminatory, while he condones and supports rude behavior on behalf of his HR Manager. He instructed his employees to falsify and embellish statistics being compiled to be submitted to DFW and it’s board members. The company utilizes a PEO (Professional Employment Organization)to avoid compliance with the Federal ACA (Affordable Care ACT, Aka Obama Care), and as a means of avoiding penalties and liabilities under the ACA. This PEO has never had a presence at DFW airport, nor any kind of HR or Management assistance or involvement (they are located in Washington DC). The pay is below industry standards, the working conditions are very unacceptable, including a hostile, intimidating, humiliating attitude by the management and supervisors. The turnover rate is astronomical (over 100 drivers, and 20 supervisors in my 5 year tenure as am employee there). They do not offer benefits to the majority of their workforce, and to those that they do offer it to, it is very sub-par in it’s coverage, and expensive. There are no bonuses or incentives, and very little room for advancement. They also have a nepotism clause, that if you are terminated you are not eligible to work for any ABM subsidiary or company, and they go out of their way to block you and blacklist you from pursuing other options available, even prior to termination. I would not recommend this company for employment.

This company sends out customers to collections without notifying them they BELIEVE they are owned money 2 and 1/2 years after the fact. While never sending and invoice to the customer for 2 1/2 yrs. I did pay to double to park in their parking lot (while an employee was on the lot) and handed me an envelope to pay as THEIR equipment was not working. So I paid double to park. Then they send me to collections.
