    Just tried the “work around” for payments which is to put payment amount in custom payment area and IT ALSO SAYS $ 2,286.13 is outside valid payment date.

    So again I ask what is more important to CitiBank than efficiently processing incoming payments, so fix your problem because I have no way to pay you today and you are making my payment history invalid

    dalebmw@ aol.com, having been told 8/16 that your online card payment work ticket issue :

    “Payment date”
    “The date entered is outside of the valid range” in red

    Would be fixed, it is not, and some manager is too lazy to do the small code fix required. Please reply when this issue if fixed for your excellent clients like me.
