my name is wyshieka Thompson, I work with your company years ago, however after working with you all I found full time employment and advise the recruiter of the upcoming change in employment. he stated that I was under a contract which I had no ideal I was under and stated that I was just a temporary employee, also in addition to me changing jobs I also sent him a email informing him in writing that I had found other employment. he then stated that is I left the job he would add me on the do not hire list, so I applied for employment as a sub teacher recently took the test and passed. but the next day I get a call saying I was on the do not hire list, I asked the question why and the recruiter sais she didn’t see any reason why I was on the black list but she would try and find out however it has been a week and still no word on why I have bee put on your companys do not hire list..i just need to know why I wasn’t aware I was under contract and why I’m on the do not hire list.
can someone please spread some light on the situation

THE WORST TEMP SERVICE I EVER ENCOUNTERED EVER. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN.
as a result of ur totaly absurd safety program i was excused from the plant i have been working at since 2000.depending on there so called investigation out come.they pulled my badge an was exited from the plant now im faced with the embarrassment an humiliation.even tho i was not directly at fault in the situation an as i was treated as if i were a common criminal an facesing certain prison time i find that this individual was merely using his authority to gain notoriety.an at this point i am seeking damages
I work for the Kelly’s office that is in bufflao Grove the assignment that l am on is fine but Kelly’s uses there own time clocks that do not even run probably. Instead of fixing the issue they just assume you had not worked overtime and deny you your pay. My group lead at the company stated they approved my overtime and l should of been paid. Kelly’s rep for the office says no one has approved my time and tells me l need to contact them for what no one is in the office like they say they are at 6am. I call the rep for Kelly’s they say contact she doesn’t answer and then tells me in a message while l was sleeping from working 3rd she she has not hear from me what type of be is that just pay me SMH.l will post had comments on face book and ever where else if they don’t get me my money on Tuesday l am not for no games
I was being hired for a position and filled out the required paper work and took the drug testing and was told that my test came back positive! I don’t now or have never used any substances of any kind! I spoke to the recruiter and explained that, I would like to speak to whomever is in charge of the Screening after leaving two voice messages. I have yet to receive a return call? I will go through the chain of command and follow all steps to have this resolved. I am told the company uses more than one lab to actually do the testing. So my urine sample could have gone to any company which means it could have been, mishandled at any point,after I left from leaving the sample. I was told that I couldn’t work for the company for a year! I am going to take all the proper steps to have my name cleared of someone else’s mistake!
I am in San Juan Puerto Rico I was told by a staff member because I did not speak full Spanish and wqas not Puerto rican they were not going to find work for me. I a looking for a Lawry at this moment to sue Kelly services for not following E.O.E. labor laws .
Hey I been trying 2 get a job threw Kelly but every time I go they say its something I did on a previous job to hire me back threw temporary service but when I call the 1800 they told me that its got 2 be a manager there to take it out the system
my name is susan rodgers and i live in jacksonville il i applied with ur company years ago (2005) to be exact. i was put on an assingment and had a no call no show do to a personal injury at home that required stiches. Its now ten years later and applied for a job thru the springfield office and was told that since ! had that in 2005 they couldnt hire me How can ur company hold ten years ago on me?? people change im asking for ur company to give a person a second chance and allow me to work on an assignement thru the springfield office Please contact me back 217370****
