I am VERY disappointed in how EOG Resources handles & works (really NOT works) with their Mineral Rights Owners.
I have had to deal with two separate “landsmen” and their Midland, Ft. Worth, & Houston offices – NO ONE ever answers their phones, or calls back when a message is left (except for ONE person).
I cannot fathom a company treating their land or mineral right owners like this.
When I asked to speak with someone in the legal department I was told they were not permitted to transfer call to the legal department.
The toll-free number for land/mineral right owners is NEVER answered & messages are SELDOM ever answered!
