To whom it may concern,
Since August, I have been attempting to resolve a roof damage claim that is allowing water to enter our interior home. My story is too long to explain by email. I will provide some details, however. In August of 2022, was our first claim, and when the adjuster came, he didn’t bring a ladder to address the damage. My agent had me repair the damages to prevent further damage. The adjuster was infuriated that I had done so. The new event occurred in August 2023. I have contacted my agent, sent photos of the damages, but have gotten no response. I would like to speak to someone by phone, so I can address my issues. Thanks.

My family and I have been uprooted from our home on March 1st. We have 4 children. We had ice daming in our home. Took the proper precautions. Had a reliable company come out and demo and mold Remediation. This was all done the first week of March. Not one thing has been since!!! Eight months now and still nothing. Our adjuster doesn’t call us back EVER!!! We had to hire another company to represent us, but still nothing is happening. This is absolutely unacceptable. How dare you just ignore the issue. We pay every month for our insurance, and this is what we get in return. Shame on this Terrible company. My family is on the verge of separating due to all this stress. My kids cry because they miss their home and their toys and their bedroom. I will do everything in my power to get people to not be insured by this heartless company. I hope nobody has to go through what my family has endured. Someone PLEASE HELP ME AND MY FAMILY GET BACK IN OUR HOUSE ASAP!!!!

File a complaint with your state insurance department. I have a problem with AIG that went on for over a year, and I got nowhere. They blamed all the problems on me. In desperation, I filed a complaint with the state insurance department in my state. AIG immediately got off their dead a$$ and solve the problem, like they should have 14 months before.

TryIng to reach company CEO, Jeff Tagsold, after getting nowhere w local management re a botched job due to careless, irresponsible actions in handling my claim. Indeed, a grave disservice has been done but the staff who oversees this office refuses to compensate or rectify this terrible injustice. This Arizona office cant seem to get their act together and continues to display more careless oversites w their performance. Both the claims rep and the office manager continue to exhibit a lack of know how in properly processing a simple claim. The rep committed to cut me a check either that day or the next, which is documented in the file, and which i counted on. He left me hanging all week, only to announce last minute that he made a “mistake” and would no longer be able to honor that binding agreement. Nobody knows how that happened, incl the higher ups whovplan to provide more instruction, but at my expense! I’ve been given excuses over employee’s lack of experience to account for this huge blunder. If he’s not up to the job, then why is the company putting him in charge? I relied on his promise and agreement and made some purchases based on that expectation. My bank account has been thrown off by being jerked around, as well as other obligations i had planned to use some of the money for. The claims manager seems incompetant in a variety of ways as well. Both she and escalation dept threatened to hang up on me for expressing my upset at being totally mislead. Escalation guy said nothing he could do. I questioned purpose of his role if he has no influence on situation, which he took offence at. Higher ups keep sending me back to people i don’t trust and who are sweeping discrepancy under the carpet. So much for a company who professes to value relationships, particularly w their customers by having a “no problem” motto…a company who takes in over 20 million/month (or was that billion??) in premiums, but can’t manage to help out single, struggling grandmother who has been raising granddaughter since birth. Instead, they create grief and hardship by making blunder after blunder that only sets me back, not the company any, despite their dropping ball so badly. Its a disgrace and a shame that they could just leave me in the lurch like this after getting hopes up… anyone ive discussed it with are curious/anxious to find out which company doing such a poor job…

We have two claims that are 8 months old and there are invoices and other billings that are not being paid and we cannot get an accounting of exactly why some of the claim is being denied. One claim 300 26917-2019 is for our Fitness Ctr Adjuster is Ben Baran and we have money still owed to our contractor being denied in the amount of 104,575.40. Our other claim is 300-0038070-2019 for our clubhouse Adjuster is Erick Roth and we still have money owed to our contractor being denied in the amount of 148,904.51. We want an accounting of the amounts being denied and reasons for denial We have requested this several times but have not gotten any feedback so that our contractor can dispute these denied amounts. We need resolution on both of these. The adjusters in both cases sent this information to a third party and I believe if this third party would go over the denied amts with our contractor we could come to a better resolution. Our contractor has given this information numerous times and I personally, have never seen a claim dragged on for 8 months with no acctg of the denied amts. we will also send this information to the DIFS to get results to help our contractor get his full amt. The professionalism of both adjusters is questionable with numerous calls and emails not being returned both by myself and our contractor

On December 5, 2918, My husband was hit head on by a Auto Owners insured person. We have had nothing but stress and strife from your Charlotte, NC, office. From the the first phone call we have nothing but one lie to another. The adjuster assured us that she, Lillie Price, would help us anyway she would. The AOI insured hit my husband who was driving a truck, which was pulling a utility trailer which had a commercial lawn mower and landscaping tools with it. On Dec. 7 while on the phone with Ms price we ask for a comparable truck and trailer, she assured us she would get us that. But we never got that; she rented us a truck that cuts off when you mash the brakes at a stop light. And at Enterprise Rental they informed us we could not tow with the truck. Also Ms Price NEVER helped us with a trailer???? So we were not able to work to this day. This has been a nightmare. I have received many emails from AOI, but when I need to talk personally to Ms Price she will never call back. But when you call the Charlotte AOI office I have never and I mean NEVER been spoken to like this ever. That is when you actually get the golden chance to speak to someone. Today I spoke to this HATEFUL woman, I had questions about AOI moving the totaled truck AOI moved before you had paid me, she told me she could move it. Then I had questions about why AOI had not provided me with a truck and tailer she told me “I should have rented it myself and paid for it myself “ WHY? An AOI insured hit my husband? Then I ask about why they did rent me a trailer she told me you don’t rent trailers? Is this REALLY how YOU do business?? I have Farm Bureau!!! I have called and ask questions about some of the things your staff has said to me, and when I question them they tell me that is ethically right. Then when I email your adjuster back they tell me that my insurance is stupid and I need to quit emailing your people. WELL, when I call your Charlotte office NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE..If you leave a message: THEY DONT CALL BACK!!! BUT IF THEY CALL BACK THEY TELL YOU NOT TO CALL BACK!! MAYBE YOU NEED TO TAKE A LOOK AT THE CHARLOTTE OFFICE!!
PLEASE HELP ME AND MY HUSBAND GET THIS SETTLED SO WE CAN BUY A TRUCK AND TRAILER, GET LOST WAGES, AND OTHER STUFF SO WE CAN GET BACK TO WORK..: YOUR ADJUSTERS ARE NOT DOING THEIR JOB!!!
PLEASE CALL EITHER ME OR MY HUSBAND:
