Good Day,
UGI ACCOUNT # 411009028258
I have called numerous times inquiring about the $500 rebate I am to receive for a new energy efficient gas furnace. Each time I was told two weeks. That has been since I applied in October 2018. Then I was told an inspector had to inspect the unit, but I didn’t even get as much of a curtsey letter advising me of this. If I didn’t call I would have had no ideal of this. The inspector took two weeks calling me back, he inspected the unit in December and I am still waiting for the rebate to be mailed. I have mailed this same compliant in form of a letter to your Corporate office/officers CEO John L. Walsh Jr, and the CFO Ted Jastrzebski requesting a quicker response since I keep getting the run around with your local office. I am a single parent household and installing a $7000 furnace was not easy financially. So the rebate will go towards paying it off. I am formally requesting for the rebate to be mailed out. Thank you.
