WM failed to pick up our recyclables bin for 3 weeks in a row. I repeatedly contacted by phone and email 3 times to complain, and each time they “apologized” and said they’d send a truck that day to pick it up, but never did. Finally, after the third complaint, they picked it up that weekend. It is now the following week and AGAIN no recyclables pick-up!!!

My account says it was serviced and it was not. It won’t let me put in for a missed pickup because it says it was serviced. Nobody else down my road was serviced either. Someone is not telling the truth. This needs to be investigated. Our trash had not been picked up in 2 weeks. That is everyone down the road where I live. Told it would take 8 weeks after numerous calls denied receiving payment in spite of banks documents showing date and confirmation number. Horrible customer service. I have had service with WM for 30 years in So. CA. with no problems. They have always been helpful. I have now relocated to Northern CA and am still trying to get service. My garage is piling up with trash bags. I have been told a dumpster would be here by two different people and no one has shown up in tow weeks! They were to send a “site manager” out to check the property. I told them to please call so I could meet him at the gate and show him the property, but he never phoned and I never heard from anyone. Then I was told the “site manager” drove by and determined they could not put a dumpster on my property because the truck would have to drive on a dirt road! UNBELIEVABLE! I had service for 30 years and the truck drove a mile up a rocky dirt road to get to my property, then drove onto the property every week to service a 1 1/2 yard dumpster! What is with this company? The Customer Service in Anderson, CA sucks! The man I spoke with was Rude, Obnoxious, and down right lied to me. Unfortunately I did not get his name; he needs to go. I did not just fall off the turnip truck, and even if I did, this type of treatment is unacceptable from any major or small company. Because WM have a Monopoly on service in my area they feel they can treat a person like TRASH and dump on you. WM needs to be disbanded and other companies allowed to give service so people have a choice, then maybe WM service would improve.

Until now, I’ve been satisfied with WM service. We received a card notifying us of a schedule change for pick up from a Monday to a Wed; The card was straight forward, and read due to a disruption an extra pick up day would occur.
I placed my trash out side by 0500 on the special pick up day, left it out all day, along with most of my neighbors.
We started calling your local office and no one seemed to have any information. We were asked to call back the next day, we received a call that we were suppose to have our trash out by 6am or miss pick up.
1. My trash was out by 5 am. Your drivers aren’t the only ones to get up early.
2. Your card mentioned no time, just a date. The normal time that this neighborhood has been advised to have their trash out is by 7am.
3. You have a serious problem and disconnect with your Local office and customers here in Dayton, NV. This issue needs to be remedied, should be fairly simple to remedy. If your over-extended then contact the customers and reschedule. Be straightforward
4. Trash Can’s throughout the neighborhood are STILL awaiting pick-up.

I called the county dept. in my area and said they did not say this.I called back. they said it would be picked up later today. I shouldnt have to haul my trash in and out of my house because they dont think its within reach of their drivers. This company is crap. It’s been 3 weeks since Ive had my dumpster emptied. They state that its due to weather and bad roads. We have not had 3 weeks worth of bad weather. Every time I call I get told the same excuse. I am being lied to about their truck getting stuck. Do they not realize I live out there and can see that no truck has been stuck? My call on the 08/19/2018 talked to David he scheduled pick up for the 08/19/2018 no pickup made. My call on the 08/21/2018 talked to Terry he scheduled pick up for 08/22/2018 no pickup made. I call on the 08/23/2018 talked to Tailor she scheduled pick up for the 08/24/2018 and agreed to call me back later in the day to confirm pickup. Your staff member Tailor failed to call me as agreed.
I require a pickup of the garbage for the week you failed to make pickup. Please will you proved a reason for not making your agreed garbage pickups. Your staff have made repeated commitments dates for pickups all have failed.
I do not have any way of continuing to store the garbage this is a problem. Please deliver me at your cost a seconded garbage container ASAP until this is resolved If you do not take this action by 08/24/2018, I will have no other option but to engaging a contractor over the weekend to take care of the garbage. I will be billing you for all cost in connection with this matter including my time. Please provide me a company officer name and contact information including email address so I can take this matter to arbitration and settlement.

My trash and recycle pick-up was on tues.2/13/18. I went to retrieve my bins from the curb
only to find out my recycle bin wasn’t emptied. So I called customer service to find out why.
I was told that my bin was blocked. I live on a city street cars park on said street. My question
to this person. Is why didn’t the driver get out of the truck and move the bin? I was told that
they aren’t supposed to that. That just tells me that they have lazy drivers and they don’t care.
I asked about pickup of my recycle bin only to receive the basic answer, only if we have
some one in the area. So I just said that basically your not going to do anything,
and hung up. My real answer should have been to have the supervisor get off his duff
and come out and get it.

I have been a customer of Waste Management for my small sandwich shop since November 2014, I have had many emails and issues that I could not get resolved, finally after calling over and over again for assistance I was told by employee Josh Anderson, Moon Township location PA that my contract was meant nothing and they could raise the prices as many times as they wanted, and that when his insurance goes up he just has to pay it, which had no baring on my contract. I then asked to cancel my contract and was told that I could not. I was informed that Josh was fired because of his treatment, however I am very unhappy with waste management now and over a small amount of money I am getting the run around, I was a good customer for three years, with all of the run around and unresolved problems, and they are telling me basically too bad.
Can corporate help with this matter?

If you can get a different company do it. This is the worst company in the world. I always pay my bill it may be late but it gets paid. Every week I have to get my garbage bin or recycling bin out of the ditch. Nobody else has to do that. I wash all my recycables they make money Off that I dont and they refuse to take it .well take your bin back and stick it in your ditch . I had to pay 350 for a rill away .Took the hole for a delivery and they forgot to sumit the order. Then when I finally get it .They come early to picj it up and tell me they are going to charge me for a extra day. I rented it for 7 days they came a day early. I Hate this company. Wish we could get a new one in Nevada.

Ever since W/M took the service representative from the local community, your service has gone downhill. We have spent over $250,000 in the last 10 years with your firm. Now just trying to get a bin switched out takes 3-5 day (this is impossible for a construction company), they have them drop the bin where it does not belong is another thing. Wanting to come after hours is another thing, construction jobs close at 3:30 and they want us to have someone stick around until 5 pm. Or them not even show up at all for a day or two. Totally unprofessional.

HORRIBLE service! I have only had service with this company for two week (2) and I have had to call 3 times to get a trash can delivered. I missed the first trash pick up because I had no can to put the trash in. Once I got the trash can I placed it out for trash pick up on the date I was supposed and guess what?! It is still full at the end of my driveway and it’s been there for 5 days now. I called and was promised the trash would be picked up, IT DID NOT HAPPEN!! By the way, my next door neighbor’s trash and recycling was picked up so I know trash was picked up. I am disguised by this service. I requested that I not get billed for the service I have not received and I was told I would have to cancel my service for that to happen. I would rather pay more to another company who can find themselves from one trash can to another before I deal with a company who does not care about the customers and who refuse to the job they are being paid to do.

I sent a written notice in with my last bill (around June 15) to have July 5 as my last pickup day…wrote that I wanted to cancel the services and signed the LARGE card I put in with my bill. My container was emptied on July 5…but no one ever came to pick up the container as of this date (7/14/17). I called Waste Management and was greeted by a very rude person who informed that they never received such a notice and that if I sent it in with my bill, that billing “would have just tossed it.” I explained all of the above to her..but she insisted that I would be billed for the pickup on July 5. (around $6.00 plus)..It is not that fee that I’m concerned about but how rude and disrespectful she was.And I DON’T owe that fee. I told her how many times I have tried to get that container down my driveway, that I have a bad back, recovering from a broken arm….but she was adamant that it had to be at the curb..and would PROBABLY be picked in 7-10 days. I called back to get automatic billing information and it said I owed something like $85.00. NOT!!! So I called Customer Service and talked with someone named Monique who was extremely understanding and very helpful. She explained that I would owe the $6.00 and that she would note that the container would be halfway down the driveway at my sidewalk. Following this, I talked my son, who is a District Attorney and he assured me that my sending that cancellation request in writing is LEGAL in my state (Georgia). I have been a Waste Management customer for MANY, MANY years…and have been pleased with the services until this incident. I cannot believe that I would treated in this manner and that for $6.00, you would be willing to lose a potential returning customer forever.To sum up, I have been rudely disrespected and actually LIED to since your representatives on the phone told me that my written cancellation was not acceptable. ..that I could only cancel by phone or online. I have a perfect payment record (with EVERY company I have ever dealt with)..and even though I explained to the first very rude person I spoke with that I have always been pleased with Waste Management but that I had a lot of medical bills and needed to try a local, and less expensive company. I even told her (before she was so rude) that I would certainly come back to Waste Management if this did not work out.
Obviously, I do not feel so inclined at this time.
I have been in management my entire adult life…and this is the poorest example of customer service I’ve ever witnessed.
Please consider what is at stake here. If the $6.00 is more important you than the years of commitment to you from a satisfied customer, then you don’t deserve my business again anyway.

Hello just moved here to Conway,Arkansas,and started a new service with waste management 3 weeks ago.but have not even had 1 piece of paper removed from our residence.I have called the local office 7 times and have spoken with 3 different supervisors.I even verified they are sure they provide service to my residence. They tell me they calling dispatchers,they looking into it ,would be picked up that day ,apologized,credited my account and for the most very friendly ,unfortunately with all of this wonderful customer service I still have 3 weeks of trash sitting on my curb.If not addressed by someone who can do more then punching a number into a computer which obviously doesn’t work at this point.Will have to just go to someone else for service

I guess after reading some of the other complaints mine might seem small. But this company required my money for a bulk pick up for the Thursday before Memorial Day only to find out that my pick up date was changed for the day after the holiday. Now I ask you who would want to see some old dirty mattresses while they are trying to celebrate a holiday? But I was glad I called back since I was promised a call after placing my order and paying for the pick up. I called back because I was told someone would call me back in an hour, which never happened so I called WM back before the close of day that day because they have some lazy, confused people working for them. When I learned someone had changed my pick up date, I asked that they return my money as quickly as they took it. Of course almost another month has passed and I still have not received my money. I’m thinking about filing a small claims law suit against them and a fraudulent advertisement and sale of services not rendered. Oh I do plan to take my complaint further since my County as asked people to let them know how we feel about our current trash service. I have asked my neighbors to sign a petition to have Waste Management removed from being our trash company. We were not asked about having them and according to people in our community we do not like the service they give. We were extremely pleased with Progressive and pray they will be allowed to returned to our community.

My pocketbook was stolen from in front of my house on May 5,2017. I contacted the police and the office the guys work out of on ferry ave. in Camden,NJ. What I’m not understanding is why these guys are still working in my neighborhood. After showing the company video footage of the waste management truck pull up in front of my home and the driver get out the vehicle and look in my tote four times before he took it behind my car and then into the front of the cab. These men took over 1200 in cash, 590. In babies r us, waltmart and visa gift cards that I had left from my first born baby shower. My credit cards ids and money orders and a lot of memories I can’t get back such as my first ultra sound pictures and my child’s ankle I’d bracelet from birth. They had several pieces of information that they could’ve easily turn my bag in from my hospital employee I’d, drivers licenses with my address. To my medication from having a c section with my name and address on them. I had my 7 week old baby at the time birth certificate and social card as well as mines too. Today I’m still receiving bogus credit transactions that I have to prove it wasn’t me. I am furious and hurt and feel like it’s a major slap in the face to still see these dishonest thug thieves working on my block. And no discipline actions were taking on my account. In any legitimate company with this magnitude of complaint that would’ve easily been grounds for termination. But not waste management you send these thugs into our neighborhoods without doing background and criminal checks. Shame on you. I would like to speak to someone on this matter. I’m also seeking reimbursement for everything of value that was in my bag.

I have scheduled pick up of my recycle bin and garbage container weekly on Tuesday. This past Tuesday April 4th the recycle container was not picked up. I contacted the local office on the following Wed and was told it would be picked up that day. IT was not! I then contacted the office on Thursday and was again told it would be picked up. It was not!
For the third time I contacted the office on Friday and again was told it would be picked up. AGAIN It WAS NOT. THIS IS TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
I certainly hope there is something you can do about this and make sure my container is picked up on Monday April 10th. FOR SURE!

I agree with most of the other complaints. I used this service in Illinois for many years, and had problems occasionally, however since moving to California City CA. I have had nothing but the very poorest service., like many others my trash also only gets picked up about once a month, and that also happens after numerous calls. When I initially contacted about the service, I asked whether or not picking up at the door was offered, and even inquired whether not I needed to pay additional, I was told that, yes the trash could be picked up at the door, and that there would be no additional charge,. I am 76 years and have some difficulty handling the large containers, My trash was picked up at my back door at home, and the men always did it and were always nice, the men here, however seem to be just way to lazy to get out of their truck. Yes, the service is dismal and the poorest I have ever dealt with.

This Waste Management company is very incompetent, and lacks professionalism. It is unethical in its efforts, and claims to have excellent customer service, but it has no such thing. Employees are rude, and non-responsive in appropriate ways to resolve an issue.

I heard they fired 13 people in their purchasing department. 2 went away in handcuffs for taking kickbacks from suppliers in excess of 3 million dollars. These guys have serious problems. Internally they seem to have challenges with integrity. Hate to see this.

Good evening I live in O’Fallon Illinois For the second time waste management has failed to pick up My yard waste So I called to get this resolved And they told me that they would do double pick up the next following Monday I talk to the representative and told them that what they were doing wasn’t right and they need to come back out and pick up My yard waste in their response was we can do double on next Monday If I’m doing something wrong you please leave a note stating that my trash is on the wrong side needs to be put on the other side Don’t just not pick it up I thought that was wrong. I was just the phone with a man who claims he is at the corporate office with the executive staff, this company does NOT care how they treat their customers, once more no service it’s now past the time they are to service us, for years this happens at least once a month, yet they won’t give customers credit, And if you have AUTO pay ,, STOP IT IMMEDIATELY,, they will let you cancel, but won’t give a refund for the money they now have basically stolen from account! I have worked for waste management for 27 years they have forgotten who made the company. the drivers they put a lot of people with collage education in the offices around the country and they do not have a clue how to make the costumers happy but all the new rules and greed of every one of stock holders they do not belive in taking car of the costumer. I have had a lot of health problems that has kept me from working for almost 2 years. nowI found out that my spinel Colum the discs aregone out of one and almost gone on another frome bouncing around in the truck for all the years and they don’t even care there words are you never reported it but I complained all the time to the bosses all the time when every year you have a different boss they don’t remember.they need to go back to when they cared and let driver do what they did to make the costermers happy.

Well after five phone calls and a total of four weeks this company has still not come for their cans. They have given me four pickup dates in four weeks and still not come for them. I can’t understand how they stay in business but I do understand why Highland Lakes N.J. no longer uses them for summer pickup. I called Blue Diamond and got a better price for service than waste management. After eleven years of paying my bill on time and dealing with their customer service It makes sense why you don’t see many green cans around here anymore. Anyone in Sussex county do yourself a favor start with Blue Diamond they know how to treat customers . Waste management has more complaints than I’ve ever seen on one company.

Scheduled a pickup of a couch and called company 24 hours in advance on July 7th to be picked up on the 8th and here it is July 11th and couch still in front of my house soaked as we have had severe thunderstorms each day . So I have called the company each day and been put on hold for a half hour ,been hung up on ,talked to another person and asked for supervisor , talked to her and told they would schedule for the next pickup date. I live an HOA subdivision so you can see how that will go over with them. NO Solution to problem ! A supervisor said absolutely no pickup today July 11 , 2015

After several calls made to waste management of the Antelope Valley. I was told by customer service on Wed.the 8th that my contaminated container would not to be picked up by green waste and that the trash collector would service it, I was read back the note and on Thurs. the 9th, my scheduled pick up,the driver for trash did not pick up and when I flagged him down with my container across the street, he was rude. I motioned for him to roll the window down so I could explain my acct was noted for him to pick up, he waved me off and then when I asked for his name he rolled the window up and drove off. I called wm and told them what happened, they read note and assured me the container would be serviced that day. I also requested a complaint be made about the incident.I left container curb side and it was not serviced. I called Fri 10th explained again what occurred and the days I called, I was told a complaint would be forwarded as well a call to dispatch to service my address no later than 6pm. I waited until 9pm to call wm and left a message that it still curb side and that I would be filing a formal complaint wit BBB and with the LA County Board of Supervisors on Monday.I was left a message on Saturday morning from wm inquiring if the container was taken care of. I returned the call and told them it had not and I haven’t heard from anyone since and the container is still curb side Sunday 12th of April. I am very disappointed, I have been a resident of more than 20yrs and have never encountered a rude employee or I am now questioning the integrity of customer service.

I have used them for 5 years for trash services now and when I was informed by a neighbor that I should call Right Away Disposal or Republic Services because they are cheaper and wont screw you over. Let me tell you how this story goes…..I called all 3 companies to compare rates and when I got to Waste Management I was shocked when they told me “$65/3 months” seeing how I’m paying $109.86/3 months with Waste Management. I contacted Andrea (a manager) at the customer service line she informed me she had no clue why I was paying so much and to call corporate….so I did then I spoke with a real “nice” guy named John (a manager in corporate complaint dept) he was rude and once again couldn’t provide any answers as to why I’m paying almost double what the rate is. He then sent me to a new manager in the corporate office named Michelle who was anything but helpful she informed me that ” I probably started at the $65 and since have had increases” When I asked for doXXXXentation about when why or what bill the increase went on she said she couldn’t provide that. I then asked when or how they informed me of an increase in my bill of almost double and her exact response was ” we don’t have to tell you, this is corporate America and this is how it works” keep in mind that is a manager in Waste Management’s corporate office! On a brighter note she did offer to “work out a deal” to lower the bill I told her that I would never do business with a shady company like hers again.
Please save yourself the head ache and financial burden of dealing with Waste Management and the “Corporate America” way of doing business that they seem to enjoy!

The WM trailers hauling trash in Los Angeles are not covered properly and are redistributing the trash onto our streets and freeways as they travel. I have been in contact with the Carson and South Gate Calif. T/S Operations Supervisor Manuel Escamilla (310) 217-6300) since August 4th, 2014 regarding the improper covering of your trash trailers when on the road. He was given videos as proof of this problem and he has ostensibly been giving me false reassurances that he will take care of the problem.
I realize that this email will not be answered, but if anyone from WM happens to read this and does something proactive this I will be surprised.

Most aggravating, company to deal with. Have had to have 3 dumpsters sent to my home because we just purchased a home and have to remodel some of it. Each and every time we have had problems with our orders. I am more stressed because of wrong information give to me by the company the first time, cannot stand calling a number that keeps putting me thru transfers just to get to the correct person dumpster.com. Literally at least 3 transfers each time I call. Oh, and the not being able to tell us when it will arrive is ridiculous. Everyone in life has a schedule. It is stressful just to even think I have to call them, wait and wait on the phone be transferred and then have an aggravating time on the phone. Today, I thought ok, they are trying to help me. I look at the email they sent me tonight at midnight and it has the wrong date of delivery on it. OMG not again. I am just angry and speechless. I can see why they have 2027 complaints in the last 3 years with the BBB. Now I sit here stressing over AGAIN, wether the dumpster will get here today, wether they will fix yet another problem, and wether they will even care. As far as Mr. Steiner, please he talks to Forbes and all the top magazines about how much he cares and how wise he is in building his company, and people, blah blah blah, while making millions. As long as the company brings in the millions, its doing well, he can talk, and people buy into all the hype and importance, correct. Its about the all mighty dollar. Now I have talked to a couple of nice people that work at dumpster.com. And they are sincere. But they cannot make up for all the other negatives with the company. There are real people behind these orders with a genuine need to have services go correctly and make our lives easier. And $500 for a dumpster, seriously! That in itself if ridiculous and robbery of the little persons hard earned money. Most aggravating company I believe I will ever have to deal with or ever will and it does not seem to ever get better.

I have had this service for like 9 years and we moved three years ago changing our driver and service! I never had a problem with this company until I switched to a new driver! This company changes my day without telling us! The driver won’t get my garbage and then write down he was there and we didn’t put it out when we did! He will come on diff days then my garbage scheduled! So then we have three weeks of garbage out because he didn’t take it and then he stops and takes pictures of it bc it a lot!! Really?! I have filed numerous complaints and they say they can’t do anything else! Really, it is ur company!! They say they are dependable but that is far from true! They are anything but dependable and they don’t care about there customers at all! I have this prob for months with the same driver but all thy time before no problems at all!! I asked for another driver and they said they couldn’t do that either! It is ridiculous!

This letter is to inform you that as of yesterday, Tuesday, August 26, 2014, I am no longer a Waste Management customer. I have terminated my 16 years of business with your company because of incompetent management and customer service. Look up my recent record of calls to your Colorado office and see how my simple requests were ignored. I requested one trash can and one recycle can and it took OVER A MONTH for my request to be completed. I then received a bill for over $200.00, with errors where I had been charged multiple times for the same service or item!
I called your Colorado department yesterday to cancel my service and was told that the last pick up would be this Saturday (even though my trash service is Friday), and they would take both cans and the trash at that time. However, the chaos and confusion continues!! Two employees from your company showed up tonight and took both cans, trash and recycling, even though they said they were only scheduled to pick up one!! The can they were referring to (an extra trash can you delivered) had been picked up a few days ago!
Here are the serial numbers: 96Y507537 (recycle) and 967001350 (trash) of the cans that were picked up today. After my experience with Waste Management, I have no confidence that this termination of services and final billing will be handled competently at this point. Maybe this story would be of interest to the local consumer reporters that work for the television stations and newspapers because I’m sure I’m not the only customer of yours to receiver crappy service! You can bet I will alert them if I do not receive a correct final bill with proof of termination of services from your company immediately!
Waste Management needs to care enough about their smaller residential customers to make sure they are receiving quality service. I expect someone in your corporate office to get off their computer, put their doughnut down, get off their hind quarters and do their job. Call one of the managers in the Colorado office and make sure my service is terminated, and my final bill is looked at by an experienced manager who will correct the errors and mail email it to me immediately.

AHHHHH…. We have called literally 7 times to get a large recycle bin brought to our home. They were going to “email all the route supervisors”, “have somebody call us”, “will bring it… this day, that day, the next day…” – again and again. WE’RE PAYING MONEY FOR THE BIN – it’s not like it’s free!!! At this point we’re ready to cancel our service over RECYCLING???

I live on the 5800 block of W. Rowland Ave, in Littleton, Colorado 80128. The garbage for the entire block was not picked up on Tuesday. I called the local people twice and got the runaround. My wife sent the company two emails and nothing happened. II called customer care in Phoenix and got hold of Ben Garcia who told me that he would take care of the problem and call me back. He did neither. I tried your various other numbers and “Waste Management is closed.” Our homeowner’s association is looking for another garbage disposal company since your company cannot and will not pick up our trash.

Waste Management is a company that just doesn’t care about their customers. We are in a small town and have been getting the city garbage bags for the W. Management customers. Waste Management has refused to deliver the bags to the store for their customers for over a month. When I call this company for delivery of the bags, they always promise delivery, however after a month I am still dealing with their angry customers who are wondering what to do with their garbage. There is something seriously wrong with Waste Management!
This morning I was the victim of a hit & run motor vehicle accident, and Waste Management is 100% at fault.
Waste Management truck 506907, at 6:20am, while blindly driving in reverse across two intersections, drove backwards into my vehicle, then proceeded to drive off (finally driving forward).
I chased the driver down, and asked him why he was driving away from an accident, the driver gave me a blank stare. The Waste Management driver had NO IDEA, that blindly driving in reverse might cause an accident.
I will be filing a lawsuit against Waste Management later on this week, and according to the Portland Police Department, Portland law legally allows me to issue a “citizen citation”. All I need to do, is include a video clip of your truck driving backwards down the street & I can cite you for reckless driving, talking on a cell phone (while driving) & (my personal favorite), failure to yield the right of way to oncoming traffic.
I’ve tried being patient, and I’ve tried being nice, neither worked. From now on, I will issue $1000 Citizen Citations, to every single Waste Management driving backwards through my neighborhood. According to the Portland Police Department, these “citizen citations” will hold up in court, especially since I’ve complained about it for more than six months.
Until Waste Management teaches its drivers to follow the law, I will be slapping liens on their company weekly. I am a graduate of the UC Davis School of Law, and though I do not practice anymore, I’m still extremely skilled at dragging companies like Waste Management through the civil court system. I will have months of video clips to give the court, all showing your trucks driving backwards. I will need nothing more for court.
Waste Management has no control over its drivers, and its now its going to cost them financially. I wonder how many liens I have to put on your business, till I can ask the city of Portland to forbid your company from doing business within this city?

Wow! Not looking forward to the first comment I saw on this page. We are having a horrible time with Waste Management picking up recycling or garbage or should I say the lack of pick up. We’ve been customers for years at another location. They were great. If you live in a neighborhood that doesn’t have many customers or no customers stay clear. They don’t want to service you. Your trash will always be missed and recycling maybe once a month if your lucky. They have done nothing to compensated us towards our bill. The local company I’ve been dealing with haven’t resolved anything. It’s actually worse the more I complain. I’ve now contacted corporate, so we will see if they really care about keeping customers.

I witnessed an incident with truck #208226 on November 12, 2013 @ 8:20 a.m. This incident occurred on Courtland St in Atlanta, GA. The aforementioned truck stopped in the middle of Courtland St blocking 2 lanes to retrieve a garbage dumpster from the Peachtree Center garage. A disgruntled driver honked his horn due to this inconvenience during morning rush hour traffic. The trash collector then flicked the driver a bird, and continued to stand there in this fashion. I do not appreciate this kind of behavior. What if I had children witnessing this ignorance…

On Tuesday 11/4/2013 my trash was picked up and when the truck left there was a large amount of trash left behind on my lawn, curb and street. Two weeks ago I had made a complaint about the recycle driver leaving recycle trash on my lawn. A man from waste management called and I told him of the problem and he said that he would talk to the drive. This is not the first time this has happened. The trash truck driver has in the past, emptied the front dumpster into the rear holding dumpster in front of my house and has left material after the dump in the road which had wood with nails in it. I have to clean up after these trucks leave. I put the trash out there to be picked up not to be left behind for me to pick up after you drivers. I pay to have this trash, yard waste, and recycle to be picked up not to have to repick it up myself and put that same trash back out to hopefully be picked up the next week.What do I have to do to stop this from happening, go out and watch the driver to make sure he is doing his job correctly? I have sent a message to the Saginaw, Mi office and explained this to them. I got a reply back telling me they needed my account number or address and where I lived, so I sent that info back to them. I live in Saginaw, Mi at 1925 Fairfield St. I have not yet heard back from the Saginaw office on this matter.

Waste management Is the most absurd irresponsible unaccountable company I have ever dealt with. I have had a overbilling issue that’s been going on for months now and between the supervisors of the call center, corporate complaint line and my own local waste management office it has not been solved so far they have credited me over $300 in over billing , I have paid my account since I started service again the last 3 quarters and I have had to call EVERY week to beg for my trash to be picked up! Now they claim I owe them $41 despite my account not being serviced multiple times at least 10-12 over past several months? Please help, for the past 4 yrs. I have applied online to WM. I worked as a loader/helper for 4 months with AMI staffing in Naples, FL WM location. I even interviewed with Lisa the recycling route mgr. for a CDL driver position too.
I am a USAF retired veteran and I seemed to be a little concerned why I have not been chosen for a position.
My CDL is class A with a clean driving record. Please help me to speak to the appropriate person in regards to
this confusion as to how come a person who gave his best and served his country is being pushed aside to
