I just called a Customer Service Advocate in the PHILLIPINES. Since I am calling an American company, I requested an operator in the United States of America. This was not possible so I reluctantly dealt with an CSA operator with a bunch of background noise and a rather strong accent. They were only able to assist me in updating my current % level, added me as authorized user, updated home phone #. I has already placed an order today for propane delivery for our stove which is for cooking use one. Since we’ll be needing a person home to restart the pilot upon delivery, I requested a delivery date of Saturday/Monday/Tuesday, Nov 25th/27th/28th. Thank you.
