I am still waiting for my hardship money that was sent in 11/02/21. You kept stating that you sent something to my e-mail on what you needed and your website stated that you respond to phone number which is the correct phone number. Is this false advertisement? You did not send anything to my e-mail you just kept lying and saying I sent the incorrect form and you did not see the corrected information. You are not attempting to send my money at all and my hardship future date is about to take place. You kept transferring me to a Chris whose voice mail kept coming on and I did not receive a phone call back at all. I would rate you as a a 1 and I would not recommend any one to you. Management does not assist either. I do not see where my paperwork is in progress any further than what you have been having since before Thanksgiving. It is my money and I would like to see in my account now.

Logan .. Regarding the penalty Fees for the form 5500 , just to let you know ..MY wife and I prepared a response to the IRS with a request to recognize the fact that we are a small company .. I did not bother to send you a copy of what we sent to the IRS or the response from the IRS that ultimately sent back to us where they actually WAIVED the fees ..I had you and a few other Principle corporate reps make a very half hearted, NO responsibility attempt to help with this effort to get these fees waived ..after speaking to you and a few others, all of which reminded my wife and I that we were responsible because we did not respond to the To-DO list instruction your company had sent us as well as the fact that we should have acted to send an earlier penalty amount to the IRS in the amount of $1,000.00 for each account and hope for the best .. I am glad we did not listen to you ..
So all is well that ends well. But this is not the end of the good news for us.
However the best news of all is that my wife and I and our financial planner have moved in another direction ..and I am Happy to report that we have dropped the Principle Group LIKE a HOT ROCK.
I have never been so disappointed in a BIG company that purports to actually HELP and or Advise their clients of how to prepare for retirement in these very confusing time. Your service and the information was awful and I walk away feeling that your company really had NO interest in Helping us .. but rather you went through the motions of getting as much from us as possible.
I was made aware that you are raising your administrative fees were going up to $6,000.00 a year on our account .. IN retrospect for the years that I wasted money with you, I would have been better off going to Vegas and one hand that at the blackjack table.
More good news. Your dismal service has inspired me to report my experience with as many of my senior friends as possible ..I am also going to send this message to as many of the board members for Principle that I can locate .. so I hope you will maybe get wind of these comments.
