other extensions 1579,.4005,4010,6148, they are horrific, sub company called elevate financial , kilowatt financial, spruce financial , they have scammed everyone here on Long Island NY via Obama initiative allowing solar energy panels and sub human companies from California (aka:bloomberg) to operate here without any type of rules or regulation protecting the consumer. They want to take your home and prey upon seniors there is no one to talk to. They are supposed to provide efficient people to properly install panels however, they installed my panels on a roof that was not strong enough to hold them . Therefore ignoring all preparations that they have a fiduciary responsibility to adhere to. Now the roof is leaking puddles in 3 different rooms. They make up CEO names they treat you like sh*t . I am getting a lawyer.

NRG overcharged our residential account and after I called and spoke to an NRG representative about the occurrence he e-mailed us on January 23, 2019 I was promised a one-time $500 courtesy credit which is peanuts compared to what we overpaid. We responded with our acceptance of the one-time courtesy credit on February 12, 2019. On February 15, 2019 we called in to determine whether NRG had received our e-mail. The rep wasn’t sure and kept saying, “if you sent it in Mr. Gorski, a check will be sent out to you within 5 to 10 business days. That was one month ago and guess what, nothing has happened. I’m totally shocked at the ineffectiveness of NRG, its management team, its customer service team, its billing practices, its bold face lies, its way of dealing with customers and in how it conducts business. Deleted expletives aside there is nothing good to say about NRG. And, when I see NRG sales reps on the floor of Wal-Mart in New Lenox, IL I let them know as loudly as I can so all shoppers who are within hearing range just how much NRG SUCKS!!!!! Being from Chicago I would say, from top, that is the CEO, to bottom, that is janitors, NRG handles business like the mob handles business. So, today, I spoke with another ill-informed customer service rep who was unable to give me a status on our account….IMAGINE THAT…MORE CRAP SERVICE…
So, the rep is going to have another so-called SUPERVISOR call me in 1 to 2 business days to give me an update. I find it extremely alarming that your crack team of service reps couldn’t do that on today’s phone call. Then again, they work for NRG. By the way, Mr. CEO Crane, Mr. CFO Andrews and Mr. COO Gutierrez, YOUR COMPAY SUCKS. And, it’s really you who I want to speak with, not the innocent service rep lambs who you put up for slaughter before people like me. You’re the intended recipients of my WRATH, and it’s WELL DESERVED by each of you. Anyway, if we don’t get resolve within the 1 to 2 business days that was promised (note: this is the second time I’ve had to wait for a SUPERVISOR to get back to me on this matter…the first one failed miserably in a similar manner to how you guys are failing to run your organization). I see the consistency of crap running from the Executive Offices down to the Customer Service organization. I see you finally got the share price up over $40 where it was over 11 years ago. Nice going. Do miracles never cease? In summation, we’re still waiting for our one-time courtesy credit of $500.00 which was promised on Feb 15. But, the people who are trying to provide this service are totally inept and can’t get it done. They should be fired. I can’t say the same thing shouldn’t happen to each of you. I’d love to sit in on NRG’s Board Meetings to hear what they say about you. We’re only seeking one thing after NRG pilfered our account for three years. And, even though your cash balance has been drawn down in each of the last 4 years, your cash balance of $563 million at Dec 31 is sufficient to pay the paltry sum being requested of $500.00….It shouldn’t be this F _ _ _ ING difficult. I AM NOT GETTING THE KWH THAT WAS ESTIMATED ON MY LEASE.
ALSO THEY ARE SLOW TO CORRECT OVER PAYMENT ON THE LEASE

My husband, Dennis Elder, works for NRG, Will County Station, Romeoville, IL…there was a error in January in the dental benefit from Delta Dental. Our bills have been reprocessed, with the exception of $103, which is from being over the NEW benefit of a $2000 maximum…”IRVASHI” has been working with Judy B. from Delta Dental to resolve the issues, but has denied the final payment of $103…I would like this to be reconsidered…thank you…Susan Elder (Dennis Elder)
