Up until 2020 the CSX provided a HRA medical program for retired non contract employees, however starting in 2020 they do not have a medical insurance program that I am aware of, but when I checked into my account with ONE EXCHANGE VIA BENEFITS said my account was closed but the e mail stated I could sign up for direct deposit on the medical expenses.
I am confused as where I sign up and how much is covered, seeing as the account has been closed.

REFERENCE TRACK CLOSING AT CROSS HILL, SC. WHY DOESN’T CSX POST INFORMATION OF THESE CLOSINGS IN THE PAPER, AT TRACK SITE PRIOR TO CLOSING AND ON CSX WEBSITE BY STATE. THIS CROSSING HAS BEEN CLOSED SINCE LAST SATURDAY. IT IS A MAJOR CROSSING TO INTERSTATE FOR HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE. DETOUR SIGN AT CROSSING SENT US AWAY BUT NO OTHER SIGNS WERE POSTED AS WHERE TO TURN AFTER THAT. IT REQUIRED A 16 MILE OUT OF THE WAY DUE TO NO NOTIFICATION.
