What has happened to Key Bank? It was a great Bank years ago. I asked for a copy of my last month’s statement and I have to pay $6.00 for each statement requested ? In addition, I am told because I get my statement mailed to me since I started with them, I now find out it is costing me $3.00 a month to get my own information? ( by the way I have always had my statements mailed to me).
IT IS TIME TO FIND ANOTHER BANK–BESIDES–RATES LOOK GOOD TO REFINANCE ANYWAY. In addition, has the customer service is horrible –there is no follow through on requests for information or they give incorrect information–(like when I wanted to transfer some money to another bank–KEY said I could not do it with a simple check–I had to come in and they had to speak with me???) The manager has no idea what he is doing or how badly his bank is perceived. I am not the only one who gets this bad service.)

KeyBank could care less. All they want is your money for them to make interest on. I’m dealing with an unethical situation so read this then you decide if this is the type of bank you want to be receiving crooked service from…
Beginning June 2019 KEYBANK started charging me a MONTHLY $25.00 service fee. I meet the requirements of privileged banking so
I am exempt from the fee according to their policy/guidelines. I have visited and contacted my branch 3 times. They said I should NOT be charged, the code keeps disappearing….hmm, and would correct it. Well I would not be writing this is they honored their word and guidelines. As of December 2019 they have charged me $175.00 and reimbursed me go $50.00 They still owe me $125.00.
When I talked to the branch, a lady by the name of AJ she said she corrected the code but it keeps falling off so since I receive a monthly statement it is my responsibility to contact them MONTHLY to let them know I’m still being charged, your system is broken and apparently there’s in competence. Now what sense does this make?
I’ll let you know the outcome on every social media available. Because if they’re doing this to me, I’m sure others are unknowingly being charged too. That million of dollars being stolen from there customers. That doesn’t include the interest the bank is making on our money!!

MS MOODY,
Does anyone at Key read these and help fix anything I have been a customer since Key took over and hsbc before that for 50 years! I am having a problem and can get no answers by phone or at branch. There was a fraud report, supposedly made by me on my account, which i expressly told the branch manager NOT to do and someone who’s named as committing the fraud and DID NOT, is being ruined career wise. I have called, never get to FRAUD dept only number for new frauds, been to branch office who doesn’t seem to be able to get to frauds, written a signed and notorrized letter directly to branch and watched them fax to Frauds, in March, this STILL is not taken care of and the poor person mistakenly blamed now lost ONE MORE job!
I am going to get a lawyer….this is RIDICULOUS!

Hi, to whom it may concern. I am writing because a little over a few months ago while searching banking options I came across a KeyBank promo for a bonus $300 for opening a checking account. After reviewing the benefits and requirements I decided that this could be a good fit for me so I went to a local branch and opened an account. The Key bank representative that opened my account, explained to me that in order to receive the bonus I would just have to have a $500 direct deposit into the account from a payroll within 60 days. What I was not informed of was that Keybank would deny one of my forms of payroll. In the year 2019, the old standard forms of payment are not the only means by which one gets paid these days, To name a few; Facebook Messenger, Square cash, Google pay, and PayPal, which is what I use and is a staple for entrepreneurs and businesses to get paid. My 60 day deadline was May 31st. My $500 direct deposit hit my Keybank account via one form of payment/payroll I use. It hit via PayPal, which is a form used by many today to receive payment for services rendered, which is one way that I get paid. When I called the branch to inquire receiving my bonus I was told that I would not receive the $300 bonus due to my deposit coming from PayPal. PayPal is one source of payroll and in 2019 I would think that everyone is aware and acknowledge it as such. I am writing to converse with someone because per the requirements for the bonus I have met them all. Given the situation and the customer service I have received I feel as though the $300 bonus I was promised when I first opened the account is just a gimmick, a scheme to get new customers and I am hoping that I am wrong and that is not the case. I am hoping to hear from someone soon.

I opened a new Key Privilege Checking account in January 2019 under the TribeFest promotion (promised 2 tix to the Cleveland Indians home opener and 2 other games and 2 tix to a Cavs game. I received an email from the Cavs within weeks of meeting the eligibility requirements (deposits amounts etc.) but crickets from the Indians. Have had multiple 30 minute calls with Key’s customer service only to be told today that they’ll fill out a form, but there’s no way I’ll get my tickets in time for the game. Talk about “bait and nothing” to gain my business ($10 K deposited since January). I’ll be taking my business elsewhere to a company that actually fulfills their promises.

I am thoroughly disgusted by the practices at the Marysville, Washington branch, particularly the drive-thru which I made a trip through today.
I requested six months bank statements and was told I had to come inside to have them printed.
It takes me quite a while to get in and out of the car and I need assistance. There was no way I could make it in to the bank, which is why I used the drive-up teller.
The drive-thru person I dealt with was named Tracey or Tracy.
This is a simple task that could have been handled quite quickly.
I’ve received statements this way before. Their first and continued suggestion is to use online banking.
All I wanted was some decent customer service and some consideration of my disability.
Please shed some light on this situation for me.
It is highly insulting to demand someone with a disability to come inside or they won’t help.

I would appreciate a contact name/number to discuss how we can register as a WBENC Company we look forward to hearing from you

Your bank has taken $500.00 out of my acct. with NO explanation as to why KEY BANK has taken this money! The statement says ” ANALYSIS FEE REVERSAL”
WHAT THE , DOES THIS MEAN ?
Went to my local bank….. they Have NO idea!
Called the Main Office…… They have NO IDEA EITHER !!!
ON THE PHONE EVERY DAY WITH THIS BANK, NO ONE RETURNS MY CALLS….
EVERY DAY NOTHING BUT THE RUN-AROUND FROM KEY BANK !!
I WILL CONTINUE TO PURSUE THIS MATTER, AND
I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BANK TO ANYONE.
YOU MAY WANT TO CHECK YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE COMMENTS,
SO FAR EVERY ONE OF OF THEM HAS NOTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT YOUR ESTABLISHMENT, and I’ve only read 40 of them so far !!

This has got to be the absolute WORST financial institution ever! Customer service is absolutely terrible and if you don’t watch your account they will take more money from your account then you authorize and try to blame it on you. I’ve been through 6 customer service representatives and a billing supervisor. Of course they don’t want to refund the additional money they withdrew from your account but would like you to let it sit there as your next month’s payment. Um…how about hell no! You didn’t have authorization to take my money and I want it back! Every time you call you get a different story and the run around. I asked the “billing supervisor” for someone above her and was told there wasn’t anyone above her that took phone calls. Really? You best believe I won’t back down until I get the additional money taken and once that is received I’ll be refinancing with a different company. I would NEVER recommend KeyBank to anyone. They are an absolute joke!

The worst customer service ever. They closed an account on me while I was traveling because I did not show ID on time. They investigated of course it is always OUR fault never theirs. Then they never sent me my debit card I had no way to get cash for 2 weeks I am in a new area. I wrote a letter, of course they investigated but I deep down knew from the start they were NOT going to be in the wrong I was going to be in the wrong. Today I got the final call on my experiences with the bank and it was just as I thought. I was made to look like a LOSER and they NEVER do anything wrong. It’s a short relationship with this bank and I am glad to finish it. Very disappointed in their practices, attitude, and the way they treat older people. I never transferred any of my money to the bank was just a test to see what they were like and then of course I asked Locally and was told to NOT use KEY BANK….So there it is. Amen.

I deposited $15 in Key Bank on Thurs., 2/22/18 at about 12:30 pm or later. On Fri, 2/23/18, I called the phone bank in the afternoon. They told me that the $15 was not credited to my account. I told them I DID deposit $15. They said I’d have to go to the bank to fix it. This is ridiculous. This Key Bank which is located at 829 E. 16th St in Denver, CO on the 16th Street Mall, is a worthless bank. It’s their mistake and I have to wait til Mon, 2/26/28 to get this corrected.
Also, I’ve asked one teller to printout my transactions and the numbers on the page are all mumble-jumbled and cut off. What kind of a printout is that? I’ve complained about this before, but they keep doing it. I’ve never had this problem at any other bank I’ve banked at.
Also, on the phone bank a lot of the people have accents and I have a hard time understanding them and they have a hard time understanding me. It’s frustrating. I’m tired of banking at Key Bank.

I just tried 3 times to send a fax to your corporate headquarters concerning the legality of my POA. Your Fostoria Ohio branch believes it is an altered doXXXXent I talked to a local attorney who says it is not altered but a corrected doXXXXent which your employee James A Dewese notorized on june 5th 2014. The branch manager said they sent it to your legal department and received an email telling them that it was not to be accepted. I called your legal department and they knew nothing about it. So I asked your branch manager to produce the email. He could not, so evidently he is a liar and thinks he can do what ever he wants at that branch office. I would be glad to send you a copy of the POA if I had a number that actually worked. My mom is no longer of sound mind to produce a new POA. Straighten out your people and stop screwing with me or I will take legal action, and have her money taken out of your bank.

I have been a customer of Key Bank of Idaho, Fruitland Branch, for 30 plus years. I have absolutely NO complaints with the local branch, matter fact they go out of their way to take care of my needs, a hello every time I go to the branch, by name. I do not live in town, I live miles out of town on a ranch and do much of my banking online. That’s where the problems begin. Its getting very upsetting trying to work at home. The reliability is very poor, I cannot set down without ever not having problems. If these issues continue I will look for other alternatives to your online banking. Months ago there was a major update to the online banking software, have you ever heard the saying “” If its not broken, don’t fix it”” very poor upgrade, problems ever since then.

I enjoy seeing the bank tellers at our local key bank. Not sure how Key Bank ever got a three star rating. To me this is a half a star above average. I would only rate this bank manage staff service at 1 star if that. Everything the local manager does is just the bare minimum (if that). I had two recent problems with deposits with this bank, she’ll only tell you that it’s the policy of headquarters. I hate to be lied to, like Vanguard Investment doesn’t have enough money in PNC bank to cash our investment check. Plus, our accounts are large enough to backup and handle anything we withdraw or deposit. We are not happy way things are handle. There is an old saying, you may win the battle BUT lose the war. We do understand that Key doesn’t need our money or investments they handle. Most likely the CEO, CFO, COO or local district manage will see this to respond.

I can see where identity theft is made easy by these people. # yrs ago my mom died I was executor. I went to Key Bank and properly closed her accounts and set up the Estate account with them. 2 years after I get taken to court over $74 that they didn’t properly close out at the time. I got that straightened out (I hope) then they send me a credit card in her name. If I was still not at my address who knows what would have become of that. They will not stop sending mailings. What gives? It is hard enough to lose a loved one why should you have to keep after others to do their job.

This fraudulent bank sent my husband and myself a mastercard statement for the month of June, 2017 showing no activity. We are NOT customers of this bank and we have NEVER been their customers and we will NEVER be their customers. They opened a fraudulent account using our names and mailing address. I went to the local branch and tried to speak to the branch manager about this to get this account closed and our names permanently off any sort of mailing list because we never want to hear from this bank. The XXXXXX told me to make an appointment to speak to her. Yeah right. I called the customer service number twice and each time was connected to some patel or other in India who insisted I give him our social security numbers so he could activate the charge account – fat chance they’ll get any info from us. I have complained about this incident and the bank to the New York State Banking Commission.

My son recently applied for a vehicle loan at the maumee Ohio branch. I wanted him to get a loan for a vehicle so he could establish some credit. He has a stable job making decent money and he’s on his last year off collage. He was buying the vehicle through a private owner. After a week goes by he is still waiting on approval. The branch manager keeps saying tomorrow he’ll hear something but tomorrow was 4 days ago. Well he lost the vehicle today, the owner sold to someone else. The manager was no help at the bank and has been giving him the run around. How come you can go to a dealership and drive home with a vehicle the same day but you can’t go to your neighborhood bank whom you bank with it takes over a week to get approved for a small 6000 loan? I have banked with keybank over 30 yrs and after today I’m done. That manager is worthless, he had to contact her continuously to find out what was going on. I will never bank there as long as she is there. She does not care about customers.

i am the executor of an estate, the subject of which banked at First Niagara and subsequently Key Bank. So i have been dealing with Key on a number of issues: mortgages, HELOCs, savings, checking, collections, loss mitigation, foreclosure, etc.
Now, i have banked at a number of institutions and i have never come across one that is nearly as lost and chaotic as this one. i would never, never associate with Key for any purpose whatsoever.
Departments don’t communicate with one another, individuals don’t know what they are doing (for the most part, not everyone), no one can answer a question, they don’t care, their systems are antiquated (i swear, my phone has a greater capability than the bank), electronic communication between locations, departments, etc. is impossible.
There is not one reason I can think of to use Key Bank for anything. In fact, i wouldn’t even use an ATM of theirs.

I went into the branch at 11 East 22nd Street in NYC. I was third on line to speak with a non-teller representative. The one representative was chatting casually with what appeared to be an acquaintance. After watching him ignore the line for a few minutes I went over to ask if he was aware that people were waiting to speak with him. He was disdainful in his response and then went back to his desk and got on the phone. The name plate on his desk was George Albero. Eventually one of the tellers got another employee to come out and assist. I was surprised by the poor customer service as most banks are very proactive to welcome and to assist customers.

I opened an account with the manager of a keybank office in Cleveland heights Ohio. It was opened with a promo received in the mail. All requirements were met over a 60 day period. It is nearing the end of January and the cash that was supposed to be deposited into my account has not been deposited. Many attempts were made by myself on the Keybank site (when I tried through my yahoo acct I was told to do that)to elicit a response to no avail. Then I found a response on my Yahoo acct (after being told they couldn’t communicate with me that way (?)) it stated that they do not find ANY PROMO attached to my account! ! I guess I just made up the whole story deposited the necessary money and made necessary bill pays for no reason . This must be me hallucinating. I gave them the managers name and number. The manager said he would see what the problem is. Still no answer and he’s not calling or picking up my calls. He had my promo info on his desk when I stopped at the office on January 6. This is a shock to me that a reputable big bank would do this to a customer. WHY SEND OUT PROMOS if you don’t intend on fufilling them. What a rip off.

The Key Bank at 2 Scammon St., Saco, ME has held $300 of mine for over 11 business days, and not one person in the organization will resolve this.
1) On Friday, 1-20-17, the ATM did not release my $300, yet debited my account.
I went inside. I was told they would do a money count, look at the video, and then credit my account by day’s end. That didn’t happen. 2) I called the bank manager next day. She said the credit would appear by Tuesday 1-24-17. That didn’t happen. She added that “people make mistakes.” I don’t expect a bank that handles people’s money to make a mistake and not fix it immediately. 3) I emailed customer service 3 times over the past week, and got different answers each time. Are these bank employees ?? Do they know the business protocols, or do they make it up as they go? 4) The first email said it will take 2-3 days to resolve. 5) The 2nd email said it will take 10+ days to resolve. 6) In my 3rd email to Customer Service, I asked for the CEO’s email, and instead, was to go the the bank manager. 7) The bank manager has not responded to my letter of 1-24-17. So…Key Bank has my $300…and I have no recourse except to hire a lawyer for the emotional distress this is causing me. Nobody at Key knows how to credit the customer first and foremost, and fix the ATM machine. I am an hourly wage earner. $300 taken out of my account that I use to pay bills, is significant. Can anyone at Key credit my account TODAY, and, assess interest for each day that you have held my money.

I bank at Key Bank in Clifton Park, NY. Right now I am very upset your bank. I have three accounts with your bank. On my savings account, I was charged a $1.00 service charge on my account. I asked the bank’s manager why I was charged this. He couldn’t explain it and put the money on my account and was going to find out why. I came in today to deposit some money and the $1.00 wasn’t put back on. One of the teller had to look up procedures, She told me that I did 5 withdrawals this past month. I am only allow 4. I wasn’t informed of this. This is my money and a sizable amount. My interest doesn’t even equal the dollar. I won’t tie up my money in a money market. I had First Niagara before Key Bank took over. SInce November 4th 2016 there was 4 other accounts attached to mine. On November 28th I went to my local branch spoke with someone named Jeffrey, he couldn’t figure out why my social security number wasn’t coming up in the system there come to find out my social security number wasn’t even there. He told me he would put a hold on my account till they could figure it out. He never did this. On November 9th I went to the bank again to find out that I still didn’t have access to my account and those 4 other accounts were still attached to mine. I spoke with someone about this and she said well she didn’t have any idea what was going on because Jeff was on vacation. Well on December 20th I filed a complaint with NYS financial division, the attorney general and I contacted my local news station. Also on that day the other person’s accounts that were attached to mine were removed but still as of today 12/22/16 I still do not have access to my account. I want answers to what is going on and why

When notified by phone call, we discovered the problem and customer service was able to remedy the issue where I had no obligation. More than a month later, I started receiving additional collection calls and again went through the exercise and was told the issue had been corrected and the 2nd attempt utilized notes on the account to verify the issue. Now, it has been some time later and went to purchase a truck which was the deal of a lifetime. The pulled my credit bureau and sure enough my credit score fell in the dumps and I could not obtain financing with a decent apr due to a mark on my bureau from Key with regard to this issue that should have been resolved long ago. I was a good customer and your bank made good income off my loan and I was never late making a payment not even once and now I lost out from something that was not my fault. It is like the left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing. I am sharing this experience on social media and other avenues to spread the word. Additionally, I will be emailing the corporate governance, daily until this issue is resolved.

Beth, I’m 72 years old and it makes me sad that I have to inform you that your Bank seems to have a crook in it. On 10/19/2016 for $360 Bank of America sent your bank a electronic deposit for me for my checking account, also sent a Check for $378 on 10/26/2016, These transactions were cashed on four different calls to your bank a week apart BOA requested that you accept written DOC’S to prove the entries and were refused to accept them. I requested that money be deposited to my account and your “Customer SVC” refused to do it. I want to hear from you soon, because the next step is FBI. “I have very high SEC. Clearance and can let this continue. David Sr.

On May 4,2016, I lost my husband suddenly. A few weeks after his death I received a check made out to, “The Estate of,” and his name only! After going through probate, which took several months, I learned that an estate did not have to be opened, but I did receive a legal decree stating that the check, amount mentioned, could be deposited in my account. I brought it to my local Key Bank and was told by a Bank Representative, Allen Skinner, that it could not be deposited because it was made out to the “Estate of,” even with the legal DoXXXXent, signed by a Judge, seal and all. He told me the only option I had was to get the check re-cut to my name.
I then went to two other banks, unrelated to Key Bank to ask their opinions of this and was told they most certainly would have no problem depositing the check and never heard of any bank refusing to honor a legal doXXXXent. So, I chose one of those banks and was able to open up a new account. In fact, had another check made out to the, “Estate of,” and my husband’s name, without a legal decree and they deposited it without any question.
Today I was able to close out all my accounts at Key Bank and now going to the Bank that provides superior customer Service. What appalls me is that YOUR Bank Refused to obey a Court doXXXXent and wanting us to do All the work to make it easier for them instead of the customer, especially during our time of grief!!!

Executives: CEO: Beth E. Mooney, CFO: Donald R. Kimble Jr., COO: William L. Hartmann,
I have had a KeyBank account since I was younger until earlier this year.
I have made several attempt to close my Key Bank account as well as satisfy the negative balance of another account in my name (a debit card account for my minor daughter). I have been directed to do multiple things to resolve this issue yet the account remains open and debt collectors continue to call my home for the account with the negative balance. Also, I left the money in my main account when closing it to satisfy the balance of the other account and money is being deducted from that account (which I was instructed to do by the KeyBank Recovery Department). I will not add any more money to satisfy the negative balance because the KeyBank representatives that I reached out to for help are incompetent. Please Help!!! I have been misdirected and mislead by KeyBank’s Fraud Dept., Recovery Dept., The branch Managers of the Euclid and East 152nd street Branches as well as many, many, many telephone representatives. Please review your telephone records which are monitored, as I was informed by your many representatives. Thank you.
Please Help,

Key Bank recently took over First Niagara. I was a 1st Niagara customer and now I have problems since the conversion whereby you now automatically take money from my checking and automatically pay on my 2 accounts I never set up the automatic payments.
I called your call center and they said I need to go to the bank to change that. I told them I currently am living in Georgia and they again said I needed to go to the branch. I told them that would be difficult since it is a 2 day drive!!!
I called the local branch in Ballston Spa, NY and spoke with Craig. He was going to straighten everything out and then it happened again. I called back again this past Monday and they said they would give him the message and he would call me back. Today is Friday and it has been a whole week and I still have not heard back from him.
Is there anyone at KEY BANK WHO CAN HEP ME???

I have been with Key Bank for 12 years. I don’t expect any special treatment, but this sets the tone for the type of person I am…I am now retired from the Army after 21 years of Active Duty service, 3 deployments to OIF/OEF and a Bronze Medal Recipient. I have never been late for any payment to Key Bank since joining into a financial relationship with the company. Many years ago I opened a line of credit (cash reserve) with Key Bank and each month they automatically pulled the payment directly from my checking account each month to pay the bill on the cash reserve account…for YEARS this has taken place.
In Feb 2016, I received a notice from Key Bank that my January 2016 payment on the Cash Reserve account was “over 30 days late”. I was shocked b/c it had been automatically withdrawn for so long, why would it be late now…it wasn’t due to lack of funds! I called Key Bank to inquire as to what happened and was told that “beginning in January 2016, Key Bank stopped automatic withdrawals from checking accounts for cash reserve lines of credit”. I told them I never received a notice informing me of this change in policy. After being put on hold for a while, I was told “an explanation was printed at the bottom of all monthly statements in the last months of 2015”. I live in Massachusetts where there are no Key Bank locations, so all my banking is done online. I do not read every line of the monthly printed statement, especially something put at the bottom in the fine print. This notification should have been sent out by itself in the form of an official notification.
I disputed the report so I could have the credit marker removed from my credit report…Key Bank denied my dispute. I am in the process of purchasing a home and have been notified that Key Bank’s credit Marker can have a negative impact on my loan. When I called the Key Bank Dispute number, I spoke to three different levels of employees, I have no idea what country they were in b/c it wasn’t USA, and was told that they cannot remove the marker because “that would be admitting that Key Bank made an error in reporting the late payment”…I couldn’t believe it. So what?! Is it so bad to make a mistake…especially one that has such a huge impact on my ability to own a home?! The foreigners I spoke to did not have a care in the world about my concerns as a loyal Key Bank customer of more than a decade. They simply said “it is a rule, and we can’t bend the rules”. Every rule has an exception, especially depending on the cirXXXXstances around the infraction of that rule. And in my case it was an honest miscommunication between Key Bank and I that looks to now cause me to lose the house I put a Purchase Offer on and am set to close on in 3 weeks. Thanks Key Bank….at least you don’t look like you made a mistake right…..

I have a joint savings accouts with my grand daughters, Jenna Nonog and Natalie Paulson, for their education. I opened the accounts at the Branch office, Burlington Wa. I was then living with my daughter at Lynnwood. So, i told the Banker Representative that I don’t need statements. On May, 2014, the house in Lynnwood, was converted into a rental property. So, I moved to Sedro Woolley.
According to the head teller when I checed on these savings account yesterday, that since May, 2014, the main office has been sending monthly bank statement to me and these statements were returned to the main office. Key bank has been deducting $10 a month for undelivered statements. I talked to a CS person on Ohio yesterday and explained to him that I did not receive
any statement because I already moved to Sedro Woolley. According to my daughter, she has not received any statement from the Bank. I talked to customers service person and understood the situation. But he said he can only waive the past month – May but not since May , 2014.
I am pleading the Bank to return the amount deducted monthly to my account. I did not know Key Bank is required by Law to send monthly statements because I was never contacted by any employer of the bank. Have I known this requirement, i would have informed my new address. I feel that being a depositor since 1997, and I did not ask the Bank to send any statement on these accounts in the first place, before any charges were made against my accounts, I should have been contacted first. I have other contact info in my records in your files, instead of automatically deducting a monthly charge of $10 for statements I never received.

I am currently on hold with Key Bank (1:05:38 at this point) while they attempt to get a supervisor to address my issue. I have already attempted to do this online and received an email back that I had to call the 800 number. Yesterday I called the number and after some time was told that her computer was slow and had issues. She promised to call me back in an hour. Yep you guessed it, no call back leading to today when I again called the number talked with a representative and am on hold for a supervisor. An hour and 9 minutes at this point….

I have been with KeyBank (Society) for around 30 years now. We are refinancing our home and needed an official check. I have never gotten an official check before and don’t plan on ever doing this again. I went to the branch in Beachwood to do this. I figured since it is my bank there would be no charge. I was in disbelief when the teller told me there would be an 8 dollar charge for this. I spoke through the customer service representative who spoke to the manager of the branch. I told them how long I have been a customer with Key (Society) and they did not care. They said they could not waive this charge. Tomorrow I will be signing my new loan and then going to Chase to open my new checking account. I feel like my years of banking with you does not matter one bit. I will no longer be a KeyBank customer and will say nothing but bad things whenever I come in contact with personal or business acquaintance. I could not even get the manager of the bank to even speak to me. Its obvious that I don’t matter to your bank so I will take my business elsewhere.

I found the bank manager , of Anacortes, Wa. branch, to be the most un-accommodating person I have had to deal with. I have never had to pay a fee for a monthly statement so I can reconcile the account. BEcause I do not want too bank online, she insists on a fee. Also I must have a copy of each of my cancelled checks to identify that they were authentic Her attitude is that the money I deposit is hers and I only hold it for a short while.

Hi I’m an expat living in the Philippines most of the time but do spend time in my home in Salem, Oregon. Before making my annual migration to the Philippines I do present myself to my local key branch manager just to let them know who I am in case I have any problems while away so far from my home bank…Again I did just that & have run into a simple problem with my account & notifying the manager by email of my problem his reply was I’ll look into it. Im still waiting for some tangible help from him but all i can get from him is “I’ll look into it & give me excuses why he cant do anything for me…..I am going to forward on up to the corporate CEO a copy of all of our communications to which he has been non responsive…..His name is Kao Saephan; of the North Salem Branch….thanks for nothing a**hole…..

My name is Richard L. Furfey. I am a totally and permanently disabled Vietnam battle combat (that means that I was out in the jungles and rice paddies killing human beings for your freedom and that I was out there watching my brothers die in hideous ways and that I was out there fighting and getting seriously wounded for your and Key Banks FREEDOM) I have two overdraft notices. 1 is for a transaction with Amazon for $42.00. @ is check 453 for $ 480.00. Both were posted to my checking account on February 27, 2015. My VA disability deposit for $3068.00 was also posted on February 27, 2015, You must be an UNPATRIOTIC bunch. And NO I DO NOT WANT AN ELECTRONIC OF BANK POLICY LECTURE as to how this happened. I insist that you void those overdraft charges back into my account right now. I am getting to old to go down to Water ST, in Augusta and pass out flyers about what you done to an American War Hero who has a Purple Heart and other medals of VALOR for preserving and protecting your and Key Banks FREEDOM. I am low on my printer ink, but I think that this letter itself will be quite appropriate for the flyers I will pass out, if you force me to.
