Hi my name is Erica Henderson and I ordered my son the bundle box.. and with him having Asperger’s he never used your product.. that I think is great.. so when I reached out to customer service the agent told me I had to send items back before refund was released.. and with my grandmother being put on hospice right before Christmas it’s been busy and I haven’t been able to return my orders.. I forgot to mention how I got another order of the bundle. $98.85 total. That was actually the reason I made a complaint call. I was told I must didn’t pay attention to box checked for autopay.. im a computer savvy woman.. and I know I didn’t see any option or autopay to receive constant monthly orders. I knew I didn’t have the means for that financial commitment.. but tell me why would 4 different customer service agents send me multiple emails asking when was I sending order back.. it was like I was being rushed..anyway I go to return my orders, until they tell me it would be $87 to send my package.. I found the 4 different agents emails odd and not right.. can you or someone in corporate help me get my refund released back on card ending in 3608..
