I’m having a problem with a rebate that has been deemed valid and IN Process since November 11, 2022. It is now June 15, 2024. I have contacted representatives around 6 or 7 times and each time told that someone will contact me in 7-10 business days but no one has ever called, texted, or emailed. Advertising a rebate with purchase but not actually sending the rebate is called fraud. If Epson would just send the rebate, no one would need to contact me, so just send the rebate.

Epson should be ashamed of how they treat their customers. I have tried twice to get rebates that they offer. Once it took six months to get it and the refund came with THE WRONG NAME.
In September 2022, I submitted a second rebate (yes, shame on me!). I did not get the acknowledgement by Epson until early November. I was told 8 weeks for delivery. By that time, I had already submitted it 6 weeks earlier, so this is now 14 weeks. After two hours with customer service at the end of December, I was told there was “computer problem” and it would take another 4 weeks. Again, nothing. This is now 18 weeks. I called on 1/18/23 to find out the rebate STILL HAD NOT been processed. I was assured by Ashley that it was now done, but I had to wait another 2-4 weeks for processing. WHY! A supervisor then said it might take 10-14 days which is UNACCEPTABLE since it was sent at the end of September and their rebate form says it takes 8 weeks.
I do not believe this rebate has been processed yet nor do I think it ever will be. Why? The supervisor refused to give the CEO’s name and contact information. Why would a legitimate company refuse to give that information? I found the CEO’s name and email address and contacted him. AGAIN NO REPLY. This is how I know I will never get a rebate from this fraudulent and unethical company. It starts at the top with no accountability for any action or non-action.
