I lost my card and have been trying for 3 months to get it replaced and I have given u every proof that it is ME asking for a replacement and I’m getting the same automated response. YOU have all you need to confirm my ID. I want my replacement card. It has money on it that I need. And I WILL not have my income tax refund put on it this year due to this bs service I have received. I too will contact any and everybody I need to to let them know what bs yall are as well as contact every one in the chain of command I just need a new freaking card

I joined credit Karma back in February of 2017 to get my credit straight, instead my credit has taken a turn for the worst and to make matters worst, it’s impossible to get customer service to return my call. They were suppose to give me six free months and failed to do so, but I didn’t expect anything more because their entire performance has been poor. They have taken approximately $1000.00 in payments from my account, but after trying to contact someone and not having someone contact me back, I blocked them from taking monies from my account. I do intend to contact the Better Business Bureau because this company has to be a fraud. We need a class action suit against this company.

Please stop airing your creepy clown with knife commercial. It’s very disturbing and frightening(especially to my 8year old daughter who unexpectedly saw it while watching a family movie). She asked me if that was the same creepy clown that was terrorizing people in neighborhoods and parks. Really??? You feel it necessary to have a commercial with a clown and butcher knife hiding in dark of a house?? That’s the best Credit Karma could come up with for a commercial? Now my daughter is afraid to go into another room by herself (especially the kitchen) because she is afraid a creepy clown with knife is waiting for her! Nice job Credit Karma.

I have two account showing collection open. I filled bankruptcy and theses account was discharged. I spoke with Equifax and they sent me a copy of my credit report and it’s not showing open account collection I have been told that you guys are the ones that report is incorrect, can you please update your information.
I worked at Panera Bread but quit because of various reasons with management. I had gone in and mad an account so I could order at Panera Bread in Ankeny Iowa.
They stopped me from having an account so that I could place orders at the store. I had to put my husbands name and information so we could get points and order so that our orders would be ready.
I have never been treated so bad in my life, and to top it off I never even got my pay check from the time I was there.
Panera bread is concerned about themselves at all and how much money franchises make.
I have a huge problem with my credit score’s! 5 year’s ago I hired a company named Lexington law to fix my credit for a year. I payed them alot of money to dispute and fix my credit. Then I got on Credit Karma to monitor and fix my own credit, since then I’ve payed off hospital bills thru North America credit, payed off other collection agencies on my credit and desputed things that where on my credit that I found out was put on there by identity theft. I have bought a car in the last 8 months I have opened a credit card thru my bank and I have opened one more credit card for a big chain store. Since then it has been a year with timely payments and have not missed one payment. My credit I noticed went up a few points and then went back down!!! Could someone at credit karma please get ahold of me and help me understand why I’ve put so much of my time and money into fixing my credit for it to stay the same or go down instead of up?

I have been married, at the same company, and residence for over 25 years. It should be easy to verify my identity. Someone gets my SS#, logs into your site and boom, has instant access to verify any challenging question that other company put into place to verify it is really me!! I am shocked that your company isn’t sued over such irresponsible transactions. You should be!!!!
