The service at 3007 Town center Drive in Fayetteville nc was HORRIBLE by the guy Demarco, checking people in. Very rude attitude and unprofessional. I will not be back and will be filing a complaint with corporate!!!!

Took my son in for a hand x-ray in October 2021 – they confirmed there was a break and referred us to a specialist. When we gave the specialist the CD with the x-ray images, my son’s images were not on there. The CD instead contained x-rays of several other patients, including their personal information (names, date of birth, etc). We had to pay for all new x-rays.
I alerted Fast Med of the issue and spoke to someone on the customer satisfaction team before being referred to someone in the corporate office. The man in the corporate office said this never should have happened, said he would refund us for what we paid and that we would receive no further bills.
In June of 2022 I received a bill from the office for an additional $500. We still hadn’t even received our refund that we were promised. I contacted the corporate office and customer satisfaction team several times and never received a response. We finally received our refund on August 7, 2022 – a full 10 months after being told it would be refunded. We still receive bills daily for this visit, but I have finally been able to speak to someone who says she can help resolve the issue. Fingers crossed that it happens, but I urge anyone reading this to go elsewhere… unless you want to be lied to and have your medical information and images sent to other patients.

The waiting room is full with patients and are becoming upset with this display of rudeness !

This place is an absolutely disgrace. The one in Winston salem off of university has the absolute worst employees I’ve ever seen. THEY MADE UP MY VITALS on my record and left DRUG TESTS unsealed on the bathroom counter for anyone to tamper with. So unprofessional. Needs to be shut down.

I scheduled for Moderna Vaccine appointment days ago and at the last minute of the vaccination time, we are told that we do not give vaccine at this location. The medical assistant was very rude and disrespectful at Ray Road and Freeway 101 location in Chandler, Arizona.

My boyfriend went to the Fastmed on university parkway, Winston Salem. He went to the front desk gave her his paperwork, and his license to “hold him a spot”. He called yesterday to ask if he had to make an appointment, the same woman said no just walk in I’ll get you in and out. He spent 4 hours waiting for him to get a Drug Test and a physical for his job (He was a walk in). After 4 hours he went to the desk twice to ask why he hasn’t been back yet but countless people already had been seen and left even thought he was there first. So I called the fastmed and talked to the lady at the desk and asked if there was a wait time? She said we are currently not accepting walk ins, and I proceeded to tell her that she accepted a walk-in and he has been in there for 4 hours and hasn’t been seen yet, she asked me his last name, I told her she said I don’t have anyone under that name. Yet she had his license and asked him to the desk to fill out his paperwork. Then he gets taken back after I had to call and ask why he hasn’t been seen. This was terrible!

I have been editing for a refund for over 4 months . The receptionist was like a rabid dog insisting I had to pay my 45 .00 copay even though I knew I wasn’t required to pay a copay with my insurance. I paid…..when I got my EOB …sure enough I was right.
When I try to call I am on hold for over 30 mins….each time….you can’t get through to anyone

Yes my experience with with what was it med first or fast med was it’s a complete scam I was just contacted by the better shopper ad that also sent a flyer out and convinced me once again although I thought I had done this before it was kind of deja vuish convince me once again to pay a dollar 95 for $100 gift certificate for being a better shopper at Walmart or Target at home Depot or many other affiliates once again after give me my information like an idiot I was told to answer all these questions and then they were going to run an ad by me and I can say no I wanted I didn’t want it or I did want it well why you’re sitting there listening to this ad you have no way to not accept the ad so therefore if you don’t accept it or accept it but you can’t do either one they’re just going to bill you until you’re able to look yourself up the number to be able to try to cancel your subscription that they just given you because they just got all your information it’s a complete scam everybody affiliated with this business is a scam and I’m about to call the better Business bureau I suggest you do the same if you want your money back. We went to the Manor Texas location on October 2nd at 3:30 pm. We were turned away the 1st time we went in by Maria at the front desk. Per Maria they were booked via appts and could not take anymore walk-in due to them closing at 5pm. The waiting room was completely empty. When we left I check the website, (we live 30mins away) they had a 4:30pm appt for that same day. I called and spoke to Maria again and she said it didn’t show that appt on her computer. She was very rude and told me I could take it if I wanted it. I of course went back because it was a Saturday and my son’s ear was hurting. When we arrived back I asked Maria who manages the scheduling on the computer. Maria told me that would be corporate office’s. We were seen and were told he had a inner ear infection that his eardrum may burst and prescribed antibiotics. Today we went to the Bastrop Texas location due to my son’s ear still hurting the same. I did not want to deal with the Manor location again and my son’s pcp is not able to get him in until Monday. The Bastrop location was outstanding and come to find out the reason the antibiotics are not working is because he has swimmers ear; not the inner ear infection. These are caused by 2 different types of organisms how was this misdiagnosed? Either way we will not be going back to the Manor location again. If we need urgent care Bastrop will be our new location. My purpose of reporting this is how many other people did they turn away that needed to be seen and/or how many people were misdiagnosed maybe so they could get out on time/ or earlier due to staff not wanting to do their jobs.

The front desk receptionist was very rude. Throwing things on her desk, making it very obvious how annoyed she was with doing her job. I first came in the morning and I was told that without having an appointment it was going to be at least an hr wait. So I opted to make an appointment for a later time the same day. When I arrived to my appointment, the same receptionist with nasty attitude told me that it didn’t matter that I had an appointment, I was going to wait at least an hr. Seriously??!! Then she continued to be passive aggressive and rude, acting annoyed by throwing my ID an paperwork on her desk. This person did not need to be nice to me, all she needed to do was not to be rude. I took my son who is almost 3 to your fast med and they left us sitting for almost 2 hours to refuse to help him. My son cut his index finger and i had taken him to the emergency room here in my area. Seeing how many people were ahead of us and all those that were sick I decided to call Fast Med. I explained to the lady his age and where we were and that he had 2 cuts that needed sitiches. After answerung her guestioms she tells me that they will work him in with it being a cut. So we left from the emergency room where we were already registered and waiting and went to the fast med. I done all the paper work and paid the $199 that was needed. After sitting there for almost 2 hours, by this time it is 7:10pm this lady walks out takes one look at his hand and comes to and says he neededs stitches and we camt do it. She says that we will not be able to hold him down. I explained to her that I and his father who was there with me could do what needed to be done. She still refused. By this time it had already been over 3 hours since the injury happened. So we went back to the emergency room that had even more people and we were told that it would be to late to stitch the wound by the time they could get to him. Now my son has a open wound on his hand because your so called health care workers didnt want to work past their closing time. They would not even try. They could have told me this on the phone and if they say they had to see it then why did they not tell me this while I still had time to get his hand stitched up some where else. To top it all off I ask for my money to be refunded and they said it would take 3 to 5 business days for it to return in my account. I would like for some one to take responsibility for this total lack of concern they showed my child that day. My son has a gaping cut that can not ever be closed up right because these ladys did not do there job.

I went to the High Point, NC Main St office to get a covid 19 test on Monday the 23rd Sept. When I was finished I asked when I would get the the results back. Ms. Mobeen, PA said it would take 3 to 4 days and said to check my Mychart. I told her I did not have a Mychart with them and she said they would call me with the results. I called on Friday 27th Sept. and was told they had not received my results back. I went in today Monday the 30th Sept. and got my results which they received on Wed. 25th Sept. I lost 3 days of work due to there incompetence. I would not go back to FastMed. Buyer beware!!!!!

I just took my wife to the fastmed concord/Kannapolis location for a COVID test, we started calling this location @6:00 or 6:30 or so and continued calling up until we arrived at the location at 7:30pm… it clearly says on the door this location is open until 8:00. My wife went to the door, only to find it locked. Then I got out to see if I could see anything. So I looked inside and saw one patient in the waiting room, and saw a younger black female sittin behind the computer at the desk. So I knocked loud enough where I knew she heard me, we made eye contact, so she gets up, as slow as I’ve ever seen anybody move, like she was mad she was gonna have to do her job god forbid, and she gets a coworker, to find behind the desk w/her… and behind mkn a motion to call the location… being that I had been calling for over an hour and a half, that was not a good enough answer…moral of the story here, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION (or any of the other locations from the sound of it) IF U NEED MEDICAL ATTENTION/ASSISTANCE… u might disturb them playing on the computer. These people don’t deserve the title of “healthcare workers” And they’re certainly NOT essential to anyone!!!!

They refused to see me saying they were closed but the hours are until 8. I thought under law they suppose to follow Hippocratic Oath: One of the oldest binding documents in history, the Oath written by Hippocrates is still held sacred by physicians: to treat the ill to the best of one’s ability, to preserve a patient’s privacy, to teach the secrets of medicine to the next generation, and so on.
They didn’t follow that oath and I’m still suffering until the next day

I feel that I was discriminated against in one of the Fast Med offices in North Carolina. The recepcionista had a different way of treating people whom she assumed were from the United States versus to me that I’m Hispanic.

I was webby to a fast med to get a blood test for health issues I’ve been experiencing. I went to 2 different hospitals and the receptionist at the Highpoint, NC location was wonderful she said that my symptoms could be handled through web chat. Everything was so full and the waiting times were about 3-4 hours. The dr. stayed on the video chat with me for about 5-6 minutes before telling me I had to come in. I missed work all day and needed a Doctors note to be told I had to come in anyways. I had been calling to ask the status of my refund and someone was supposed to call me about it and still hasn’t. Please do something I wasted $89.00 on a copay Sheva I could have just waited to be treated.

I was being discriminated on at the Peoria office 2860 because of all my tattooed. I could hear the lady’s talking sh*t about me after making me wait 45 mins when I was the only one in the office. I’ve never had this experience in my life going for a UA for a job! I went the first time the said the pee was no good I had to do it again. Came back again a second time an said it wasn’t enough after I had filled it to the line! Want me to pee yet again!! So at this point I feel that corporate should know how people are being treated an it’s NOT OK an I will be getting a lawyer to file a discrimination complaint! I do have the lady’s names in the office on 06/23/21 at 3pm.

I went to FastMed in Burlington NC, Tuesday June 1, after waiting in the lobby for 1 hr and 40 minutes, I was finally taken to the back room to see a Dr. I went there because I had suffered with a sore throat for 3 days. They said they didn’t have the quick response test for Strep but they could send the “test strip” that they had out and get results back in 2 days. I have called the clinic back numerous times since Thursday, even left messages for someone to call me back and still NO RESPONSE!!!!! Here it is Saturday June 5 and I’m still not able to reach anybody at the clinic. Nobody has yet to call me with my results!!!!!! And no results were put in on “mychart” either, I’ve checked!!!! This facility sucks!!!!
What are my freakin results???????????????
