Please cancel my services, I don’t want to continue with your company. I do NOT want upcoming lawn mowing on August 2nd/ August 3rd. Your company provided me with wrong information, added lawn treatment to my services without my knowledge to steel my money, and charged $260 on my card for the service never provided to me and when I asked for my money back, you guys started playing hide and seek with me and told me that there is no phone number for lawn-treatment service only emails and in response to my emails the Elmond dude sent me replies that didn’t make any sense, that bloody chap was not even talking about my concern or money you charged me for no reason. Finally, I called my bank and told them that they stole money from me, and this is how I got my money back. You and True Green are together in it and both are thieves and bunch of thugs. I am going to send my concerns to BBB and every social media (Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Linkedin, and Angel list) to warn people about the two scoundrels’ pact
Service was supposed to begin April 19th. Still no service. Every day I’m told tomorrow or the next day.
Today Im supervisor said she would be in touch with the crew and then keep me updated. She has not.
Stay far away from this company. They lack customer service in any capacity. They did property damage to my house that they refuse to address, hung up on me when I asked for a supervisor, lack any customer service past a basic receptionist, and now are still charging me for services after I cancelled. The company is a scam. Save yourself the headache and financial loss and use local.

This COMPANY is a disaster. They go around in circles trying g to justify no shows . I regret the moment I called this nightmare of a business
I have been paying for services. And they sent a crew to come and do my lawn services. He broke my sprinkler system and shut it off they have promised to fix it and have not returned since. My grass is completely burnt and my sprinklers are still broken. The customer support team is unprofessional and horrible. Worst experience ever. They sent me a video to fix it myself. This is a joke. And I no longer will use this company. I have called many times and they tell me they do not have a management team. And no one can help me.
I have waited for an entire month in order to have my lawn cut. I’ve been given excuses, cancellations, and reschedules and am yet to have my lawn cut. I regret that I ever got involved with this company. Very poor service!!!
Bait n switch once they got money never responded to property damage claim ticket. We are going to contact the Attorney General.

I live in Fairborn, Ohio. Signed up for the service April 12th. Have gotten “1” mow. The Google local online reviews are very similar to mine. Now, I’m stuck in a “3” mow agreement that LawnStarter has not fulfilled. I can’t cancel because then my bank card will get charged for mowings that I haven’t received. The app stated that I cancelled when I didn’t. I got an apology email for that. Then, a second cancellation was put on the app when again I didn’t cancel. This has been my worse business experience of my life.
I have only received one mow since April 12th. Why am I not released from the LawnStarter “3” mow agreement!? I had to hire a “professional” lawn service to cover all the LawnStarter no shows. The app states that I cancelled twice when I have never cancelled! According to online reviews I am not the only victim of that fraudulent practice.
LawnStarter seems to prey on families that need this essential service. You promise a “3” mow knowing that your service can not provide a “3” mow. Then, hold our financial cards instead of releasing customers from a service agreement that you can not fullfil. I have turned LawnStarter into the Better Business Bureau in Texas even though I live in Ohio. I’m shocked that the Ohio State Attorney General’s Office has not shut your company down before now!
It is just me and my disabled son and feel like we are one of the many victims that will be part of some kind of Class Action Law Suit against your fraudulent practices! When you can’t fulfill your agreement then your suppose to release the other party from that agreement. Not hold them financially hostage!!
