Have to agree. I have been trying to order 2 pairs of sweatpants for over half an hour from Nautica with no success. How do you stay in business? The people manning your phones are amazingly incompetent.

Incredible corporate arrogance. Total lack of customer service . Delays in shipping. Wrong item shipped. I was told a refund would be placed on my Master Card – NO REFUND. Now the customer service person claims my home address is incorrect and she can not talk with me about the order because I gave the wrong address. WHAT – I know my home address. Also, now they claim they cant find record of the order even though I have lots of documentation and have given the order number.

I have not experienced such poor customer service rep from THREE customer service reps in a row on the chat. It’s as if Nautica is hiring the worst customer service chat people ever. Clearly they have no one supervising them or training them for that matter. You know it’s bad when a person seeks Corporate to make a complaint.

The website never restocks any colors and sizes for the NAVTECH CLASSIC FIT PERFORMANCE POLO shirts. These are shirts that’s been around for years yet Nautica never restocks them, however it’s still posted for sell on the website. I just wish someone in Corperate Offices would get the restocking people on the ball! How many months do we have to wait until you get a new supply of the NAVTECH CLASSIC FIT PERFORMANCE POLOS??

Poor customer service. Made an order overnight still haven’t received my order. I’ve been hearing we’re still processing your order. Since Nov. 9,2021. You are a nightmare I will never order from you all again. I wish I can give Nautica no stars. Have overnight still haven’t received nothing!!!!!

Ive placed an order Nov 7 , 2021 . I’ve paid 25.00 for overnight . Today is November 13, 2021 Ive still not received my order. Ive spoke to customer service agents some of them rude. Also reached out to the chat service. Either one is no help. Will not order from Nautica moving forward. Poor customer service. What was supposed to be a birthday gift turned out to be a nightmare.

I recently bought a classic solid pique polo from store 00049. Per label instructions, I washed the shirt in cold water and dried on low setting , resulting in 10 – 15% shrinkage. Totally unacceptable. I tried to exchange the item, but the cashier stated that the company won’t exchange washed items.
It’s disappointing that you don’t stand behind your product. Very shortsighted.
I won’t buy your products again and will advise others not to waste their money.

I placed my first and LAST order with Nautica online about 2 weeks ago. What followed after that order placement was an absolute nightmare. I clocked in close to 6 hours by telephone, and my issue remains unresolved. As an employee in the retail industry, I’m horrified by the repeated carelessness displayed by your cs supervisors and the blatant negligence of either your shipping warehouses or contracted carrier. I’ve honestly never seen anything of this caliber in all of my online experiences.
