I have gone to the Vernon Hills, IL location and every time I have gone the tables are very dirty and the floors are not cleaned and I had gone to te counter and asked if someone could come and clean off our table and he said that he would send someone out and no one ever came. My husband ended up cleaning it himself with the antibacterial wipes he found up by the garbage cans. This is unacceptable. There were a number of employees in the back that were just standing around talking to each other when I asked them to clean the tables. Seems to be poorly managed.

I have tried to oder from Shake Shack 5 times from their online site and have only been successful once.
The other four times I have been double charged on my debit card and my orders are canceled by Shake Shack within 2 minutes. I have to wait to get my money back for days and days. Meanwhile, I have to put out more money to get food somewhere else. I do not always have money to do that. Your customer services is the worst. I wait days and days for emails which are never returned. Do you realize that your restaurants continuously cancel people’s orders, but take their money immediately with no intention of delivering that food. If you do not want the business then close down your online ordering or immediately refund our money. You owe me $116.12 right now for double charges from 12/27/2021

Dear Shake Shack,
I am the mother of one of your previous employees at your Century City location in Los Angeles, CA. She left your company due to relocating out of the area. She was give a final paycheck which she used the funds for school. Two weeks later, her check FROM Shake Shack bounced! She now has return check fees and no money. She went back to her manager on several occasions and was told she would sent a check. That was almost 4 months ago. She has called repeatedly and was told her check was in the mail. Still no check. My daughter is a minor and I am a single mom. She worked for the funds, Shake Shack needs to make this right. She should not only be reimbursed her check, but all associated fees for same being BOUNCED. Please contact me immediately or I will be forced to contact the Labor Board, the news media, and social media. You are a multi-million dollar company and something like this may have been an accident, but should have been taken care of immediately after you were notified several times. Please contact me within 72 hours or I will take action noted above. I recently visited one of your Shake Shack locations in Providence Rhode Island for the first time in early April of this year. This area has a large European population. My complaint is why are there not any European people working behind the counter. Now I understand we live in an age of diversity and inclusion but when do you start including Europeans?

Marlton NJ store. 5th. Time here…today a problem. My burger came out wayyy too quick. Got it home and it was undercooked. Pink in the middle. Ate it around the edges and threw the rest away. Also: Noticed the cooking area floor was dirty. French fries & thin paper on floor. Disappointed!
