Greg Selkoe founded Karmaloop in 2000 as a small online retailer of urban style and streetwear. He wanted to make these hard-to-find styles and brands more available outside of major urban centers.
He started the company in his parents’ basement in Jamaica Plain, a neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts.
Today Karmaloop includes Karmaloop.com, KarmaloopTV.com, MissKL.com, PLNDR.com, BrickHarbor.com, and Kazbah.com.
Karmaloop TV is a multi-platform broadband programming network under the direction of Pharrell Williams. MissKL is a site serving female customers. PLNDR is a flash sale website, where customers have 72 hours to take part in the sale. BrickHarbor is an online skateshop. Kazbah is a channel for up-and-coming, independent brands to access Karmaloop’s customers.
Karmaloop offers over 500 brands through its different websites and had $130 million in revenue in 2011, which represented an 81% growth over the previous year.

They took money out and I never ordered from them. And they won’t give me any information. They were rude and would not connect me to a supervisor
Last December 17, 2015 I filed a complaint that my ordered did not receive. I spoke with their live chat about my refund and I was advised 3-5 days but it is already more than 7 days I have not received my refund. Did not even get a response on my multiple email inquiries. Still waiting resolution as of today.
MY STORY IS NO DIFFERENT THAN ANYONE ELSES ON HERE. KARMALOOP TOOK MY MONEY. NO EXPLINATION. NO RESPONSE. IVE TRIED TO CONTACT THEM EVERY WAY POSSIBLE. IT’S BEEN OVER A MONTH NOW. KARMALOOP TOOK MY MONEY AND NO MERCHANDISE WAS DELIVERED I HAVE SEND 10 EMAILS AND NO ANSWER EVERYTIME I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICES NO ANSWER… JUST A MESSAGE THAT SAYS WE ARE WORKING ON IMPROVING OUR CUSTOMERSERV…… NOW THAT I’M READING EVERYONE ELSE COMMENTS I CAN NOT BELIEVE WHAT I’M READING. E-MAILED MANY TIMES KEEP GETTING THE SAME OLD GENERIC RESPONSE THAT THEY WILL RESPOND IN 3 TO 5 DAYS! B.S.!!!! THATS A JOKE!!!!! ITS PRETTY SAD YOU TAKE MY COLLEGE SONS MONEY THAT HE DOSE NOT HAVE ANY TO SPARE AND WONT EVEN ANSWER A PHONE OR RESPOND WITH A REAL E-MAIL!!!!! Been trying to reach you guys you have no phone number to contact you ! My package was sent somewhere in Ohio !! I live in delaware this makes no sense and there no way to get a hold of you guys ! So now I have no gift for valentines day and I’m short on money so I need my money back or my package but either way I’m never shopping here again !
No one answers the phones or emails, I have been waiting for my order for two months!!!!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I’m will never shop on Karmaloop ever again!

I’ve been patiently waiting for my order and it still haven’t arrived. Didn’t receive a tracker number because I didn’t have an email to use but I put my mobile number still have yet to receive a phone call or anything. Also no one is answering the phone lines, can I please get some help on my order please?
