Greg Selkoe founded Karmaloop in 2000 as a small online retailer of urban style and streetwear. He wanted to make these hard-to-find styles and brands more available outside of major urban centers.
He started the company in his parents’ basement in Jamaica Plain, a neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts.
Today Karmaloop includes Karmaloop.com, KarmaloopTV.com, MissKL.com, PLNDR.com, BrickHarbor.com, and Kazbah.com.

PLNDR is a flash sale website, where customers have 72 hours to take part in the sale. BrickHarbor is an online skateshop. Kazbah is a channel for up-and-coming, independent brands to access Karmaloop’s customers.
Karmaloop offers over 500 brands through its different websites and had $130 million in revenue in 2011, which represented an 81% growth over the previous year.

Last December 17, 2015 I filed a complaint that my ordered did not receive. I spoke with their live chat about my refund and I was advised 3-5 days but it is already more than 7 days I have not received my refund. Did not even get a response on my multiple email inquiries. Still waiting resolution as of today.

Been trying to reach you guys you have no phone number to contact you ! My package was sent somewhere in Ohio !! I live in delaware this makes no sense and there no way to get a hold of you guys ! I’ve been patiently waiting for my order and it still haven’t arrived. Didn’t receive a tracker number because I didn’t have an email to use but I put my mobile number still have yet to receive a phone call or anything.
