Dear Sir/madam,
It’s been a while I’m a victim of one of your store located in Westminster, CA. I purchased Pompano fish and find out the fish I purchased is about to spoiled and wanted to return with receipts. But the store manager Ms. Amy was not co-operative and don’t want to refund. So I requested her for corporate office phone number for further assistance. But she was not willing to provide me any info about corporate office.
These Pompano fish still in my freezer, which I want to return with receipt.
I therefore requesting to take necessary step to resolve this issue with a refund of amounting $83.08 as early as possible @ your convenience.
