April 18, 2020 just orded food at your long beach location, girl on the phone tells me it’s a 10 to 15 minute wait. I wait outside 25mins. Then go inside to pay mind you this is during the covid-19 pandemic every one has masks and gloves. Cashier takes my money and the guys just start to make the order as I pay. I’m looking at the guys prep the food, and one of the guys touching my food turns around and starts touching the cashier box and also touching people’s credit cards and money and the cashier box that other cashiers have been touching as well and I’m sure they’ve been all touching money. Touching money, touching cards, touching food are you guys serious???? This is in the middle of a pandemic with life and death situations and people dieing left and right and you guys want to take people’s orders and stay in business by jeopardizing people’s lives by not changing gloves every time you touch the cashier box or the phones. Seriously if somebody just one person with covid-19 walks in the door and hands you money or there card and your working with food you cannot be touching food after touching money and cards. You guys and owners and management should be ashamed of yourselves by not having better surveillance on what your employees are touching. We put this food in our mouths for nutrition not to be jeopardizing our lives by possible covid-19 spread. I asked the worker why he didn’t change his gloves and he totally denied the wrongdoing after I called him out on it I told him I just saw him with my eyes right in front of him. I walked out so mad after I literally saw the cashier grab chips with his gloves on thinking he’s safe but not me.. I couldn’t trust any of the food or the food handling at that point. I asked for a refund and left so angry and hungry totally disappointed thinking we can trust charo chicken to handle our food. So sad…. and disgusting.

Ruined my whole night. Wife placed an order on line at the Long Beach store and I went to pick it up on the way home from my 14 hour work day. Ran other errands first to ensure they had enough time to make the food. Then, when I get there, they have no order. Wife checked email, it never sent confirmation. This is not the first time we have had trouble with their online ordering system. UPDATE YOUR SYSTEM. There’s no excuse for this in 2020. No dinner for us now.

casher alicia took my order then picked up the phone to take a personal call.. for the past 5 min I kept seeing her help a customer then pick up the phone. and her body language does not say it’s a business call.. very unprofessional… I already dont like this location and when I see this I really dont want to come back.. but I’m sure your business is not going to care..

I am totally disappointed that at 6:10PM that I cannot order 4 pieces or more dark meat thighs. How can you not have chicken ready. The Carson location did not offer to cook what I was requesting I was willing to pay the difference. But all I can gave is what we have left UNACCEPTABLE!
