I ordered three pairs of shorts, which arrived promptly and look great. But they fit small, so I need to exchange for next size up. The package came with a prepaid label for returns, but no instructions for an exchange except to call the 800 number. I called everyday now for three days. No reply. Emailed too – same result. Looks like Lee is offering zero customer service at this point. Tried the corporate phone number too, but that is permanently “engaged”.
Would someone please tell me haw to make an exchange???
I have wore Lee jeans forever . I buy my jeans at farm and fleet. I gained weight and no longer find jeans I live to wear all I’m finding is Lee jeans with that stretch Jean material which I can not stand I want the jeans I have always bought before I am so disappointed that I won’t wear jeans anymore til I can buy the jeans I have always wore. Please help where can I buy the Lee jeans I love.
I received a pair of black Riders by Lee Easy Care RN 130273, 136KJO8, straight COY-B736-018, 040326241954, size 8P for Mother’s Day. They were purchased at a Big R store; however, I don’t have a gift receipt. The adhesive under the label on the back right size is impossible to remove. I washed the jeans, dried them, applied Goo Gone, washed them again and hung them to dry and still the adhesive left a noticeable mark. Also, the inseam was 31″, so I had to cut the hem and shorten them. I love the material, style and comfort; however, would like information on removing the adhesive. Any suggestions are appreciated.
