The 4th South Salt Lake downtown location was tolerated for the cheep food and cafeteria style self-serve ease as I took my family twice a week until staff became aggressive and gossipy, plates not washed, rude staff and truck-stop attitude.

Tonya Montoya is probably the worst manager I’ve ever had. She’s very inconsiderate about other people and what’s going on in their personal life’s. The other day I walked outside to leave for work and there was a truck with a big trailer on the back of it blocking my car in the driveway. The people who were driving the truck were building our fence and they weren’t at our house at the time to be able to move the trailer. There was no way that I could’ve gotten to work on time because both of my parents were gone and none of my friends could come get me. I immediately tried calling chuck a rama to let my manager know about the situation. He told me to try and find someone to cover my shift. So I posted on seven shifts that I needed to get it covered and I called lots of my coworkers and nobody was able to cover it. When my manager (tonya) saw what I posted on seven shifts, she immediately went off on me. She said and i quote, “I’m sure you knew you were blocked in before you were supposed to be at work. You literally texted right as you were supposed to be at work. That is very uncool to do to a manager and totally disrespectful.” She acted as if I planned for all of this to happen even though it was completely out of my control. This incident is not the only reason that I quit. Tonya definitely plays favorites. I was told SEVERAL months ago that I was going to get a raise and be promoted to a server. Not only did I never get what I was promised, a new girl came in and after only being here for a couple of weeks she was promoted to a server because Tonya is friends with her parents. I know for a fact I’m not the only person who thinks tonyas unfit to be a manager because my coworkers have told me about her doing similar things to them.

Usually signs like this right before management knows they will be closing down after being one of the last to survive covid.

Me and my wife with our kids stopped into the Idaho Falls restaurant while on our way home from vacation and never once received a waitress or were waited on. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a restaurant. To top off the customer service the Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy were cold to touch. Definetly not going back feel as if I should of been reimbursed for paying that much for how bad our experience was.

I had today very bad experience at one Utah restaurant. It was dirty tables, seats and under tables, and on top of that one woman threw up! I couldn’t eat anymore and ask for manager and they told me no refund only I can change table!

Hello. My name is Reed Critchfield. My partner, Daniel Short, and I recently acquired a monthly newspaper entitled, “Simply Seniors”. We are a 100% Veteran owned and operated. Our publication is dedicated to serving the community of what we call people ‘50 and better’.
This publication provides seniors across the Wasatch Front access to useful information regarding services and products typically used by that age group. It is free to the reader.
The purpose for this letter is twofold. First, we wish to gain permission to place copies of our papers in your business establishment(s) each month. If needed, we can provide a table or rack to display the papers. When we deliver our new editions each month we will remove any remaining old copies and ensure the display is in good repair.
Secondly, it is conceivable that you would benefit by advertising in our newspaper. We would appreciate the opportunity to discuss that opportunity with you.
You may view an electronic copy of our publication at simplyseniorsnews.com.

I had terrible service, and a poor encounter with some employees in Lehi chuck-a-rama. I won’t add names, but it was a manager at the location. However, She was very disrespectful, and not professional. A very bad face for what I thought was a decent restaurant.
