Jackrabbit was founded in 2003 by Lee Silverman in Brooklyn, New York. The company operates a chain of running shoes and sportswear apparel, specifically geared for runners. The original name of the company was The Running Speciality Group.
The original store became very popular as employees underwent an 8 hour training session so that they would be able to sell customers the correct pair of shoes. From the single location, the company has grown to more than 66 stores in 17 states. The company was purchased by The Finish Line in March of 2015 for an undisclosed amount and the company name was changed to Jackrabbit at this time.
Jackrabbit headquarters are now located in Denver, Colorado. The Finish Line didn’t waste any time, however, in selling Jackrabbit. Private equity firm CriticalPoint Capital acquired Jackrabbit for an undisclosed sum in late January of 2017. It is unknown if the company will change name or move headquarters at this time.

Went to Bronxville running company on 12/20/2020 12pm, made an appointment on line, thought it was a good idea, (Covid) looking for a pair of cross country running shoes for my teenager. they are affiliated with Jack Rabbit. I walked in, was not greeted. I was finally asked if I needed help(10 mins). When I mentioned the appointment they had no idea about it. The young man who assisted us was not very helpful. We seemed to be annoying him, after trying on a few pairs that did not fit, or feel comfortable for my teenager. There was an older gentleman who tried on nearly a dozen pair, and was treated by the young lady who was assisting him, as if he was a long lost relative. After trying on about 4 pair of sneakers, we left. I felt it was a total waste of time. I’ve been to Jack Rabbit stores in NYC, and was treated very professionally and made several purchases. I strongly advise anyone looking to go to Bronxville running company to not waste their time.

I have spent approximately $500 this past month as a gold run rewards member. I have received 0 run rewards and when I try to contact them they either don’t answer the phone or won’t return my emails.
What’s going on?

I ordered a pair of shoes almost two weeks ago for my Birthday thinking I NEVER treat myself to anything nice. I placed my order, waited a few days for the shipping email to come through. That never happened. I tried calling your customer service line, only to be hung up on. I tried emailing about 5 times in the meantime and get the generated bull crap email. I called the store that I ordered through, they said you all emailed or should have credited me my $150. I haven’t seen a DIME! I was told the shoes I ordered were out of stock the day I purchased them. WHY would you all take my money and IF you were out of stock?! Your customer service line hangs up on people and no one replies to emails. You all ruined my shoe buying experience. I will NEVER use you all again. I want my MONEY back. I will order my shoes elsewhere.

I ordered 2 pair of Hoka One Clifton 4, and only got 1 pair shipped in a disrespectful and poorly packed manor. I contacted customer service and was told that because the order was shipped from different stores, and she promised to follow up with the replacement. It is now a week and hear nothing form anyone. Do you think what this is about? Is it a theft from consumer and should be an embarrassment for your company. I am a runner, and I will do everything to share my experience to prevent other runners to go what I went through. BS.

Good Afternoon. I am a 6th grade teacher in the Bronx. My co-worker and I are taking a group of 20 students running as part of a health and fitness initiative that our school, Hyde Leadership Academy, is promoting. The school is located in a very low-income neighborhood and most of our students’ families struggle financially.
We were looking for a donation towards new running shoes for our 20 sixth graders. As part of our program we will be visiting the Union Square store in Manhattan on Tuesday, December 13, 2017 to show the students how to find the proper running shoe and the benefits of getting fitted for them too. It would help our efforts if each student could get a pair. Not only will it help our initiative but it will also help make their upcoming holiday a lot brighter.
Any assistance would help and would be greatly and utterly appreciated.
Thank you in advance!

I have been attempting to look for a size 15 wide on your website. I would like to say that you are probably losing business for internet shoppers because of the length of time it takes for each page to load. I choose men and wait, then I choose size and wait some more. I have left several times just because of the frustration and I know that it is not the bandwidth on my side because we have a 1Gig connection. I work for Level 3 Communications and would love to talk with someone about how you can improve this for your customers. When it is Christmas time and more and more people are shopping you will probably want to have this corrected. I am going to try and contact corporate. I can help you. 469-576-XXXXX
