Dear Sir/Madam:

I am a Legal Assistant to Attorney Michelle R. Dubrow, we are Special Counsel to the Ohio Attorney General’s office.
Back in July 2017 we verified an employee’s employment and filed wage garnishment material with Franklin County Common Pleas Court, they in turned forwarded the material to your office for processing. I have left messages asking for a return call and still there has been no response from you company.

My employment expwrience was actually and truthfully a positive one until the day I was pulled out of work by a supervisor, who informed me that I was being placed on Administrative Leave, & the Team Leader who was just doing his due diligence as an underling employee could or would not offer me any possible reason as to why I was being placed on A.L.

Now I was on Administrative Leave for a little over 2 weeks and I was TOLD that I would receive a phone call from someone regarding the reasoning behind being placed on Administrative Leave, only to NEVER RECEIVE A PHONE CALL TO INFORM ME THAT I HAD BEEN TERMINATED…..FOR THAT “COURTESEY I had to wait for a letter to come in the mail to tell me that I was termonated after nearly 6 months of employment, & being listed as a TOP 5 EMPLOYEE WITHIN MY DEPARTMENT WHICH INCLUDED HUNDREDS OF EMPLOYEES; basically my Metrics were off the charts but my attendance history (which gives you points for being even a FEW MINUTES LATE to sign into your “E-Start Program”, which is Convergys’s system which tracks an employee’s attendance, break times “out” and back “into the system”, and then accumalates all of your WORKED HOURS, but consistently made computation errors or required one of the 40-50 different codes, some codes are required to be entered into the system when your transfering for a “Sup Call”, or when you need to complete a “coaching with your team leader”, or a “coaching with your entire team present; or even when there is NO POSSIBLE WAY TO KEEP A CUSTOMER ON THE PHONE ANY LONGER SO YOU CAN COMPLETE THE REQUIRED NOTATION OF A CX’S ACCOUNT & WHATEVER ACTIVITY WAS COMPLETED ON THE CX’S ACCOUNT DURING THEIR CALL.

THERE ARE SYSTEMIC ISSUES WITH CONVERGYS CORPORATIONS NEW EMPLOYEE TRAINING PROCEDURES, ATTENDANCE & PUNISHMENT “POINT SYSTEM” AS WELL AS TRACKING AN EMPLOYEES PRODUCTION, THE “DOLLAR & CENTS” TRUE VALUE TO THE “COMPANY”, AS Convergys does NOT effectively evaluate the talent they have based solely on production, metrics and performance, as there is much favoritism, NEPITISM, and corrupt ass-kissing, that has a tradgically REAL IMPACT upon certain employees situations, experiences, & upon an individual employees ability to “move up the Corporate Latter” by getting raises & promotions. I worked in the Watertown, N.Y. Convergys site.

Lastly, Convergys does not TRULY CARE about its employee’s, their health & general well-being, NOR do they make ANY ATTEMPT TO HELP SICK EMPLOYEE’S GET THE HELP THEY NEED, AS ITS NOW “EXTREMELY CLEAR TO ME NOW THAT MY FIANCE WAS JUST TERMINATED BY CONVERGYS AT THE WATERTOWN, N.Y. SITE. IN FACT, We are also exploring media as an avenue to provide a medium to properly examine case by case examples of specific Employee’s who were not PROPERLY HANDLED, NOR WERE THEY TREATED WITH ANY RESPECT, DIGNITY, FAIRNESS, EHTICAL INTEGRITY OR WITH A MORAL COMPASS. IT’S VERY TRUE THAT CONVERGYS IS EXTREMELY POLITICAL, AND THE BUREACRACY OF THE CHAIN OF COMMAND AT THIS SPECIFIC WATERTOWN, N.Y. SITE HAS REPEATEDLY MISTREATED ITS EMPLOYEE’S ROUTINELY, REGULARLY, AND WITH ILL- REGARD & LITTLE-TO-NONE EMPATHY, DECENCY, OR UNDERATANDING & APPRECIATION.

I am a current student who was informed that I was hired and could start my “mandatory” training work hours. The informant by the name of Justin told me that my recruiter Danielle Readings at Tucson, Arizona location would contact me in 24hrs to arrange my start date. The Convergys company has taken my fingerprints and other identification verification. I have attempted to call every Convergys contact to revive any updates, this wouldn’t be so troubling for me, but I have turned down other job opportunities because I was told I was hired. No one has contacted me back!! The company has lead me on for a total of 2 months and 11days.

I was fired cause they said incident pass my call certification unit each time I took it I was listening to a trainer and afterwards I was told ideas going to have another opportunity to retake the call certification this up coming week but I was fired. So I’m reaching out to see if I can get my job back

Was hired on Walgreen’s project went through training and completed only to be told we would be layed off until we get our pharmacy tech license in the mail which can take up to 90 days to receive. This was very misleading . They also had 40-50 people in one training class just sitting around doing nothing because we couldn’t take calls . This place is the worst place I have ever worked at

To whom it may concern I hope that this reaches the people I need it to reach. I am a former employee at the Chattanooga site and I am here to inform you that their has been harassment from Team leaders to me on night shift since October 2016 and 4 operational Managers knew about this and did nothing to help so now I am looking into filing a harassment suit against convergys, and I am going to say Sorry does not pay my bills and sorry does not put food on my table. When I started that company in July 2016 it was a cool place to work but since October all the way till the end of the year the company has allowed Team Leaders to treat people like dogs and pardon my French but sh*t as well. If no one response to this email in one week I will be turning all my documentation over to a laywer and let them take the legal actions necessary. because of these team leaders and the 4 operational managers that did nothing I feel that something needs to be done. The 4 operational managers names are: AJ/Kyle/Judy/and Jessica at the convergys in Chattanooga. So I say this, I want to file a harassment suit against your company unless something is done about this. So let me start off by saying that this is the most unprofessional workplace and company i have ever worked for ever. I was employed by Convergys of Jacksonville NC on Sept 7, 2016 which is when i started training. I am for sure writing this as a complain on my OM Cynthia Foskey and if i do not receive an answer back for this i will take it above this webpage and speak to whomever i need to just to make sure there is a complaint on her and possibly termination. There is some room for some law suits as well in my situation so someone needs to contact me as soon as possible as this is a time sensitive matter.

As a business owner myself I thought it be necessary to inform you of the following information. I was contacted via Convergy’s in Arnold, MO for a job interview as a customer service representative. I had a phone interview on 12-08-16 an it went exceptionally well. I was told to come in for a face to face interview on 12-12-16. I adjusted my schedule for this interview and traveled 25 miles. I arrived 20 minutes early as this is the professional thing to do. I took my pre-screen typing test and proceeded to wait for Allison whom was supposed to conduct the interview. She entered the room and informed me hat my assessment was not in the range your company was looking for and didn’t think I would have wanted her to call me at 7am to inform me of this critical information. I am assuming this is because I answered that I would absolutely inform my boss if they were incorrect which is extremely necessary to run a successful business. I am not upset that I obviously did not pass the assessment. I am in fact upset that it is common sense that I would have been awake at 7am to logically arrive on time for the interview. I adjusted my schedule, and traveled 25 miles for no reason because your employee was so ignorant (and yes I mean uneducated) to make a simple phone call. This is an amazing example of poor business practices. After reading reviews on career websites I have come to a conclusion that this is a common practice of your company. I suggest you remedy the situation at hand unless you want your company to be plastered all over social media with a bad name. It is arrogant to waste the valuable time and money of other human beings.

My location has a bed bug infestation and I have called county health department and OSHA (who confirmed several other employees have as well) and am having such a hard time getting help to get it resolved. I have autoimmune diseases and take immunosuppressants (this is documented with them as I have ILOA) and have been getting bites increasing almost daily in severity and frequency to the point where I can’t function anymore. I have been frantically washing my clothes daily as to not track into the place I rent, where there are several other tenants. My doctor has advised I stay out of there but Idon’t have a choice but to continue to go because they are telling me they won’t give paid leave. I NEED HELP. Considering a lawsuit because I feel like I’ve exhausted all my options and undoing all the hard work I have done to keep myself as healthy as possible.

I was recently offered employment for a Sales position with Convergys in Belleville, ON. The first day of training, the instructor told us that in order to train with them, we needed to overcome any anxieties and participate in projects in front of the class. I have an anxiety disorder and can’t participate this way, but I can talk on a phone, so I was confused at why this would be the form of training. I withdrew from the training. This past week, I applied for a Tech position at the same location, but I was informed that I would need to take the same training as was expected for the Sales position that I withdrew from. Again I voiced my concern over this type of training, and was told verbally that this is Convergys policy for training, and then through a letter, that I was not going to be considered for the Tech job. I fail to understand why Convergys would enforce this type of training, especially when they are desperate for employees and then turning away people who want to work. I know others who won’t apply to Convergys for this very reason. I’m very disappointed about the treatment I have recieved because of my anxiety disorder, and wonder why accomodations couldn’t be made so that I could train, but not talk in front of the class?! I’ve never experienced this type of treatment in any other job before.
