I review places for trip advisor. I just sent in 3 reviews– 2 for Alpahretta GA and 1 for Oahu Hawaii.. I would like to CHANGE INFORMATION on one review.
Gunstock Ranch (Oahu, Hawaii) I mentioned our 2 guides on our horseback ride. In the review, please change NAME to Emily and NOT Emma. The guide name SIdney is correct. Please make this change before posting.

I have a complaint about your store at 575 s. Citrus ave in west covina,ca 91791 I went there on June 3 2017 to buy the coor’s light beer the store advertised that came with a $8.00 mail in rebate when I got to the counter and payed for the beer I asked the associate working for the rebate coupon she said they didn’t have any so I went back the next day and talked to the manager he said he didn’t have any and would talk to the coors driver when he came in I said fine went back for the 3rd time and that manager was not working and nobody new anything about it the only reason I bought the beer was because of the rebate now I’m getting the runaround from the CVS EMPOLYEES all I want is my rebate I don’t want F-ING EXCUSES I WANT RESULTS somebody is going to give me my rebate because I won’t stop until I get it you need to talk to the manager of that store and set him straight somebody is going to give me my rebate or I will make an issue about this now get off your ass and this fixed I’m tired of getting the runaround from people

Since you have diverted your corporate email address I will write to this one. You advertising on any program with the despicable Kathy Griffin holding up the bloody head of the President of the United States is beyond the pale. I have ordered from you several times but if I see another ad of your on any program associated with her I will go elsewhere for my purchases, this is disgusting and you should pull your ads immediately. I am one who writes, for me there are hundreds more who agree but won’t let you know, they just won’t shop with you again and you know it.

Dear Sir;
I bought a dress from Dillards.com and when I tried it on I found that the dress was miles to long on me. So, I put it back in the box and returned it the next day. After some weeks the dress was returned to me stuffed in a small plastic bag and a letter was included stating that the dress had been worn and could not be returned. After careful inspection of the dress I found nothing wrong with it except for the wrinkles the dress now had after being stuffed without care in that plastic bag. I am a senior citizen and on social security so it is not an easy thing for me to pay $380.00 for a dress that I can not wear and now unable to return because your company will not accept it. I am outraged and can not understand how your company can treat your customers in this way. I sought satisfaction through the BBB but was unable to get my desired result. My desired result would be for your company to accept the dress back and return my money to me. My question to you would be, how would you like to pay $380 for a product you can not use when your only income is $526 a month? I wish I could upload a picture of me in the dress so you could see for yourself that it was impossible for me to wear.

What I don’t understand; SEARS, was the AMAZON of the of the 19th Century and thus; one could order and receive pretty much anything, from a House to a Wagon, to a Coffin with which to be buried in . … .

Case # 170206-000523 Long term customer, Edward Bienkowski Duluth Georgia 30096 470545XXXX Multiple problems this years filing. Turned down advance cash from Meta bank.. I have a great job good income reasons were in written form from bank totally discrimination statements for rejection. The prior tax preparer that is now retired was wonderful never an issue or problem. Not knowing the status of state refund weather it was filed by office. I was told I should have been given a paper copy to be mailed. This statement came from the customer care center. This never happened. General disorganization and a lack of communication and a promised follow up call from local office on the status of my filing. From prior complaints e-mail and talking to customer care agents no record was found for myself from multiple complaints in your database.

Hello – I am writing to you to request a GOLD CARD for my nephew in Prescott Valley. He is a good kid that could have gone bad. He is not an A student, he is average. He is 16 and his big dream in life is to work at McDonalds and become Manager. He has suffered a lot – He LOVES the game of football and suffered a concussion. He lost some of his memory for weeks, when he finally returned to the game (last game) he did not play. He was the type of kid that was stuck in his room playing video games all day. He lost his beloved Uncle (who was his godfather) 4 yrs ago to cancer. All our family was devastated he was 44 and was a Police Officer who risked his life everyday. My nephew does not ask for much but he loves MCDONALDS. I say he deserves one. Just a thought

Hotels keys don’t work, yet again, to exit the parking garage at the Hyatt mckormick place. No attendants on site to help = 30 minutes to exit ……. result—- missed flight. Save your self the headache and don’t stay at this hotel.

The Gas and Goodies Chevron in Tipton’ Calif needs to clean their Restrooms! They are more then awful! So dirty and trash cans over flowing, floor dirty walls.. Then in the mini mart where you sit there is stuff on the walls of food that has been there for months.
I can not see why the Health dept has not tagged them. Someone needs to go in there and see for themselves

I am a retired 80 year old person who frequents your stores often. At store # 1194 in Owings Mills, Md., I was treated poorly and dis-respectful by who I thought was a clerk but later found out it was actually the store manager who I observed was nasty to other customers as well. This is not the first time this has happened but she is always in a bad mood whenever I see her at the store. I was the sales manager for a Fortune 500 company and would never allow any of my people to speak to any of our customers in such a manner. We visited 6 Flags Gurnee Il on Sept 4, and purchased the flash passes, 2 devices for 6 people. We returned the devices to the flash pass office that evening. However, the credit for the 2 devices has not been made to my account. I have left several messages, and no one will return calls. Keisha from customer service hung up on me, and I was told need to call the Flash pass office when they are open. However, when you call the flash pass office, no one answers on weekends.

I am very disturbed at Choice Hotel franchisees here in South Queens, New York. Many of these owners and/or corporate site open hotels that are not needed as hotels inasmuch as the hotels here in the JFK International vicinity never fill up unless there’s a major snow storm which is not common. Nonetheless, when business is bad these owners are baited lured by DHS [ Dept. of Homeless Services] and the bait is taken with promises of steady, daily, financial intake. There’s never any concern about the feelings or concerns of the residential neighbors who are going to be affected by a hotel turned into homeless shelter.

There are always varying circumstances why people become homeless here in this ever-growing expensive city. But there’s also the both positive and negative types of persons, the latter who are roaming our streets, sitting on our stoops, i.e. the unemployed. Now we suffer from devaluation of our homes and properties. Our middle income areas are inundated with shelters now, more than any other area of New York City and it’s just not morally right, fair to homeowners nor to those [ particularly th negative types] who are not welcomed in our middle income environs!!!
Most of the franchisees names are from the Choice Hotel chain.
There needs to be mandates upon franchisees by the corporate sources that will prohibit such conversions. As such we view Choice Hotel names removes and private names changed and neighbors are never notified ….it’s always a done deal. We’re sick and tired of this abuse. We work hard to keep our communities free of vagrants, and negative elements, and have concern for the children walking along to school [from being approached] as this has been happening. Choice Hotel, you can do better in signing contracts with franchisees. DO NOT BUILD ANY MORE IN SOUTH QUEENS, we’re flooded with Choice Hotels turned homeless shelters.

My thirteen year old daughter was fitted for the first time in your Stamford, Connecticut store and I’m amazed at the exceptional customer service. The manager, Jenn, took the time to make sure my daughter was comfortable, that she was in the correct size and that we were buying appropriate bras. As mom going through this next developmental transition I appreciated the time and energy Jenn put into our purchase and she did it all with a smile. In addition, Jenn made sure to say goodbye to my daughter and to tell her she was available for further questions and/or concerns with future bra purchases.
I couldn’t NOT acknowledge this amazing manager!!

I brought a Jeep at KIA in Brooklyn Park, MN I got my financing through Credit acceptance Corp which comes with a Warranty.. well needless to say I started having problems with my vehicle less then a week later,, LET THE GAMES BEGIN!!! Wynn’s Plus told me to go to the auto shop and get a diagnostic check so they could know what was wrong, so I did that and was informed the problem was COVERED! Yeah!! right, well now what they tell the shop is that I have to pay for the break down of my engine and once that was done, call them and they will send someone out to look at it and if they feel it’s major to them, they will fix it BUT! if not then I will have to pay for the whole bill which would be $1500 or maybe more… I called the company to speak to the manager Emily, which they will not let you speak to her… so one of the representatives try’s to tell me that a diagnostic is the break down of an engine and it is stated in my agreement! What an idiot… .. so I asked her a question when someone tells you to go and get a diagnostic check to see what is wrong with your vehicle your going to have them take the engine apart? dumb ass could not, did not answer that question…. PEOPLE PLEASE BE WARE!! They got me but I am hoping this will help someone else avoid this….

We have eaten at bob Evans several times but our experience last evening was terrible . Waitress gave us a menu and walked away. Came back asked us what we wanted to drink it took her 15 minutes to get coffee. Then she took our order another long wait got Cole slaw and husbands soup . They were not very busy only four tables of people. Then got our meal before we ate half of soup and salad she came back asked for more coffee. Took her a long time for that when she came finally we ordered crepes to go never saw the waitress again til my husband went up to pay. He didn’t even want to tip but I did. Service was slow entire time and we felt we were ignored. This was the one on 200 cabellas drive in Triadelphia WV. We have eaten there before with no problem.

My bill (which I still have the receipt) we all split the bill by $20.40 each but my card was charged $41.91 and because of this I was charged an overdraft fee of $35.00. I have a complaint about the new CVS you are building on main street in West Warwick Rhode island. The company that is putting it up workers are rude the go to the bathroom in front of homes when they have a outhouse to use, they use foul language loudly , I know they are aloud to work 7 am but to work till 7.30 at night . I am disabled I live with my brothers who own the house..I can’t sit outside cause who wants to see the crap they do , have to keep Windows closed cause of fumes from truck they leave outside of Windows..If I had people putting up a store for me I think they should respect the people who live around there… Thank You

I brought a black converse item number 6578684404030 at your store kids footlocker at Coral Square Mall 9549 W Atlantic Blvd Coral Springs FL 33071 send it to the Caribbean for my niece today is her first day back to school when she went to put the shoes on the front of the shoe let go meaning it unstick. I call the store speak the manager he told me he can’t do anything for me that I have to let them ship back the shoes to me … Now this is plaint bull shit I spent almost two hundred dollar in your store , another hundred plus to ship the item to the Caribbean and was told there is nothing y’all can’t to do without the defective item you sold me this is terrible… I need an answer as to when I can get a different shoes , my money back or something to be done ….. If you sell people defective merchandise y’all should give a free merchandise in return….. I know I work customer service for a company if our merchandise is defective we have to replace with or without the defective merchandise comes back to us it’s call common courtesy…. You can’t sell defective merchandise to people and not do anything about if that’s the case then y’all is a fraud ……

In using ‘MOST’ browsers there IS a PROBLEM with HOW MANY instances GOOGLE registers the SITE that one HAS “been on”. ( For One, ten minute e-mail session there WERE 33 “lines” that ANYONE could “MOUSE-HOLE” FOR INFORMATION!) The ‘PROBLEM’ of NEFARIOUSNESS IS ‘GRANTED’ BY the “SIMPLE”… use of TOOLS that, NOT MANY, think about. THIS IS HOW “THEY” do “IT”.
(As to the “CLICK HERE” box… I WILL “KNOW” if this “revelation” is reversed by the FACT of PAYING ATTENTION.

Why is a cleaning agent in your cereal products??? It was brought to my attention by a concerned father who had been feeding cereal to his children! Trisodium Phophate is a cleaning/degreasing product but is in many of General Mills Cereal which we will no longer be buying!.

After further investigation I see old navy has been checking my credit every month for the past few months sometimes twice a month. I went to advance auto part in Rio grande store # 01378 phone number 1(609)886-4823 to buy a ps gear box-rmfd ,in May 5 ,2016 then had to retured it in August 11 ,2016 because both broke went to the store because I’m tired of both being broken. I know it a limited lifetime replacement but I just whated to retire it or a store credit .I pay $161.93 plus on top of both time pay a mechanic for the work the what to give me a third one for what, for the same thing can you please help me find a solution. I don’t understand why you have so many rude people working for you when you call member service.I have to take oxycontin for my severe pain due to my back injury and my only option is medication which I wish I didn’t have to take but unfortunately I have to.Unless you know what I have to endure on a daily basis just to make it day by day then no one should judge or be rude to me like member service.There is a lady ( Sue Penteado ) who has helped me so much just to help me get my meds.She is a very nice lady that gets the job done which others should be able to do.You need more people like her and ordinary people like me can can get help to live without suffering.Its computer age now but some older generation cannot do all this technology that companies want us to do.I know money is what it’s all about but how can you put a price on people’s life.Everyone gets old and one day you might need help like me.I was brought up to respect my elders and I pray that someone else has the same values.

Six Flags over Georgia fraudulent sale of water park tickets
On Sunday 31st July 2016 we bought four tickets at Six Flags over Georgia for the Water Park at your roller coaster park (which was closer to our hotel). We specifically wanted the water park tickets and wanted to start using the water park early in the day i.e. soon as we arrived, so we decided to buy the tickets the a couple of days before, to avoid wasting time queuing. We only had four days in Atlanta as we were leaving for New Orleans on Thursday 4th August, and wanted two days at the water park; we were positioned at the roller coaster park that a season ticket would be the most economical way to achieve this. We paid for the tickets as we believed what the cashier told us and could see lots of advertisements about the different water park activities. At no time during the conversation (nor advertised in the park) were we advised that the White Water Park was in fact closing at 6.00 pm on that very day i.e. Sunday 31st July 2016.
On Tuesday morning 2nd August we set off for the White Water Park an hour and a half from our hotel. We were dropped off on a main highway and began walking to the park entrance (it was now about 11.00 am – the park having opened at 10 am should have been busy and the car park full). However as we walked towards the entrance it soon became clear that the car park was actually empty. As we approached the entrance we could see large blue metal barriers blocking the car park; the sign overhead read “Water Park Closed 31st July 2016”.
Whilst we stood in shock many cars were stopping and trying to pull in; a number of people wound down their windows asking us if we knew what was happening; many of them had checked your website that morning to make sure the park was open and told us the website quoted the day’s opening hours (some people like us had been travelling with children for over 2 hours). At this time a jogger approached and could see that we were distressed and our children were crying. He explained that the park had closed because the young teenagers who operate the rides had gone back to school that day following the summer break, and the park didn’t have anyone to operate the rides. This would obviously be a yearly situation, but again nothing about this had been said to us when we bought the tickets in good faith.
We tried to contact the park to see what was happening, but no one answered so we began to navigate our way home. There were no buses and after an hour of waiting we managed to flag down a taxi back to our hotel at a cost of over $90. I immediately tried to contact the park but it was a couple of days before I managed to get a response; I have included a list of the emails/conversations I had with the customer services of Six Flags over Georgia, whom I have to say was totally and utterly unhelpful and kept saying “I am a little confused….!!!”.
We wanted the water park tickets specifically for our children (we have similar roller coaster parks quite near us in the UK , Thorpe Park and LEGOLAND); the water park is completely different. Upon return to the UK I have tried emailing your organisation but have not received any replies. We feel that you have taken my money under false pretences, you know that we are back in the UK and believe that there is nothing further we can do. We feel angry and totally mis-led and want full reimbursement and compensation from you for our out of pocket expenses including taxi fares, a wasted day of our holiday spent travelling back and forth to a park that was closed, and emotional compensation for the upset and disappointment caused to our children.
If I do not receive the courtesy of a reply from you I will exercise my rights to log my complaints and views about your organisation on a number of travel sites including ‘trip advisor’ from which I originally found out about Six Flags. I now have the luxury of time to constantly update my complaint and at monthly intervals warn any unsuspecting families about the way in which UK tourists have been treated by a multi-national organisation in the UK. As I am sure you know bad news travels much faster than good; I look forward to hearing from you.

Why is it that if you have a shared PO Box that the other person is allowed to open your mail that is not addressed to them? There should be a forwarding address if the other person is no longer using the PO Box or is deceased. No one should be allowed to take another persons mail that is not addressed to them and open it regardless if the PO Box is shared. WTF!!!!!

Received terrible customer service from FedEX today.

1. Received a package that had been cancelled. Driver did not bother to knock/ring bell, so no opportunity to refuse package. Quickly called FedEX customer support number. (1) was initially told that there was no way to refuse package and that we’d need to return it at out own expense. (2) Spoke with a supervisor who then said that the only way to return the refused package was by having the driver come out. We asked if we could take it to a FedEx office or HUB and were told, very specifically, no. We had to have the driver come out. They told us they driver would come back out in the afternoon.

2. Driver never showed up. Called FedEX customer support and was told that the driver was never going to come out that day and they are returning the NEXT day. Nobody ever called us or informed us of this; we made our arrangements based upon the verbal offer presented by the earlier customer service call. We asked what could be done, and were told nothing. We again asked if we could drop off at a FedEx hub or FedExOffice and were told “no.” We were also told that we could just leave the package outside on the porch and that FedEx was responsible if it was stollen or damaged; doesn’t sound right to me. I asked where that policy was written, and was told I just needed to “trust” the customer service person.

3. Meanwhile, we contacted a FexEx office location that said we could ABSOLUTELY leave the package with them and that it would be marked as customer refused and returned.

4. Asked the customer service person about this and they said it was against FedEx policy. I asked them to call the FedEx office location and verify positive control of the package, customer refusal dispositiion, and that the package would be returned to the sender. The customer service person confirmed all of this and said the line notes associated with the tracking number would reflect all of this. I asked if the notes would be available immediately as I desired to call back to the first level support and VERIFY (a) positive control by FedEx, (b) customer refused, and (c) return to sender. They said the notes would be visible.

5. I phoned customer service and was told that the notes were not there. I asked them if I needed to telephone the police to report the package stollen by the FedEx office employee. I asked to speak to a supervisor. The EXTREMELY rude supervisor refused to directly answer the question. Eventually he read the line notes which confirmed (a) positive control by FedEx, (b) constomer refused, and (c) return to sender. I have no idea why he was unable or unwilling to simplify confirm this to start with; he seemed more interested in engaging in power customer service and playing games.

All in all, something is seriously wrong at FedEx. Being quoted unwritten policy that sounds dubious, being given inconsistent and at the end of the day incorrect information, poor positive control of shipper/receiver assets, and suggesting that certain offices are engaged in misappropriation or incorrect handling of packages is beyond poor.

Extremely disappointed with the extremely poor customer service.

BTW, the final communication with customer service was with

“Brian at location CUURC.” He is unwilling to state whether this identifer uniquely identifies himself, and says there is no way to tie anything back to our specific conversation. He also claims that that telephone recording is only kept for 24 MINUTES. This is contrary to a previous representative that told me the recordings were kept for years and could be used to verify my concern.

He said he was in a call center in the mountain time zone and was a member of the “International Customer Advocate Team.”

My family and I visit the Olive Garden in Owings Mills Maryland on July 3, 2016, around 8:pm and receive one of the most beautiful waitress (Andrew Phillips). Mr. Phillips serving from his heart made our dining experience the most pleasant service. Mr. Phillips hospitality and warm welcome is the reason my family and I agree to return back to that specific location for our next family outing. I am not a resident of the Owings Mills community, but I truly don’t mine traveling the distance for quality service, that use to be one of my favorite restaurant. In the past, I frquently visited the Olive Garden in White Marsh, due to poor service and quality of food, I lost interest in dining at the Olive Garden, until my family convinced me to visit the Olive Garden in Owings Mills. I frequently dine out and thanks to Mr Phillips, I will return. Mr. Phillips have excellent customer service and good leadership skills……Thanks Mr Phillips for your dedication of quality of service and I am sure you won’t be in that position too long.

I used the chat line at Century Link to sign up for internet ONLY. The advertised price was 34.99 per month (59.99 installation + 10.00 fee) . I expected a bill for around 105.00. The first billing was for 301.00. That company insisted on charging me for a phone and internet package. I had told them right away to cancel the service. I considered the contract null and void since they did not provide me with the service that I had requested. they are billing me the same amount plus 200.00 termination fee. WHAT A RIP OFF. They have not picked up their box and etc. I have asked repeatedly for the box to be picked up and the bill adjusted. I have customer service numerous times. Looks like the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. The company does not seem to care about keeping customers, just getting as deep as possible into customer’s pocket. Their corporate office address is a best kept secret. They provide a post office box in Monroe, LA for payments. All my attempts to communicate have been ignored.

My husband signed me up on a year contract in February 2015. I had to skip a couple during the summer due to me having back surgery. Then I began to go again. Unfortunately, on November 4, 2015, my husband had a massive heart attack & has been in a coma since. The other day, I received a call from them in Clovis, CA, saying my fee didn’t go thru my credit card & I had 8 massages left. I advised them of my current situation, I’m at my husband’s bedside 10 hours a day, & my contract had expired, I was told I had to feeeze,my account & I had only 30 days to use the 8 or I’d lose them. Explained again why 30 days was impossible for me at the moment. Oh well was what I was told. So. I decided to try to get all 8 in, before coming to the hospital & made the appointments. I went to 1 & the day before my 2nd, I received a call telling me that they’d have to cancel & reschedule my appointment. So, why the hell do I have to be accommodating to their schedule due to someone calling in sick or whatever their excuse was, but would not be accommodating to me under my circumstances, after I even offered to show proof of medical records. I was treated horribly, already emotionally drained & they could care less, but I have to be ok with their schedule change for me? I’m using my massages , not because I want them, but I’ll be damned if I let them keep my $$$$$ of all 8. I’ll go, although so out of my way & inconvenient, but I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND MASSAGES ENVY TO ANYONE!!!!!

I been going to Fridays so many years in USA, I’m here now in Kuwait and decide to have a dinner with a friends in Fridays Avenues.

We are a group, order started and main course. I order a steak with a mash potato’s, as soon as I started the mash potato’s, something cutting my tongue and started bleeding, found out a piece of plastic around 2cm*4cm….called the manager and show him what we are found on the food as well the blood was saying to us with a rude tone : (we don’t have any plastic in our restaurant) its like us we lieing.

As I’m a American Citizen I prefer everywhere I go, dine in American restaurant, but looks like I will put a Fridays in black list because the Egyptian manager was so rude to us, went to the hospital get the medicine for that still hurt.

I would like someone to get back to me with a real decision…im very disappointed and was a xmas dinner for me and I was so much angry its that reasonable.

October 9, 2015 Hi my family of 6 stayed at Motel 6 in Ferndale WA and had the worst experiance ever due to a house fire we had help threw oppunity council to pay for two rooms and when we got there everything was ok til the second day at 8:00pm for the two days we hadnt seen housekeeping, so my boyfriend went to the office to ask for towels and the manger got mad and was yelling at him about how we should of had it done earlier and ect. so my boyfriend ask him to calm down and the manger started to processed towards the loby where my boyfriend was standing and lunged at him like he was going to hit him so when the manger called me into the office I had a talk with the manger about the sistuation i was calm and nice and told him sorry and left. I then went to my boyfriend and thats when my boyfriend told me what had happened and so we called the police and they said they took a report and to contact the corporation cause this wasnt the first time so thats what i did then i also contacted opportunity council about the situation. I will never stay at that Motel 6 again but I am writing this so hopefully more people that go there wont have the same experience.

I was in your Murfreesboro church Street store today (9/29/2015) . As I enter I quickly notice nobody upfront except a mid aged black male who was pacing up and down while looking around. I thought it was strange and alarming. My mind quickly thought the worse until I passed him and he spoke greeting to me so my caution lessen however I quickly alerted a mid aged young lady who was straightening shelves about the young man awaiting service up front. Her response was frightening and rude. She said to me, that there was someone up front and continued to work. I once again told her how there was someone waiting on service and one again she said that someone was up front. I then told her that I saw no one and she then walked passed me saying there are always two of them working. I said good however right now there was no one covering the front. I went on about my shopping and then she returned shortly after. She said Nancy was upfront to me so I said not when I came in or while the young man was pacing. She said whatever sir, Nancy is up front. I told her ok whatever it her store. I could find the dog treats I wanted and to be honest I was not going to buy after she was so rude. I told her how bad of customer service she displayed and the correct way of addressing the our exchange was thanks you sir, I will check on it instead of acting as I you did not hear anything I was saying. I also said instead of readdressing me once returning and saying what she said , should have been thanks again was informing about that, Nancy the other worker had returned to take care of the shopper. The mgmt. person showed lack of professional conduct or good customer service.
this happen around 10am-11am on 9/29/15
