Hello I recently applied for a claim, I was told the package was delivered via UPS but never received the package.
Claim Number: 34231328
I don’t think its right to pay for a phone which I never receive. I call the 800 number over and over again and its seem like no one is willing to help me get my replacement device.
Can someone please help me get a replace device because its not fair paying for a device and service which I’m not getting.

I recently file water damage to my home that your company insured through my Lender (Select Portfolio Servicing Inc.). My concern now is about the non-revocable depreciation that your company held back.
Claim Number: 00101852647, Total Replacement Cost: $11,980.24
Less Recoverable Depreciation: $756.48
Less Non-Recoverable Depreciation: $794.54
Deductible: $1,000.00
Previous Payment Issued: $8,818.93
Less Amount in Excess of Policy Limit $0.00
Supplement Payment: $610.29
Payment Issued To AMINA WILLIAMS GILLESPIE and SELECT PORTFOLIO SERVICING IN
Payment Mailed To SELECT PORTFOLIO SERVICING IN
I would like to recover all the depreciation because all the walls, ceiling flooring in the basement was replaced in 2014 (brand new). Also the flooring in the main floor was replaced 4 years ago. All walls in the living, dining, kitchen, and bathroom were painted 6 months ago. Kitchen cabinets and guest bathroom cabinet were refaced as well. Back splash was added. The Kitchen and guest bathroom floor were nine years old and those two rooms were the only rooms in the main floor that has old flooring. Their replacement was on the way when the floor occurred on 8/26/2015. The interior of my home is practically brand new with work I’ve done to it personally. I do not get the non-recoverable depreciation penalty. Please refund the non-depreciation to me.

Thank you,

Amina Williams-Gillespie
