Our canopy was torn off by a truck and we have tried numerous times to get it fixed through Valero, but no one has responded or come to survey the property located at 202 N Main Street, Pearisburg, VA 24134. This has been going on for a year.
This needs to be taken care of as it not only looks bad on us, but it looks very bad for the Valero brand. Please respond with a date and time as to when we can expect Valero to uphold their end of our contract by fixing this.

    Thank you,

    Respectfully,

    Dear Valero!
May I suggest you inspect Hopland Mart&gas on US 101 Hopland Ca
They are pumping bad water based Gasoline with your name on it.
I’m just glad I made it a 170 miles to another station where I could top of with “good” gas.
It was as if I filled my tank on a 2000lincoln continental. (Older car)
I’ve seen on another complaint site I’m not the only one with this experience at this particular station.
We are an older couple and this could have ended up real bad, as this was in the dark of the evening.
This sort of thing needs to be checked up on by the gasoline supplier, you got your name on it.
We are just happy that it didn’t ruin my fuel system.
    Thanks for looking into this

My wife filled her car at a rather new Valero Corner Store Station located on FM 3083 in Conroe. TX 77304. There were two charges on my Visa bill. $30.50 and a separate charge for exactly $1.00! Why the $1.00 separate charge and what is the reason/justification for this charge??

i visited one of Valero’s locations at 1922 16th st NE in hickory NC last week.

as i was driving by,i saw my GF pull in to buy gas so i followed her in. i was headed to her house so i thought i’d say hello.

as she was pumping gas we were talking, i noticed the gas was $2.94 per gallon as opposed to the $2.31 posted on the sign out front. i shut the pump off immediately. i headed inside to talk to someone. i approached the counter & said to the clerk: $2.94 for regular.? he looked at me with a straight face & said, “yes, for lead free regular.”.

i said where is that noted.? i didn’t see any signage as i approached the station & i drive by there everyday.

he said, it’s on the pump”.

i head back out & sure enough there it is. on the pump. directly ablove where the pump is marked “regular”.

now i ask you, how many of you read the lettering on the pump before you start pumping gas? i don’t, i pull up, get out, process credit card, choose regular & start pumping.

to make matters worse, as i was talking to the 18yr old clerk, i told him i would never stop in that location again. he just said, “ok” in a wise as**tone. no attempt to poffer an opology for not having proper signage, or that i was aggravated over what i thought to be a deliberate attempt to deceive the public.

as i was leaving, i looked all over the location & there is no indication they offer lead free gas. not one sign anywhere.

it looks, to me, they hope nobody notices & uses the no lead pump & they pick up an additional $.60 per gallon.
valero does not have a huge presence in this market. although, they are adding stations gradually. if they think this is the way to build a customer base they are, sadly mistaken.

i will no longer stop at any of their locations.

to make matters worse, i emailed them last Thursday afternoon & still haven’t received a response.

LAST SATURDAY, 7/22/17, I HAD MY OIL CHANGED AT A VALERO STATION ON OCEAN AVE, SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA. YESTERDAY, 7/25/17, I CHECKED MY OIL AND FOUND IT EMPTY AND A DIRTY OIL MARK AT THE VERY BOTTOM OF THE OIL STICK. I WAS GETTING READY TO GIVE THE CAR TO MY SON TO TAKE IT TO LOS ANGELES.

THIS IS VERY SERIOUS, I AM SURE THAT YOU AND ALL WILL AGREE.

PLEASE SUGGEST A SETTLEMENT WITHOUT COURT.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR IMMEDIATE ATTENTION.

I own 6.95 acres in Pennsylvania on a busy Rt 87 N between A town called Dushore and Lovelton, it has a huge parking lot, a75 by 40 building, and a commercial septic system installed in 2007, I am right in the heart of natural gas activity in Northeast pa. And the main corridor to a huge Proctor Gamble plant, the area is very very busy, went to an Acorn in Dushore it’s so busy you have to wait at least 15 min to make your purchase,I am sure people would much rather pull in this location as opposed to driving into town, perfect store site, also as of yet there is no zoning, if this is something Velaro may be interested in you can contact me via email or 570 928 XXXXX. Thank you for your time. Jessica Fluck (motivated seller)
