To: Mr. Stephen S. Rasmussen, Hello, My name is Yevonne Tyus Pol. No. 7710C784787 Don’t mean to bother you on your busy schedule. I wanted to write you to summit a complaint about the particular Nationwide Ins. Co. that I deal with for insuring my car. In particular, at 1100 Locust St., Des Moines, IA. 50391 or PO Box 974, Des M. Ia. 50306 It seems I’ve had difficulties with them since I’ve started with them to insure my car. They gave me all the major discounts except a couple that didn’t work for me. After it was all done the rep. lady told me my premiums for 6 month were $402.20 = $67.03 per mo. Then I received a letter statement tell me that my payments went up to $83.00 I called to get that straighten out & they told me I didn’t sign a couple of online agreements for the discounts & told me that would take my payments back down to where they were, I took care of it right away. It did not, Now they were at $78.00 not $67.03 per mo. I called back again but this time was quiet disturbed with it all. They said for some reason they added money on because of the changes. Well I personally didn’t make any changes, it was someone there who made the mistakes. They said now that the mo’s are shorter on my policy now that it makes the payments higher. That is a bunch of bull. I’m sorry but when it was all set to be $402.20 to start with & I corrected all the items that needed to be done, you don’t keep adding to the amount when it should have been removed back to the original amount that it started with. Then I called again & the lady figured it all out removing the added on amounts coming off of the $78.00 & gave me back all the correct discounts, except with her figuring it brought the 6 month premium down even lower & my monthly payments were now at $65.00. I was thrilled with that amount. I don’t know what I did but it was great & happy to except that figure. Then AGAIN I received a statement saying my premium would be $71.00 + I also received on the same day a cancelation notice. I was livid to say the least. It was a old back payment they said I missed, I had prior to this policy. I ask them why they didn’t let me know before now, & would have been happy to have taken care of it. Oct. 30/15 I called in to take care of that payment. I gave the lady my card No. & she sent me a conformation No. online Then Oct. 31/15 I called to talk about another issue. The different lady said my policy was canceled & I told her I just paid the amount on the 30th, she told me it never went through or not done. So she received it again & I wrote the conf. no down. She reinstated my policy & said not to worry I have car ins. I wanted to talk to her about my premiums but they are so messed up & will never get it back on track the way it was originally to start with. It seems this was all bordering on harassment but maybe just incompetent workers D K. don’t get me wrong, I went with your Co. for all the great discounts, to keep my monthly payments as low as possible because I’m a retired lady with a limited income & can use all the savings I can get to help me pay my bills. Sorry I had to go in that much detail. It was so I wouldn’t leave anything out. Please can you fix this issue for me. The Co. I have my policy with can’t seem to get it right. Thanks Yevonne
