The customer service at the location of South Euclid Ohio is pathetic. I purchased a 12 piece With two sides and six biscuits during football playoffs and received a 12 piece of chicken that was too salty to eat. I called and spoke to a manager name Terry who explained that a new employee messed up the batch of seasoning. I explained that I was not ready to pick up the chicken that they were going to replace that day and made arrangements to pick it up on a later day. The next time I call the same manager Terry didn’t remember me so I had to explain the situation all over again and then she told me that she had taken care of all customers who experienced that batch of salty chicken and I explain to her I was never reimbursed. At that point she took down my name and number put me in the computer, I also asked that they break my order down into two separate orders six pieces each because I would never need 12 pieces again I don’t know when I will have guests over again and it’s just my wife and myself. I went and picked up six of 12 pieces, two sides and three of six biscuits because she did agree to break the 12 pieces into two orders. The next time I called to get the remaining six pieces not once did they offer anything for my inconvenience. I had to purchase two sides as I explained I was inconvenienced and it would be nice if you gave me something for my time, gas and inconvenience. I spent time and gas running back-and-forth. They never offered anything not even an apology.

I have went to Mr. chicken at least 5 times. Be around locations and they have been without livers. When I asked why not discontinue the livers or remove the sell sign advertising them, the employees just get rude as hell. The Mr. Chicken across from MGM casino is just as bad.

Very poor service at the W.Pleasant Valley location in Parma. Long line in drive thru, terrible pieces of chicken given, no gravey on the potatoes. This has happened more than once. Won’t be going to this location anytime soon.

Went to Mr. CHICKEN in Twinsburg. I called in an order for pick-up on my 1/2 hour lunch break. Got to the restaurant and the drive thru was packed, traffic line on the street waiting for the drive thru. So U parked and went inside to pick up the order I had called in. To my surprise the girl behind the register yelled you can’t come in here, I explained that I called in an order for p/u. The girl kept saying you can’t come in here , meanwhile there is a lady already in the lobby on her cell phone where no one is suppose to be mind you. So another lady pops up and said sir we cannot serve food in the lobby, I replied I’m just here to pick up a call in order, now at this point I’m about 15 minutes into my lunch. So I said just cancel my order because I can’t spend more than 15 minutes in the drive thru or I’m late. Now I have nothing to eat for lunch because of this debacle. I can honestly say I’m done with Mr. Chicken, the customer service is terrible and just spoils your appetite. I will not got back to anywhere my patronage is not appreciated. I’m boycotting Mr. Chicken and I’m gonna share my experience on every social media platform I possibly can. Yanks for nothing Mr.Chicken. Sincerely disappointed ? and hungry.
