After 3 hours of troubleshooting and getting the runaround from Mattress Firm I finally got ahold of a rep names Alisha, She was so unprofessional and rude – the call was not on a recorded line so I am unsure she even works for the company. She refused to give me any information about her or where the office is located and hung up on me mid-conversation. Completely uncalled for and I am back at square 1.

I purchased an king size adjustable bed from the Sleep Number bed in St Petersburg, Fl. , serial number 0906P01537332 in May 2021
In April 2022 it does not adjust, it’s dead. I contacted your warranty department , and was told that the controller box is in back order and there is no information to when it would arrive to fix it. That it would probably take several months. So now I’m stuck with a very uncomfortable 7,000.00 usd bed and it’s affecting my health, which is why I bought it in the first place. I would like it replaced and an explanation as to how you allowed these parts to be back ordered

Same, It has been an absolute nightmare working with this company. I have spent the last 3 hours trying to put in a maintenance request in to fix my remote after troubleshooting and have gotten the run around. I finally got ahold of a rep named Alisha and she was so unprofessional and completely rude and unhelpful. She wouldn’t give me any of her information to even confirm she worked for the company. I can’t even believe it.

I am trying to find where I can purchase your meal bed slats that require no drilling. I need the ones the ends are shaped like a three pronged fork. the metal bed frame that I have slides between the prongs. I found them on the web, but I was advised you went of business. I am hoping that it is not true and you still have them in a warehouse somewhere. Please advise if they are still available and where I can purchase them.

I am a former employee of your company at your Tracy California location. I was let go 2 months ago for just cause, so I won’t whine and cry about my situation being unfair as it regards my termination. However, I would like you folks to know that there are a lot of shady goings on as it regards your anti drug and safe work policies. Many times in my three and a half years of employment I witnessed management looking the other way when it came to unsafe practices, including and not limited to the abuse of alcohol and drug use. I say this with the full admission that I was let go. I was released after having a minor accident on the forklift I was operating. I had smoked marijuana two weeks before and knew I would not pass the required drug test, so I elected not to take it and collect three more days of pay while the results were pending, as I felt a loyalty toward them for favors they had done for me in the past when my Brother was gravely ill. I mention this because I do not want this to sound like a personal vendetta. It is not. I just can’t live with my guilty conscience anymore, knowing that I actively took part in covering up missteps whenever we were inspected by OSHA, the fire inspector or when I knew that people I was working around were either drunk or high on a daily basis. I never mentioned these transgressions while I was employed because to be quite honest, I needed the money and having the plant possibly getting into trouble would have interrupted/ended that. The HR person also lied to the unemployment office about how I left, stating that I had quit. I was terminated and have the paperwork signed and dated by her that confirms that. Consequently, I was denied unemployment benefits as a result. I am currently appealing said ruling, but have not heard anything back yet. In that regard, I am angry with my former employer. To re-iterate, I am not doing this to exact some personal vendetta against your Tracy location. I just felt it was necessary to lay out the facts to let you know about the culture of the facility and how rampant wrong doing is not only ignored, but is encouraged in the name of profit. The safety first slogans which were drilled into us at countless meetings were just window dressing and done to mask problems we all knew about but were afraid to mention for fear of retaliation. I would appreciate that if you decide to act on any of this that you leave my name out of it, as I would like to remain anonymous for fear of the retaliation I previously mentioned. Thank you for your time. My only gain from this is a clear conscience.
