This is the most rude company I have spoken to Alex, Davey, Japheth. The reps answer phone singing etc instead introducing themselves by company and name. They asked for my first name. Do not speak English well.
Davey was very rude cutting me off interrupting me I said hello I am speaking he continued to over talk me. They never asked how can I help you? They need to brush up on customer service skills and resolution. I asked to speak to manager. Nobody was available straight up lies. They refused stop payment.
They are taking payments out of my account without my consent. They refused to delete my old card had fraud on it.
I made a one time payment on card. They stored my card and took payment out of my account.
I told all 3 reps. I am not working I have COVID.
They refused to stop payment. They said you got to make a payment in order to set up payment plan. I will dispute with my bank. Put block on my card. Filing complaint with BBB.
They refused to move my due date since I am not working. Very disrespectful company and reps.

This is the most disrespectful, unprofessional company I have had the displeasure of dealing with. They can take your money in 30 seconds but they TAKE WEEKS TO RETURN YOUR MONEY. Thiefs and liars. Refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor.

So i attempted to do so and was adv that they only work with certain retailers. I spoke with a manager by the name of Gabby who was very rude, was counting the # of times she explained the same thing, even though I was asking her completely different questions. she stated she was the only manager there and she could not give me corporate info. just apologized because the site was in her words “poorly worded”.. and just kept stating “as i stated before”… very terrible customer service. i have been in customer service for over 10 years and i am amazed at how terrible some companies still are, even with “management”

I was on this phone this afternoon with a gentlemen by the name of Carlos in the billing department regarding two deductions that were taken out of the bank account in amount of $29.42 he would was extremly rude to say the least, he stated that i should have call early and that it would take 3 day for my account to be refunded. I have been ordering from flexshopper since 2016 and I have never experienced the rudeness that I experienced today. I asked that gentle for his last name and he refused to give it to me. Flexshopper employs very rude individuals, but I am wondering about others who feel they have been misled, in any way, by flexshopper and some of the clauses in their lease agreement, which are arguably invalid. I would love to begin hearing from some people. I think this company is terrible, it is my honest opinion from my own personal experiences with them, and I cannot recommend them to anyone at all.

I am being constantly harassed by flexshopper billing, I am paying as agreed and my checks are being cashed by flexshopper, faithfully. Even after sending flex shopper proof of this they still continue to threaten to confiscate my item. I am clueless as to what is going on. I will be sending my last payment in this week. I am baffled to why, especially after showing consistent proof of payment and cashed checks, that I am being harassed in this manner.

I need to file a complaint against the returns team.
I sent them emails because I wish to return my items for what I paid and the total I paid was $145.99 is exactly what I paid so far. They accepted for me to return the items to the FlexShopper returns address but they refuse to issue me a refund of any kind because it is outside of the return period. Well, I am not returning and I refuse to pay for anything. They except me to return and I am not getting any money out of this? I am sorry but that is not happening. As far as paying for it, yes, billing tried to charge my card but it declined. If you guys want to be fair than at least show me some respect and issue a refund instead of taking back the items. That might work for others but that will not work for me.
